Bournemouth 2018 Miniature Long Haired

I would like to thank all the committee of Bournemouth Canine Association for inviting me to judge at their show, also many thanks to my two ring stewards for their help and assistance to keep our classes running so smoothly.

Dachshunds Miniature Long Haired

Special Beginners Dog or Bitch

1st Quested Creme Teddie, Cream Dog, dark pigmentation, strong neck into correct front assembly, well laid shoulder, a lot to like, presented to perfection. B Sp Beg

2nd Dinkidax Midnite Charmer. Black and Tan. Strong houndy head, more on the leg, good angulation, moved out well with drive.

Puppy Dog

1st Sanmik Charming Chocolet of Yelva. 7 months rich chocolate coated pup, very raw correctly constructed youngster, well proportioned head and correct length of ribbing and angulation. Needs time to settle.

Junior Dog

1st Willowheath Freddy Mercury. 15 months old, Black and Tan, excels in head, neck and fore chest assembly, good depth of keel, firm top line kept level at all times. A gleaming coat, just a bit unsettled today. RBD.

2nd Cwmderhian Emoji. 14 months old, brindle dog, correct conical head with darkest of eye, good neck, tightest of elbows, ample ribbing, neat underline, moved out well.

Post Graduate

1st Dinkidax Midnite Charmer.

2nd Willowheath Rebel Rock. Larger dog, very well presented, good head and ear set, shoulder placement ok. Covered the ground well.

3rd Yelva king of the Road.

Limit Dog

1st Eldmour Sea Lord of Dinkidudior. Rich red dog with good pigmentation,in good coat, correct head and eye, correct shoulder and depth of keel.

2nd Lilacfen Sonny Delight of Yelva. Well marked silver dapple dog, good head, good shape stacked but reluctant on the move

Open Dog

1st Ralines Just Jewels. Beautifully proportioned and presented black and cream dog. Lovely type, compact dog who moved with great drive, had no trouble with the long grass or rough ground moved with enthusiasm keeping his topline at all times. Had it all well put together. BD BOB.

2nd Neertanauf Sea Magic Sh.CM.JW. Shaded Red dog, well presented coat, correct shoulder and hind quarters, parallel coming and going.

3rd Yelva Mister Brandy Man.

Puppy Bitch

1st Larkhund Sofia. Black and tan bitch, out of the top drawer, excels in head, beautiful coat, moved soundly and with drive coming and going. Well handled. RBB and BP

Junior Bitch

1st Willowheath Silver Queen. Silver dapple bitch, enjoying her day out, when settled moved straight and true, feminine head, beautiful dappled coat, elegant neck into well laid shoulders, good ribbing and rear angulation.

Post Graduate Bitch

1st Dinkidudlor Petmar Purfect at Classidax. Dark brindle bitch, almond eye, good head on lengthy neck into well laid shoulders, rib goes well back, moved out well.

2nd Thelepees Kacy Cotton Sox. Shaded cream, pretty bitch not the length of 1, good fore chest and rear angulation.

Limit Bitch

1st Thelepees Polly Ester. Black and Tan bitch, with a rich tan colouring, long rib cage goes well back, short in the loin. Kept her topline on the move.

2nd Classidax Liberty Belle. Black and Cream bitch, good pigmentation and eye colouring. Moved out covering the ground well

Open Bitch

1st Willowheath Silver Charmer. Another silver dapple bitch from this kennel, one I have always admired from the ringside and was not disappointed to go over her. Well put together, presented in good coat, moved sound and true. BB
