MPD (5). 1. Hallett’s, Brialand Romeo by Loretto. Sound 8 months old baby. Lovely head and expression, dark eye. Super front, tight elbows. Ribbing smooth and carried well back. Level topline, well bent stifle. Moved true fore and aft. BPD. 2. Scarth and Gaunt’s, Bigglesmere’s Ron Weadley. Nice baby, just 6 months old. Liked his type. Bit elbowy but excellent sternum. Good topline and stifles. Low to ground. 3. Fletcher’s, Spiredals Winnets Pocket.
PD. (6). 1. Colothan and Reed’s, Annsford Dust Buster. Attractive puppy. Nicely put together. Good keel and ribbing which was smooth and carried well back. Level topline. Good hind angulation. Moved well.
JD. (2). 1. Smith’s, Dunns Pitts Jake. Well balanced youngster in good coat. Dark eye. Good forechest, would like tighter elbows. Well sprung ribbing. Well bent stifles. Level topline carried well on the move. 2. Moate’s, Dianamo Magnum. Lovely head and expression. Good reach of neck and ribbing. Sound front. Moved well. Not quite the topline of balance of first.
PGD. (2). 1. Morris’s, Verrami Straight Ahead to Bretarah. Nice little dog. Lovely head and expression. Adequate forechest. Excellent ribbing. Sound quarters. Moved true fore and aft. Harsh jacket. Showed well.
LD. (2). 1. Mueler’s, Rabymare Frances Alot. Super little dog oozing quality. Attractive head, lovely appealing expression from dark eyes. Long neck leading into well laid shoulders. Excellent keel and ribbing. Low to ground. Level topline. Well bent stifles. Moved true, in good coat and condition. Pleased to award him his first CC. Hope the other two will follow shortly.
OD. (6). 1. Barney’s, Verrami Guess What. Loved his type. Low to ground. Another quality dog. Super head and expression. Excellent reach of neck and ribbing. Level topline, sound quarters. Good side gait, harsh coat. RCC. 2. Thorn-Andrew’s, Drakesleat Spaghetti Junct. Nicely balanced with typical head. Sound front, tight elbows. Excellent ribbing carried well back. Not the hind angulation of first. Just a little too rangy for me. Moved well, good presentation. 3. Newbury’s, Dalegarth Likely Lad.
MPB. (11) Nice class with some promising babies. 1. Hutchings’, Molloney Unique Recipe. Lovely head, good ear carriage. Reachy neck, well laid shoulder. Good depth of keel and ribbing. Sound front and quarters. Good length. Moved true. Promising puppy. 2. East’s, Komombo Sunny Spell. Another lovely bay. Pretty head, sweet expression. Good forehand, low to ground. Level topline. Nice outline. 3. Poxon’s, Kapodach Molly Coddle.
PB. (7). 1. Blackburn’s, Stargang Blue Freckles. Most attractive puppy. Lovely outline when she decided to stand still. Excellent reach of neck and keel, prominent breastbone. Good ribbing. Well bent stifle, short hocks. Moved true fore and aft. Liked her very much. BP. 2. Sebire’s, Stargang Standing Ovation for Bouvee. Another baby I liked very much. Low to ground with excellent keel, good depth all through. Balanced outline. Moved soundly. Super coat and condition. 3. Wilberg’s, Kanix Bettie.
JB. (8). 1. Blackburn’s, Stargang Karaoke Queen. Very sound overall gorgeous head, sweet expression. Really good forechest, well placed elbows. Good ribbing and length of back. Level topline. Sound quarters. 2. Punter’s, Welcumen Black Hat. Lovely head and expression. Excellent forehand and ribbing. Good back and underline. Nice backend. Harsh coat. Preferred length of neck of first but a close decision. 3. Marston’s, Lordscairnie Spirit of Love.
PGB. (6). 1. Blackburn’s, Stargang Xquisite. Close decision between first and second. Preferred length of upper arm placement of first. Pretty bitch with lovely expression. Long neck, super front assembly. Excellent ribbing. Well bent stifle. Another lovely Dachshund from this kennel. 2. Barney’s, Verrami Vera Right. Lovely type in excellent coat. Low to ground, good neck, forechest and ribbing. Super bend of stifle. Level topline. Very nice nitches. 3. Baldwin’s, Beckel Bright and Fiar.
LB. (7). Three lovely girls. 1. Thorn-Andrews’, Drakesleat Guilty me Lud. Nicely balanced and very sound. She scored on her excellent front. Tight elbows, superb ribbibg carried well back. Firm topline and quarters. Moved true fore and aft. Well presented. 2. Sexton’s, Freecloud Mums the Word. Lovely outline, low to ground. Pretty head and expression. Sound forehand.
