Thank you also to all the exhibitors; I was delighted with the entry and thoroughly enjoyed judging such quality dogs on the day. Please keep an eye on size now that minis are no longer weighed, as it can easily creep up. Overall, the dogs were well presented and in excellent condition. I would also like to thank my highly efficient stewards, Anne DeFaye and Gill Pollard.

1ST Cunannun RiseBorne (Miss L Bedford) Shaded Red, 8mths. Mature for his age. Masculine head with a dark almond eye, correct proportions, ears well set. Correct scissor bite. He had a good reach of neck into a well laid shoulder and the required oval thorax. Plenty of bone, good feet, tight elbows. He offered sufficient ground clearance, was well ribbed with a short loin into well rounded hind quarters. Moved well fore and aft. Kept his topline at all times.
2ND Crownlake Rolls Royce (Miss D Mason) Blk/Tan, 8mths. Another lovely youngster with very similar attributes to 1. Pleasing head properties with a dark almond eye, correct scissor bite. Good reach of neck and well laid shoulders, tight elbows, correct length of rib and short loin. Well-muscled hindquarters. Moved well fore and aft keeping his topline. Splitting hairs between these two.

1ST Hanishan Starlightexpress (Miss Woodvine-Shone) Blk/Tan, 11mths. Of good size and type. Masculine head with a dark almond eye, correct proportions, scissor bite, ears well set. Good reach of neck into well laid shoulders, good depth of chest, oval thorax, tight elbows. Ribs extended well back, short loin and well-muscled hindquarters, correct angulation. Whilst this lad had the required ground clearance and moved parallel, at times he would lack enthusiasm. However, he pulled himself together in the challenge for BPIB.
2ND 3972 - Ruperb Bear Sunset (Miss La Jackson) Blk/Cream 10mths. Excelled in head with correct proportions, dark almond eye, correct scissor bite, ears well set. Whilst he had a good reach of neck, he was a tad upright in shoulder. He presented a good depth of chest, oval thorax, well ribbed. Well-muscled hindquarters with a good turn of stifle.

2ND Findowrie The Field Marshal (Mrs M E Poole) another lovely Red boy of 12mths. Much to like with similar attributes to 1. Correct head properties, dark almond eye. From a good reach of neck into well laid shoulders and tight elbows. Correct depth of chest, oval thorax and sufficient ground clearance. Well ribbed, short loin. He just lacked the reach and drive of my winner.

This lad took my eye on entering the ring, he excelled in head with all the correct properties, dark almond eye and correct ear and placement. Correct scissor bite. Such a good reach of neck into well laid shoulders and tight elbows. Correct depth of chest, oval thorax. Plenty of bone, super feet well arched toes, thick and firm pads. With the required ground clearance, he was well ribbed, with a short loin into strong hindquarters, well angulated. Moved with reach and drive keeping topline. In super condition and couldn’t be denied the DCC & BOB.
2ND Debbiejay Hansel (Miss D Carey) Shaded Cream, 18mths. Pleasing head properties, dark almond eye, correct scissor bite, well placed ears. Good length of neck into well placed shoulders. Well ribbed, short loin. Although a little unsettled he was balanced in angulation fore and aft.

2ND Daniello Dreamer Boy (Mrs M E & Mr P Kasprowicz) Choc Dapple, (3rd in JD) – Pleasing head and eye. Adequate length of neck into a good shoulder & upper arm. Well ribbed, short loin. Would like to see more enthusiasm on the move.

2ND Al Capone Crespalia Bronia (Imp Esp) (Mrs F & Mrs C Hanney-Mitchell & Dare) Shaded Red, 2yrs. Loved his size. Refined in head, correct scissor bite, well placed ears, a tad small in eye. Well placed shoulders and good depth of chest giving required ground clearance. Decent bone and tight well-knit feet. He had a good length of rib, short loin and well-developed hindquarters. Whilst he kept his topline, he needs to tidy up in hind movement.

This boy had a good reach of neck into well laid shoulders, tight elbows. His correct depth of chest gave him the required ground clearance. Carried a good length of ribbed, short loin into well-muscled hindquarters which matched the angulation of his forehand. Well balanced and kept his topline. BVIB

Well ribbed, correct depth of chest, short loin. Whilst she had well developed hindquarters she needs to tighten in movement, which should come with maturity.

Correct depth of chest providing the correct ground clearance. Her rib extended well back into a short loin. Hindquarters well-muscled with correct angulation. Moved so true keeping her topline. No hesitation in awarding her the BCC.
2ND Chriskim's Golden Ticket at Floxie (Mrs Kelly Church) Cream, 22mths. Pleasing head properties with a dark almond eye and correct ear placement. Adequate reach of neck into a well laid shoulder. Well ribbed, short loin. She had well developed hindquarters and moved well keeping her topline.
