MINIATURE WIREHAIRED
Many thanks to all who took the time to enter. I thought temperaments were good.
Bitches are stronger than the dogs, but having said that, I thought my BOB quite
outstanding.
PD (4) 1 Blackburn’s Stargang Tigers Eye. Youngster with pleasing head
and good expression, good quality coat, handled to advantage, confident approach
to the task in hand, should finish well. BP and Res CC. 2 Douglas &Banks’ Kmai
Razzle Dazzle Of Torabbi. Pleasing type, not yet as mature as above, just
preferred the more positive rear, action of one.
JD(1) 1 Kirkwood’s Waldmeister Gordo At Helydon. Good coated brindle,
neat sort. I thought slightly forward shoulder maybe.
PGD 1 Shaw’s Cilnant Happy Harry. Brindle boy, good head and eye,
handled well, would just like more angulation all through. 2 Puckett’s Molloney
Willy Wayme. Darker brindle with not the coat texture of above, not the rear of
first.
LD(6, 2) 1 Black’s Bassodon Bilbie. Dark brindle, head ok, good coat,
movement won him this class. 2 Miller’s Palsuz Little Red Devil. Another good
headed specimen who unfortunately did not make the most of himself.
OD(6, 2) 1 Thorn-Andrews’ Ch Drakesleat Win A Lot. His make and shape
took my eye on his entrance in the ring, on closer examination did not
disappoint. Superb head, eye shape and what a great expression, good mouth with
strong bite, soundly made, good bone, thick well padded feet, good backline and
the most super hindquarters, steady temperament, at one with handler. CC, BOB,
Gp 2. I was delighted to hear that this was this breeder’s 700th CC, what an
achievement. 2 Blackburn-Bennett’s Ch Stargang Malachite. Most worthy champion,
sure these could change places on other days. Very good type, has a lot to offer
the breed.
PB(13, 3) 1 Jones’ Bimini Rhapsody In Blue. Light brindle,
ultra feminine, super shape, moved soundly both ways, must finish well, shall
watch her as she matures with interest, has the attitude to go all the way. 2
Lancaster &Miller’s Pellismer Sno Bigdeal. Dark brindle, very similar in type to
one, sure these two girls will change places often, close to above in all
aspects. I was just splitting hairs.
JB(12, 2) 1 Thorn-Andrews’ Starhill Lady Of The Lake At Drakesleat.
Super type, the most beautiful shape, did all that was asked of her, a most
exciting future prospect. 2 Ridby’s Waldmeister Maud For Rigadac. Dark brindle
similar to above in shape, but one just had a better finish all through.
PGB(10, 2) 1 Billinghurst’s Drakesleat Russia Bout To Jiljac. Good
honest workmanlike hound, sound bitch with pleasing head, good eye shape,
correct mouth, not overdone in any way, just looks as though she could go all
day, super attitude with her owner and looks as though she enjoys the showing
experience. Res BCC. 2 Hardy’s Kushwin Firefly. Light brindle, handled well on
the table, sound enough with a good outlook.
LB(13, 2) 1 Baldwin’s Beckel Pent-House Baby. Very good sort with
appealing expression, correct mouth, level topline, moved out well keeping her
shape at all times. 2 Horswell’s Drakesleat Knot On Yer Nelly. Very close to one
in all departments, just preferred the shoulder of one.
OB(5, 1) 1 Fulton’s Bothlyn Black Rose. Super black coated
bitch, loved everything about her, first class coat, well turned out and handled
to advantage. A pleasure to go over and a joy to watch around the ring. I was
pleased to award her the CC, which I was told gave her a title. When it came to
BOB the dog just filled my eye, but what a super pair to watch around the ring.
2 Blackburn’s Ch Stargang Beau Belle. Another worthy champion, Very feminine
sort, she has the most beautiful head and expression, handled well on the table,
shown in beautiful condition.
