MINI L/H: VD/B* (5,1) 1 McCarthy Nagshall Just Santana JW. Beautiful Cream with good pigment, balanced outline and correct front construction, good ribcage moved soundly. 2 Earley Yelva King Of The Road. Lovely head and eye, nicely angulated front construction, good ribcage, not as strong in topline as winner. 3 Broads Neertanauf Sea Magic JW Shcm. *MPD* (2) 1 MCCarthy Nagshall Dutch Odyssey. Red male with lovely dark eye of correct shape, good head and strong jaw, sound on the move if still a little unsettled. Good ribcage shown in good coat. 2 Turvey Moody Blues To Noakimba. Brindle male who showed well, dark eye, skull a little broad for my taste but nice length of foreface and powerful jaw. Well up for size but would prefer to see him carrying more weight.*PD* (3) 1 Butlers Drymoor Silver Thrup’ney Bit. Dapple male shown in good coat, nice head shape, eyes dark in colour but a little round for my taste, super outline strong topline excellent rear angulation that he used well on the move. Won this class on movement. 2 McCarthy Nagshall Dutch Odyssey. 3 Turvey Moody Blue’s to Noakimba.*JD* (4) 1 Hall Cliffmere Woodman. Beautiful head and eye on this youngster who has a super outline both when stacked and on the move, excellent ribcage and good front construction. Loved him in his class, but seemed to lose his sparkle in the dog challenge, one I will watch for in the future. 2 Hall & Osbourne Dinkidax Dionysus. A cream male with good pigment, well made, balanced, moved soundly. A little on the big side for my taste. 3 Broad Dinkidax Dionysus.*PGD* (5) 1 Le Page Willowheath Freddy Mercury With Thelepees. Easy winner of the class with his sound free movement and balanced outline. Correct shaped skull and strong jaw dark eyes of good shape. Good ribcage, shown in good coat. Pulled out all the stops in the dog challenge Res CC. 2 Broad Dinkidax Dionysus. Liked him for size, good head and eye has a good ribcage not as strong in hind movement as my class winner. 3 Earley Sanmilk Charming Chocolet Of Yelva. *LD* (2) 1 Early Yelva Mister Brandy Man. 7 Year old red male not showing his age at all still moving well and in good coat. I liked his head and eye, nicely laid back shoulders, good feet. Won the class on his balanced movement. Best Veteran. 2 Hall & Osbourne Dinkidax Midnite Charmer. Nice skull shape and dark eyes, correctly angulated front construction, tight feet and nice rib cage preferred the rear angulation of my class winner. *OD* (4,1) 1 Woods, Ch Wildstar Wrobinson. Red male with correct skull shape and dark eyes. Super sprung and smooth ribcage, plenty of substance when you get your hands on this dog, super laid back shoulders and good length of upper arm prominent sternum and correct depth of keel, tight feet. Balanced outline, powerful hindquarters correctly angulated with upper thigh set at right angle to pelvis. Moves with purpose and drive shown in super coat Dog CC. 2 Early Lilacfen Sonny Delight at Yelva. A nice dapple male of good length, liked his head and length of muzzle strong jaw, eyes dark in colour and of correct almond shape. Moved well would prefer a better ribcage. 3 McCarthy Nagshall Just Lucamac JW. *MPB* (5,2) What a class! 1 Wood Wildstar Wrivera. Just loved everything about this bitch, super head and length of muzzle powerful jaw, dark almond shaped eyes. Excellent shoulder placement and length of upper arm, tight feet. Ribcage smooth and carried well back. Level topline well angulated hind quarters. For me this bitch excels in movement with super forward reach and powerful hind action. So well balanced and full of breed type. Shown in super coat condition. BCC. BOB. BPIB. 2 Geeson Abydachs All About Me. Very nicely balanced good moving bitch, nicely laid back shoulders, prominent sternum super ribcage and level strong topline, well angulated hindquarters that she used to power around the ring. Res BCC. 3 Johnson & Cross Africandawns La Boheme.*PB* (3) 1Woods Wildstar Wrivera. 2 Westaway Abbilis Maleficent At Treranch. A nicely balanced red bitch good length of muzzle, eyes dark in colour skull a little broad for my taste, strong level topline moved well. 3 Murphy Frenchfavour Linen At Classidax. *JB* (5,1) 1 Johnsons & Cross Africandawns Magalena. Lovely super sound bitch who is correctly made, excellent ribcage strong level topline, very well balanced all through, in good coat. Would like a more refined head. 2 Hall Cliffmere Woodlark. Liked her head and expression, nicely angulated front assembly level topline, showed and moved well could have a better tail. 3 Le Page Thelepees Pennyblack Silk. *PGB* (4,2) 1 Westaway Abbilis Jive Talking At Treranch. This is a bitch of correct size which won her the class, lovely to go over on the table good head and eye, shoulders well laid back with prominent sternum, lovely ribcage strong topline. 2 Cox Bronia Jelly Baby. Lovely outline on this bitch both on the move and when stacked, liked her front assembly and has a prominent sternum. Feet tight. 3 McCarthy Nagshall Holly Go Lightly.*LB* (5,2) 1 MCCarthy Nagshall Love Constantly. Super front construction on this bitch enabling her the forward reach in front movement that is essential for efficient movement. Ribcage smooth and of good length. Strong level topline. Won the class on her movement. 2 Westaway Abbilis Jive Talking At Treranch. 3 Le Page Theleppes Polly Ester.*OB* (3,1) 1 Whitfield-Roberts Dandydayo I Am Moana. Red bitch liked her for size, pretty head good length of muzzle, strong topline, nice ribcage nicely angulated hind quarters, showed and moved well. 2 Murphy Classidax Liberty Belle. Thank you to the committee for inviting me to judge. I thoroughly enjoyed my day, Also thank to the exhibitors who brought their dogs under me, also to the efficient help of my steward. It is 6 years since I have judged longs, size is a lot better than last time breeders seem to have taken note, temperaments were delightful, teeth were on the whole very clean, there were only a few who’s bite’s were a bit tight, they were judged accordingly, I would say that Longs are in a good position most were fit for function with very few exceptions, I would dearly loved to have taken home both CC winners.*V* (2) 1 Cook & Rhodes’s Abydachs Rides The Storm To Bournder, Red, just short of his 10 birthday, in immaculate condition. He has that look at me attitude, very nice head carriage, really good front and tight feet, so good all through, moved with super drive, which put some youngsters to shame pleased to award RCC. 2 Boursuk’s Ir Ch Badamtam’s Via Baltica At Follypaws Sh Cm B/T, slightly larger than 1st, well constructed in good condition, moved well, unlucky to meet 1 in such sparkling form. *MP* (3) 1 Cross’s Loggeta Trouble In Texas, S/Red, 7 months. Attractive conical head & lovely dark almond eye & pigment, good forechest and reach of neck, tight elbows, underline & topline, well off for bone, loved his positive movement which won him the class, pleasure to award BP. 2 Sutton’s Kindeace Texas Tornado, S/Red, smart lad with lovely balance to his outline, well boned, good hea, prominent forechest, moved well, just preferred the hind movement of 1. 3 Wedge’s Dolan Dock Of The Bay. *P* (3) 1 Johnson’s Africandawns Arry Stottle, well constructed 8 months red, compact type not to big with a pleasing head, good reach of neck, prominent prosternum, with a good length of ribbing, well boned with tight feet, showed and moved with drive. 2 Eve’s Sundayhills Benedict, 11 month s/red, good head, & expression with dark eye, liked his front, good length of ribbing, moved with drive, slightly bigger all through than 1. 3 Wedge’s Dolan Jonny Be Good. *J *(1) 1 Robert’s Swansford Gabrieldor, Oh my, he made a statement when he entered the ring he just flowed around the ring, loved his elegant head, eye & well set on ears, excellent reach of neck, very good shoulder placement, he has a wraparound front, prominent prosternum with dimples, his keel goes well back ,well ribbed with short coupling ,moved with drive I was able to see each foot fall, I loved him, CC & BOB which I understand makes him up, delighted to see him go RBIS. *PG* (4,1) 1 Dare’s Swansford Gasperdor Darsoms, well boned B/T, a striking dog, I see litter brother to my CC winner, lovely head & expression, excellent length of neck, good shoulder placement, adequate length of upper arm, very true front with excellent feet, strong topline and underline, good length of ribbing, well muscled rear, moved with drive, pushed hard for top honours. 2 Marsh’s A Touch of Magic at Marshwick, B/T slightly lighter built than 1, liked his head, strong foreface, ok front and shoulder placement, would like a stronger underline, he held his topline on the move, moved well with drive, unlucky to meet 1 in such sparkling form. 3 Chapman’s Africadawns Justin N time Melminds. *L *(3,1) 1 Johnson & Cross’s Africandawns Myles Long, quality B/T, nice size, lovely head & expression with a dark almond eye, good reach of neck, liked his front, very good shoulders placement, fair upper arm, tight feet, holds a good topline, true movement out & back. 2 Chapman’s Melminds Zsylvester S/Red, slightly bigger than I like, attractive head & expression, with a lengthy neck, leading to a correct front assembly, good length of ribbing, moved out well with parallel movemen, I just preferred the overall balance of 1. *O *(1) 1 Dare’s Ch Swansford Lionellador Darsom Red, Really good sized dog, with style and elegance, super head, long neck, excellent front, tight feet, very good shoulder placement, good strong underline long ribbing, very good rear, moved with drive coming and going.*P* (1) 1 Chapman’s Melminds Make them Gold 10 month S/Red, with a good head & eye, good proportions, ok length of neck, leading into well angulated shoulders, sufficient chest, kept a level topline, movement a bit untidy at the moment. *PG *(3) 1 Cheese’s Africandawns Heidi Clare At Suecaseus B/T, feminine well made, just the right size, pleasing conical head & dark eye, liked her front, well placed shoulders, holds a good top line, good length of ribbing, moved with drive, pushed hard for top honours. 2 Johnson & Cross’s Wardax Angelica S/Red, slightly larger mould, has a good head carriage, good length of neck, fair front, correct forechest, feet and bone ok, well placed shoulders, god underline, liked her length of ribbing, moved with drive, just preferred the overall balance of 1. 3 Chapman’s Melminds Marine Diamonds. *L *1 Eve’s Sundayshill Hermione, S/Red, Very nice slightly larger mould but well made, correct bite, lovely head & eye, lengthy neck, tight feet, liked her prosternum & underline, lovely shoulder placement, nice length of ribbing, moved with drive. *O* Easily the class of the day, very strong class, I was spoilt for choice. 1 Geeson’s Ch Abydachs Miraval, Sparkling red, I loved her, Out of coat but her attributes did not detract from the overall picture, with a look at me attitude, Regal conical head & dark oval eye, reachy neck, excellent forechest, nice tight feet, good spring of rib, well angulated quarters, stylish mover, she won this class on her excellent movement CC. 2 Burke & Manston’s Ch Bonavoir Ermintrude, S/Red, very nice bitch, Super presentation, liked her head & length of neck, can match 1 for her immaculate forehand, super topline, & ribbing, scored on hindquarters, moved with drive, just preferred the overall presence of 1, she perked on the move to win the RCC. 3 Robert’s Ch Swansford Gemmadora *Christine Gibson
