Dachshund (Min Long Haired) Yearling Dog (1,0 abs)

1^st. Lockett-Walters’ – Hutzpah Heathcliffe at Ralines. Beautiful headed cream boy of 20 months, his expressive dark eye is captivating. Good neck, shoulder & front but I would prefer neater elbows. Good topline, depth of chest, underline & strong short loin. He was well-muscled throughout & he has well-made quarters. Moved out well with attitude & was shown in good condition. BD & BOS.

1^st. Dunhill’s – Zarcrest Flash Gordon at Gellijam. Lovely head & eye on this dapple boy, pleasing forehand with good bone & neat feet. Strong topline into excellent quarters, he was shown in gleaming coat & conditioning & he moved out well in all directions. RBD.

Dachshund (Min Long Haired) Puppy Bitch (1,0 abs)

1^st. Metcalfe’s – Metadale Harmonia. What a delightful 6 month old cream baby this girl is. She has a head & expression to die for, reachy neck into well laid back shoulder, super front, excellent feet, lovely keel, well ribbed back, level topline to strong, short loin. Excellent tailset & well-muscled quarters with good turn of stifle which allowed her to move soundly with purpose. Shown in excellent coat & conditioning, I absolutely loved her & despite her youth she pushed very hard for the top honour. RBB & BPIB.  

Dachshund (Min Long Haired) Junior Bitch (2,0 abs)

1^st. Whitfield-Roberts’ – Dandydayo Kiss The Girl. Red girl with a beautiful head & eye, excellent neck & shoulder, good front & feet. Good topline, ribbing & underline & well-muscled quarters, she moved soundly with a good footfall.

2^nd. Mason’s – Crownlake’s Queen Bee. Pretty headed B/T girl with a dark eye & kean expression. She has a good forehand, topline, underline, ribbing & quarters. She moved out well but wasn’t as positive behind as the winner.

Dachshund (Min Long Haired) Limit Bitch (2,0 abs)

1^st. Pain’s – Cwmdarhian Radio Gaga Ravensbeech. Beautiful B/T girl with an excellent shaped head & a lovely expression from her dark eye. She has a super neck, shoulder, front & feet, holds her topline very well & has a good depth of chest & spring of rib. Her loin is short & strong & her hindquarters textbook. She was shown in excellent condition & her coat gleamed with well-being. So sound out & back & moving with style on the go around. Delighted to award her BB & BOB.

2^nd. Mason’s – Tolberg Beez Kneez at Teckeltown. Pretty red girl with a dark eye & kind expression. Pleasing forehand, good depth of chest & well ribbed back. Her quarters were very well made & well-muscled, she moved out soundly.
