MPD (1) 1 Norris’ Criscan Newshound, red dog, good head shape with correct eye shape & earset. Good reach of neck leading to well angulated shoulder. Enough pro-sternum at this stage with good length of ribbing. Strong rear with good length of hock allowing parallel movement & drive. Immature in the ring, a very promising puppy. PD (2) 1 RBD & BP, Locket Walters & Walter’s Ralines Bright Future, b/c in beautiful condition, correct eye shape & earset, good reach of neck leading to well set back shoulders, correct prominent pro-sternum with dimple each side allowing his free front movement, good spring & length of rib. A powerful rear with good angulation allowing this dog to move with purpose & drive, on neat catlike feet, keeping a good outline at all times; 2 Naden’s Sanmik Endeavour For Marielle, red dog pup, good head & expression with dark eye. Prominent pro-sternum & keel leading to well sprung ribbing. Well angulated hindquarters, a lovely outline stacked, just a little uncertain maintaining his topline today on the move. JD (2) 1 Brooks’ Obdax Lynn’s Badger, silver/dapple, well shaped conical head with well developed pro-sternum, well ribbed up giving support to his back & outline, moving out with purpose this youngster keeps a good outline on the move; 2 Mortlock’s Metadale Leandros at Hertsmerry, red dog of pleasing proportions, strong head would prefer a little more reach of neck, Good length of rib & well angulated rear quarters. Moved out well keeping a pleasing outline. PGD (3) 1 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Kenny, sound exhibit, good conical head with correct dark eye, good front assembly with well sprung ribs & correct angulation in the rear. Moved smartly round the ring with drive & purpose; 2 Green’s Neertanauf Jack Jones, striking shaded red dog with a beautiful head & expression. In excellent condition. Deep ribbing with well angulated rear, well set on tail, lacked drive in movement today; 3 Lawrence’s Silflay Mere Kalikimaka. LD (4) 1 RCC, Way’s Sudasam Livin The Dream, strong masculine head, prominent pro-sternum with dimple & good length of keel. Well ribbed up with a good length of loin & muscled rump allowing a good reach of rear movement; 2 Kennedy’s Denkena’s Loganberry, pushed hard for first place, a well made dog with balanced movement & good reach. Just preferred the outline & tailset of first dog; 3 Bedford’s Rossdach Cream Of The Crop. OD (2) 1 CC & BOB, Ch Ralines One Of Those, good dark eye & pigment with correct front assembly, well sprung ribbing & length of loin. In top condition & in sparkling form. He makes the ring his own & moves effortlessly with drive & purpose; 2 Bedford’s Garbosa Simply Splendid of Dinkidudlor, well made chocolate dog of correct proportion, front assembly & strong well sprung ribbing & good strong rump, would prefer to see him stride out more as his rear movement was a little uncertain on the day. VD (1) 1 Young’s Willowheath Hendrix, good pigment, with the correct dark eye, his front assembly allows good striding front movement, if I was to be picky I would prefer a little more reach of neck. Presented in top condition, nicely muscled with a freedom of movement many youngsters can’t achieve. GCD (1) 1 N Jack Jones.
MPB (2) 1 Way’s Hillstar Saffron with Sudasam, clear red with conical shaped head, dark eye & pigment, with a developing front neat feet & tight elbows. Pleasing reach of neck into correct layback of shoulder. Well ribbed up with a good length of keel, good rear angulation allowing the rear movement to be free & straight. An elegant bitch & one to watch; 2 Young’s Willowheath Blondie, compact cream puppy with lovely expression & dark pigment. Well developed front leading to well sprung ribbing & well rounded rump. PB (3) 1 BP & RCC, Locket-Walters & Walter’s Ralines The Last Word, fills the eye, free striding puppy with a good top & underline. Uses her well developed rear to power her round the ring keeping a good topline. Correct conical head with dark eye & pigment, elegant neck leading to correctly placed shoulder & well angulated front correct length of upper arm enabling her to reach in front with no exaggeration. A very promising youngster; 2 Brook’s Lyndarlea Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, another sound exhibit, dark eye & pigment with a developing front, would prefer a little more neck, good spring of rib with strong loin & rear angulation. Moves out with drive keeping a good topline; 3 Latham Jackson’s Sanmik Heartbeat for Urishay. JB (4,1,1w/h) 1 Young’s Willowheath Vera Lynn, mature b/t bitch in superb condition & coat. Head, eye & earset combine to set off her elegant outline. Prominent pro-sternum with correct dimple, good ground clearance allowing free stride fore & aft; 2 Brooks’ Lyndarlea Lady’s Mile, good dark chocolate bitch, good front assembly & pro-sternum, keel leading back to well sprung ribbing & well made rearend. Neat feet, overall a well proportioned exhibit. Just didn’t move out as well as 1 today. Promising youngster who I liked a lot. PGB (5,1) 1 Edwards’ Barok The Bright Side, sound b/t bitch in gleaming condition. Classic head with dark eye, pigment & furnishings. Good layback of shoulder with correct angulation & upper arm length allow a sound movement. Good length & spring of rib leading into a good length of loin to well made & muscled rear. Correct angulation allowing this exhibit to move out soundly with pleasing outline on the move; 2 Rees’ Urishay Lupin, another pleasing exhibit of good proportions, enough ground clearance to do a job of work. Would prefer a little more pro-sternum, well angulated rear with good turn of stifle allowing free forward movement keeping a good outline on the move; 3 Rees’ Yumares Wynnona. LB (7) 1 CC, Geeson’s Abbeydachs Americana, b/t bitch of correct proportions, enough ground clearance to do a job of work. Elegant outline with super head, reach of neck & correct front angulation, nice tight elbow & length of upper arm all help this girl to move with open free stride. Well ribbed up with a strong loin leading to well muscled rump with good bend of stifle & parallel hocks. Elegant exhibit both stacked & on the move. Worthy CC winner; 2 Edwards’ Barok Blonde Bombshell, lovely head & expression, in good coat, elegant reach of neck into good layback of shoulder. Well made rear with a good turn of stifle, enabling a free movement; 3 Willowheath Silver Charmer. OB (6) 1 Worswick’s Dolyharp Desert Song, sound r/br. Lovely head & expression with good reach of neck into shoulder, prominent pro-sternum & length of keel leading back to a good spring of rib. Well muscled rear with correct angulation & bend of stifle allow effortless movement & an elegant topline; 2 Graham’s Jadag Fancy That, b/t bitch shown in beautiful condition, good conical shaped head with dark almond eye & correct earset. A little lacking in length of neck, good prominent pro-sternum with length of keel into a good spring of rib. Nicely muscled & correctly angulated rear allow an effortless movement with a good topline; 3 Johnson’s Charpudy Just Willow. VB (3) 1 Johnson’s Ch Charpudy Just Iss, sound as a pound. This exhibit still has it all, elegance, coat, good proportions & a level topline. She moves with ease & at a brisk pace; 2 Norris’ Xemxija Star Struck at Criscan, red bitch with good pigment & similar proportions to 1. Good front with length of keel leading to well sprung ribbing. Well made muscled rear with correct parallel hocks allowing a free driving movement; 3 Green’s Eldmour Electra. GCB (1) 1 Green’s Neertanauf Lucia Riker, good head with pleasing reach of neck into shoulder, good pro-sternum & keel with good length of rib. Moves well keeping an even topline. Neat feet with good ground clearance.
