Miniature Long

Firstly my thanks to the Midland Dachshund Club for this invitation to judge, this being my first CC appointment I felt at eased and welcomed. This must come down to the hard work of the officers and committee of this club. I felt that overall the quality of the bitches outweigh the Dog  with a lot of promising young bitches coming through. I feel the need to note that feet need improvement and we need to watch the length of loin.

Veteran Dog (1 Entries) Abs: 0 
1st:  WALTERS Ch Ralines Just Ozzie – A well constructed male with pleasing head and eye, he boasts correct placed shoulder and good spring of rib. Firm topline held on the moved, still covering the ground with ease. Strongly considered for higher awards. BVIB

Minor Puppy Dog (2 Entries) Abs: 0 
1st: WOODVINE-SHONE Hanishan Fire Cracker –Red , beautifully presented male. Pleasing head and eye , correct mouth .Well placed shoulder and good topline , moved well.
2nd: PIKE & CARTER Zarcrest Flash Harry At Breezelyn –sliver dapple male, different type to one, has correct mouth nice neck and shoulders , well presented showed well for a baby.

Puppy Dog (3 Entries) Abs: 0 
1st: HARRIS & MCLACHLAN Zarcrest Flash Gordon – Siler dapple male who is raw but has everything you would want to see at this age. attractive head , correct mouth , eye and neck , well placed shoulders .Covered the ground so well. BPD
2nd: OXLEY Dinkidax Right On Cue JW – More mature puppy, well coated cream with  lots to like. Well laid shoulder strong topline and good hind quarters, 3^rd SIGGEE Ensigynes Mysto

Junior Dog (6 Entries) Abs: 3 
1st: WESTON & JOHNSON Ecotyne Devil's Advocate – A well marked black and tan male who grabbed me on first look. Charming head, correct mouth. Good length of neck, well placed shoulders, held his topline on the move .
2nd: BROWN Dolyharp Puccini with Garbosa- another black and tan with qualities to like. Good overall construction, a bit shorter in ribbing than 1^st.kept lovely outline on the move. 3^rd BEDFORD Rothmia Cassius Clay of Dinkidudlor

Post Graduate Dog (2 Entries) Abs: 0 
1st: BREESE  Silkdown Samson – A nice sized male who you need to put your hands on to appreciate, typical hound head , correct amount of neck leading into well placed should , good spring and length of rib , nice hind construction, shows reach and drive , in the challenge I could not deny him the RCC.
2nd: OXLEY Lokmadi Rio Bravo at Dinkidax , he left his coat at home pleasant head and eye , nice amount of neck moved soundly coming and going, kept lovely outline in profile

Limit Dog (3 Entries) Abs: 0 
1st: POOLE Findowrie Mr Mckenzie , well sized male. Masculine head with no signs of coarseness correct mouth and eye. Front moved out well he used his hindquarters with drive. Keeps a good outline at all times. Worked well for his handler.
2nd: KENNEDY Hanishan Blue Diamond , close between 1 and 2. Just preferred the feet on one ,he is well balanced and keeps a lovely outline on the move. 3^rd BREESE Silkdown Phoenix Rising

Open Dog (5 Entries) Abs: 0 
1st: WOOD Ch Wildstar Wrobinson JW , A true show dog who draws you in. Good size with an appealing head, correct eye and mouth. Pleasing amount of neck leading into correctly placed shoulders, prominet keel , good feet. Nice spring of rib and firm topline. He moves with ease and cannot be looked past DCC, BOB.  
2nd: HARRIS  & MCLACHLAN  Ch Swiss Dk UK Zarcrest Black Smith W18, A worthy champion. Well presented and handled. Pleasant head and neck. Nice spring of rib moved well. A shade longer cast than one but all in proportion. 3^rd POOLE Findowrie Mr Bumble

Veteran Bitch (3 Entries) Abs: 1 
1st: LATHAM-JACKSON Ch Urishay Sweet Pea A girl who enjoyed her day , she has a sweet head good eye and a good mouth. Nice amount of neck, good lay of shoulder , still has a firm topline. Moved so well.
2nd: KENNEDY & KENNEDY Ch Denkena's Black Swan this girl shares the quality’s of 1 ,very little to chose  between them I  just felt one was moving more freely on the day .

Minor Puppy Bitch (6 Entries) Abs: 0 
1st: ODDIE Ralines Lemon Drizzle for Riowood In a class full of potential this girl raised to the top, she is eye catching , feminine head with a lovely expression , good pigment , nice forchest and lay of shoulders , good topline held at all times. Moved well.
2nd: ROBERTS Ralines Cupcake To Denver, Sister to one, shares her construction qualities, strong topline shown while in stand and during movement. Very little separated one and two. 3^rd BOYLE Zarcrest Black Ink  

Puppy Bitch (6 Entries) Abs: 3
1st: GODDARDs Minard Darque Angel , Another young bitch who has everything you want , beautiful head and markings . Good amount of neck that leads into correctly placed shoulders , good spring and amount of rib. Nice loin and correct hind construction . RCC BPB BPIB.
2nd: ROTHCHILD Rothmia Get Your Glad Rags On, A raw baby who needs a little time, she has  a sweet head , nice eye and mouth. Lots to like , has plenty of time on her side. 3^rd CUNNINGHAM Ydale Skys the Limit

Junior Bitch (6 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: WOODVINE-SHONE Hanishan Stracciatella An immaculately presented bitch who underneath that coat has a quality construction. Pleasing head and eye , nice amount of neck , well laid shoulders firm topline . Moved with drive.  Very promising.
2nd: BREESE Silkdown Dark Star Pretty bitch who is compact , lovely head and neck , good spring of rib nice preportions, moved Ok. Lovely type that appealed to me greatly. 3^rd POOLE Maxwin Marcella At Findowrie 

Post Graduate Bitch (7 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: JOHNSON Charpurdy's Dandy Dutchess.  A bitch who works so well with her handler to get the best of their duo. She has an appealing head , good neck and lay of shoulder , good keel , nice amount of rib , she moves effortlessly around the ring with drive.
2nd: LATHAM-JACKSON Urishay Heart 'n' Soul Anther girl who was enjoying her day, she has correct shoulder placement, good ribbing and angulation and moves well. Kept an appealing outline in profile, beautifully presented and handled. 3^rd BREESE Silkdown Celestial Spring

Limit Bitch (4 Entries) Abs: 1 
1st: METCALFE Metadale Ariadne A beautiful in proportion bitch with a pleasing head and eye , she has well placed shoulder and nice amount of ribbing , a good topline held at all times , lovely hind quarters and moved well. Pushed hard for the higher awards. One who appealed greatly.    
2nd: MITCHELL Bronia Witchcraft  , Nice type, correct movement, good head and eye, length of ribbing correct, kept good outline at all times. Beautifully presented , such a happy show girl. Just preferred the little extra length of 1. 3^rd LOCKETT-WALTERS Ralines Good Tidings

Open Bitch (5 Entries) Abs: 0 
1st: DARE Larkhund Sofia Well constructed bitch with excellent movement, appealing head and eye , she is a nice sized bitch who keeps her topline one the move and in Stance. Beautifully presented and handled well muscled.
2nd: BROWN Ch Mystera Once Upon A Dream at Garbosa JW   in full coat and very feminine;  excellent proportions all through;  well-angulated fore strong topline and good feet. Lovely type very appealing and ran one close.  3^rd HIGGINS Crisp Fall Night at Ralines

Champion Bitch (1 Entries) Abs: 0 
1st: LOCKETT WALTERS Ch Lyndarlea Vienna. A bitch who I had judge before and she still doesn’t disappoint , Feminine red bitch with pleasing head and eye, correct bite, adequate neck .Well constructed at both ends, correct amount of rib and moved freely covered the grown with ease in full coat  , happy to award her the  CC.
