It is quite some time since I last judge mini longs and on the whole feel that drastic attention needs to be taken regarding fronts, lack of pro-sternum, and length of rib - The majority were far too narrow and length ribbing and spring of ribbing is a major concern more so in the dogs than the bitches.
MPD (3) 1. Poole’s FINDOWRIE MR BUMBLE red balanced overall shape, lovely head and eye shape, sufficient neck excels in front and length of rib, loses his topline a touch on the move and needs to tighten up in back action, sure this will come with time. 2. Hall’s CLIFFMERE PATRICK SWAY ZEE thought he would be my class winner the most elegant of outlines, had not the length of ribbing as the winner, still very imature looses his topline on the move, and needs to tighten in back action. Superb head and reach of neck. 3. METADALE BARIS AVEC XANADAX
PD (2) Two very smart puppies 1. Boyles ZARCREST BLACK BREWER very elegant young man put down to perfection, just flows around the ring, would prefer more forechest. 2. Ltham-Jacksons’s DOLYHARP PRUCELL OF URISHAY another lovely youngster of a totally different type has all the essentials just needs to mature and drop into his frame, very soundly made and drives out well behind
JD (2) Kennedy’s HANISHAN BLUE DIAMOND B&T lovely head, good front, plenty of forechest, good spring and length of rib, well coupled loin and well angulated quarters, just needs a touch more body to complete the picture RCC 2. Poole’s FINDOWRIES FRANCHISE pleasing head, needs to tighten up in front and could do with more length of rib, well presented

OD(11) (2abs) 1. Brook’s CH LYNDARLEA JUSY ANDY Masculine head, sufficient neck, superb ribbing balanced rear end and moves out well keeping a lovely topline CC &BOB 2. Latham Jackson’s CH CRISCAN LEONEL OF URISHAY Stunning head, sufficient neck good shoulders and ribbing, not quite the rear anuglation of the winner, shown in A1 condition. 3.CH DENKENA LOGANBERRY

Bell’s TOLBERG CREAM TREAT very pretty bitch exquisite head and expression, sufficient neck, good front and shoulder, could do with a touch more length of rib balanced rear end won this class with ease. 2. Metcalfe’s METADALE BRUNHILDE red very soundly made youngster lovely outline, would prefer a touch more bone but plenty of time for this to come 3.TORWOOD TWO TEE FRUITIEE
PB (5) Rowell’s EMMAJESK MASQUERADE cr lovely puppy oozes quality, good head, plenty of neck, superb front good ribbing balanced hindquarters and moves out well BP 2. Cohen’s LILAC BLOSSOM FOR HUTZPAH red beautiful head, could have a slightly smaller eye to be super critical, lovely reach of neck, good front excellent ribbing moves true but would not co-operate with her handler today – will watch these two with interest – 3. TORWOOD TOO TEE FRUITEE
JB (5) (2abs) Metcalfe’s METADALE ARIADNE red she is beautiful but just going through that teenage stage, beautifully put together has all the essentials to go to the top but lacks confidence and could do with a bit more body at the moment 2. Birdsworth’s AMBYTH MAGIC COMBINATION B &t pleasing head, sufficient neck,good front and pro-sternum holds a good topline on the move, another teenager that can only improve with time 3.DINKIDAX AMBER RED
PGB (2) 1.Poole’s FINDOWRIE DIXIE ROSE nice overall outline, and honest bitch to go over moves well 2. Shutt’s SANMIK MAGIK HAPPENS TO DONNADOON sound enough to go over, unfortunately lacks bone and substance.
LB (6) This was definitely the best quality class of the day 1.Mee’s BARLAINES RED SPLENDOUR Gorgeous head, good reach of neck, superb front and shoulder, excellent spring and length or rib, good coupling and strong hindquarters, the more she moves the better she gets CC 2. Hall’s CLIFFMERE LEVITY another beautiful bitch just unfortunate to meet the winner – excellent to go over and moves out well keeping a lovely outline. 3. TOLBERG LEGALLY BLONDE
OB Brown’s CH MYSTERA ONCE UPON A DREAM AT GARBOSA very well made bitch – has a text book front and shoulder, good ribbing, and drives out well from behind, shown and presented in excellent condition Rcc – just preferred the more femine head of the cc winner 2. Mee’s BARLAINES GOLDEN DELIGHT quality through and through, lots to like , hard to split these first two up but Dream has more forechest. 3 METADALE APHRODITE
