Firstly, I would like to thank the officers and committee of Leeds Canine Society for inviting me to judge at their Championship Show. Also many thanks for the exhibitors for their lovely entry. Many exhibits had dirty teeth across all age groups, a pet hate of mine, and some exceeded the weight by more than a few ounces. However, temperaments were good throughout.
PD (1) 1 Weston & Johnson's Ecotyne Never In Doubt. S/D. His first show, just 6 mths 2 days old. Nicely proportioned head of good length and balance with strong underjaw, well placed eye of pleasing shape and colour. Good length of body, good ribbing and keel, firm topline held well on the move. Good tailset and carriage, steady mover. If he maintains his weight should have a bright future. BPD.
JD (2) 1 Woodall's Lyndarlea King Arthur. B/T. Correct size and well balanced all through although a tad narrow in front. Liked his head with lovely dark eye and well set ears. Pleasing outline, firm topline held well on the move. 2 Pitfield's Luna Caprese D'Oroed' Argento Of Follyfield (imp). S/D. Taller type than first but lots to like. Good proportioned head and dark eye. Good length of neck and lay of shoulder. Not quite the front assembly of first, but good ribbing. Moved well.
PGD (1) 1 Woodall's Rarewood Silver Commander. S/D.  Evenly marked dappled coat in beautiful condition. Liked his head and dark eye. Good length of neck and ribbing, level topline. Correct hind angulation which allowed his flowing movement in the ring.

LD (1) 1 Woodall's Half A Century At Rarewood. S/D. Already a winner of many RCC's not surprising as he has the look of good breeding and quality. Lovely, masculine head, correct mouth. Nicely coated, good length of rib, firm topline, well coupled with strong loin and balanced construction. Not as positive on the move today but deserved his place. BD.

OD (1) 1 Pitfield's Follyfield Firecracker. B/T. Have judged this boy before and like him a lot, still looks good for his 6 yrs with a beautiful coat. Pleasing shape and body proportions. Good keel and well ribbed. Good loin and coupling. Moved freely keeping a good topline RBD.

PB (6, 2) 1 Mitchell's Metadale Coco Chanel Of Bronia. B/Cr. Pretty lady with a lovely, shiny coat. Good type and balance, nicely proportioned with a very pleasing outline and overall shape. Typical lean, conical head, excellent eye shape and placement. Well ribbed and strong loin. Pleasing tailset and carriage. BPIB. 2 Weston & Johnson's Ecotyne Witchcraft. B/T. Litter sister to PD winner. Not yet as mature as first, but handled her debut outing with poise and ease. Good head and expression, correct mouth. Slender neck on well laid shoulders, nice front and ribbing. Needs to mature. Moved well.
JB (5, 1) 1 Drady's Indiko Silver Charm. S/D. A little unsettled today but perseverance got her act together. Evenly marked dapple in good coat. Feminine head and pretty expression and a lovely dark eye. Well proportioned body with good ribbing and front assembly. Moved well. 2 Murphy's Classidax Liberty Belle. B/Cr. Smaller type but well constructed throughout. Liked her head, dark eye and well set ears. Good front assembly and lay of shoulders. A little short in ribbing. Close elbows and tight feet. Moved well.
PGB (3) 1 Cohen's Ralines Red Bouquet For Hutzpah. Cr. Quality bitch presented in beautiful condition. Lovely, dark pigmentation throughout. Liked head and well shaped eye. Would prefer more length of neck to complete the picture. Good length of ribbing and deep keel. Lovely hammy quarters and hind angulation. Level topline on the move and stacked. RBB. 2 Drady's Indiko Silver Charm.
LB (4, 1) 1 Weston & Johnson's Ecotyne Firewitch. B/T. Have long admired this bitch from the ringside, Her qualities are realised when you go over her. Typical example of the breed with proportion head, neckline and shoulders. Good front assembly and lengthy ribbing. Strong loin &  coupling, correct tail set. Full of style and impressive, movement. BB, BOB. 2 Jamieson's Djeata Sansa Suix. B/T. A little wilful on the table but once settled discovered a lot of good qualities. Lovely head and expression. Correct bite and strong underjaw. Enough neck leading to sufficient ribbing. Not quite as positive on the move as first, but kept a level topline.
OB (1) 1 Pitfield's Follyfield Florence. B/T. 6 yrs old. Still full of quality. Good ground clearance, moving with drive and purpose. Generally a well, proportioned lady with a clear, dark eye placed well on her correct sized head. Super, large, clean teeth. Good length of neck, shoulders and ribbing. Strong loin.
VB (1) 1 Jamieson's Ch Djeata Spring Blossom. Red. Now over 10 years old. A little on the portly side but still looks good and has excellent agility for her age. Pretty, feminine head and expression housing a dark, almond, eye. Good front assembly and long ribbing. Lovely, hammy, rear, quarters. Her teeth let her down in the challenge for BVIB.
