Type was very mixed. I found a lot of exhibits who looked good stacked, tended to lose it on the move. Conversely, those who were sound on the move did not have such a good breed type outline in profile. Short ribbing and forward placed shoulders were the negatives, presentation and temperaments were excellent.
mpd (3). 1 Baldwins Komobo Copyright Well boned, mature with a good coat, kept a good outline on the move. 2 Brechin & Herbert’s Stargang Paco Rabanne. Slightly taller type with a good front, well presented. 3 Hipkin’s Metrella Wots On.
PD (3) 1 Wilbergs Kanix Keith. Excellent type. Conical head, almond eye. Correct construction in all departments, just the right amount of ground clearance. Presentation and temperement were first class. On the move he stole the show, confident covering a lot of ground.CC BoB and BP 2 Howells Fallowmill Nutz About Toffy. Another nice puppy he looked good stacked had to give way to 1 on the move. 3 Brechin & Herberts Stargang Max Factor
jd (3) 1 Kugow & Holt’s Waldmeister Jackson. Taller type who could really move which gave him the class Good bone and angulation, kept his shape at all times. 2 Thomson Larklinn High ‘n’ Mitie. Needs more confidence to show off his attributes Nice head and eye. Body proportions good, presentation excellent. 3 Smiths Dunns Pitts Zakajak
pgd (1) 1 Moore’s Danvichar Bergamot. Alone but a worthy winner, Masculine in outlook, well constructed with a good coat.
ld (8) 1 Hayward’s Foxearth Fools Parsley. Lovely shape, very sound, coat harsh, Conical head with correct almond eye. Good length of neck into well placed shoulders. Sound on the move Res CC 2 Wrights Rotella De La Hoya. Neat, in hard condition, presentation immaculate. Looked my winner stacked. Not so positive behind on the move. 3 Price’s Samlane Manilow
OD (1) Billinghurst’s Nordach Mr Show Off at Jiljac Nice shape stacked, lost it on the move.
Vet B (1) East’s Komobo Misty Day. Lovely type, very sound on the move. Coat a little soft. Kept a good outline both stacked and on the move
MPB (9) 2 abs Lovely class of babies. 1 Allen & Moon’s Drakesleat Bahn Anna. My notes say stunning, just my type, especially liked her neat hocks. Head and eye correct shape. Forechest, length of ribbing and hindquarters all made a very balanced package.Was very tempted to give her the CC, just lost out on maturity. Res CC 2 Wilberg’s Stargang Coco at Kanix. Taller type, very sound on the move. Construction overall was correct, not so mature as class winner. 3 Jones’ Bimini Dizzi Dancer
PB (7) 2 Abs 1 Punter’s Welcumen Maiden Jane. Red, Not a lot of coat but what she had was harsh. Excellent construction, kept her shape at all times. Well angulated at both ends moved with purpose. 2 Howells Fallowmill Tuitti Fruiti. Smaller type, coat a little softer 3 Kugow & Holt’s Waldmeister Mischka
JB (7) 1 abs 1 Angear’s Ridgegrove Sugar Doll. The usual quality exibit from this clever breeder. Femine head, good forehand, long ribbing, short loin. Longer length of second thigh gave her the class 2 Blackburn-Bennett’s Shelsall Up to No Good at Shardagang. Another nice youngster preferred her shoulder placement, neat body shape, well boned, sound on the move. 3 Howells Fallowmill Clarissa
PGB (12) 1 Thompson’s Spengretta Your My Girl. Mature bitch with a lot to like, well off for bone. Kept a good profile and was sound at both ends on the move. Prominent forechest and good length of second thigh. 2 Blackburn’s Stargang Coffee Renoir. Promising exhibit, presented a good picture. I particulary liked her substance and coat quality. 3 Hayward Foxearth Foto Copy
LB (16) 3abs 1 Wright’s Rotella Sometimes an Angel. Smaller type whose construction was excellent as was the presentation. Feminine head well constructed at both ends, held a good topline on the move. 2 Blackburn-Bennett Shybu Zephrin at Shardagang. Silver dapple who was close up to class winner in all points, well handled. 3 Sexton & Hayward’s Foxearth Fixed Assets
OB (3) 1 Blackburn’s Ch Kanix Hilda at Stargang. Have admired her since her debut and was not disappointed on examination. Feminine head, good length of neck going into well placed shoulders, tight elbows, correct ground clearance, keeps a good profile. Coat presentation was up to the usual standard from this handler. CC. Had to give way to younger brother in the challenge for BOB 2 Hutchings Ch Molloney Zena Ghost JW Another lovely bitch who excels in profile on the move. Very good head, plenty of bone, well angulated at both ends. 3 Thomson’s Larklinn Star of Destiny
