This 12 month old dog has a very undesirable roached back, for me a real no no. ND (1) 1 R Dandylion. PGD (3, 1) 1 Hill & Niall's Drakesleat Brass Doff. Nice type, good head, neck and shoulders, well bodied with good length of rib, good legs and feet, sound mover, just needs to relax to make the most of himself. 2 V Capercaillie. LD (3, 1) 1 Price's Samlane Tetley. Good head and eye, reachy neck let into well laid shoulders, good body with level topline, nice coat, moving well. Res BD. 2 MacDonough's Varrich Ben Lui. Quality dog who looked my winner standing but threw his chances away, as would not be handled and did not settle on the move. OD (1) 1 Kugow & Holt's Waldmeister Henry JW. Lovely type, good head, neck and shoulders, excellent body, nice front, strong hindquarters, in super coat, a dog with real substance and excellent sound free movement. BD. PB (3) 1 Fulton's Bothlyn Double Trouble. Lovely type, real little show girl full of confidence at her first show, good head, neck and shoulders, well ribbed body, strong hindquarters, super mover, really covers the ground. BP. 2 Rathbone's Brialind The Real Deal. Nice type, good head, neck and shoulders, well bodied, not so confident on the move. 3 Withdrawn through lameness. JB (2) Two quality bitches. 1 Russell's Russteck Perchance To Dream. Lovely young bitch, excellent length of rib, well boned with super hindquarters, looked really well stood and on the move with her excellent topline. I predict a bright future for this youngster. Res BB. 2 Kugow & Holt's Waldmeister Steffi JW. Ran the winner close, lovely bitch, so like her sire, nicely constructed throughout in super coat, moving really well. NB (4, 2) 1 MacDonough's Varrich Lilo Lil. Sweet head and expression, good neck and shoulders, well bodied, level topline, in good coat, sound mover. 2 B Double Trouble. PGB (4, 1) 1 R Perchance To Dream. 2 Billingurst's Drakesleat Russia Bout To Jiljac. Nice type, well made throughout, moved well, not the coat of the winner. 3 V Lilo Lil. LB (1) 1 Price's Samlane Touch Of Gin. Good head, neck and shoulders, good front, nice turn of stifle with chunky hindquarters, moved soundly. OB (2) 1 Fulton's Ch Bothlyn Penny Black. This bitch just oozes quality, completely fills the eye, such body and substance, lovely head and expression, excellent outline, holding her topline on the move and move she certainly did! A pleasure to judge. BOB and RBIS. 2 Roberts' Drakesleat Win'er Take All To Swansford. Nice type of bitch, sweet head and expression, moves well using her strong quarters to advantage.
