DACHSHUND - MINIATURE WIRE HAIRED
JD (4) 1
& BP Lewis's Trixhund Beluga. Well constructed red, a little wild in coat at
this stage. Good head with dark pigment and eye colour. Enough reach of neck
into well placed shoulder. Enough prosternum at present good upper arm length
allowing free movement, Well sprung ribbing with strong loin to strong
correctly angulated rear. Good bend of stifle with strong hocks. Moves well; a
sound prospect for the future. 2 Punter's Khalik Eberhard. Good overall shape
and outline. Correct head with good furnishings, dark eye, correct ear shape
and set. Nicely sloped neck leading into well placed shoulders. Good ground
clearance with well-made rear a little unsettled in stride and topline. 3
Billinghurst's Jiljac Tsar Very Much. Res: Hayward's Taree Scoville.
PGD (4,1) 1 BD & BOB Presnail's Taree Selwyn. B/T brindle. Lovely
outline with super coat. Good strong head with almond shaped dark eye, clean
neck into prominent prosternum with good ground clearance. Well constructed
front assembly with good upper arm allowing free forward movement. 2 Jones'
Shantallah Black Diamond Among Carlita. Could lose some weight in order to
better see how it is constructed. A little overloaded in shoulder nice enough
reach of neck. Good topline and moves with drive. But does needs to carry less
weight. 3 Stephenson's Molloney Oh Oh Seven Von Wistex.
LD (3,1) 1 Withheld. 2 McDowell's Waldmeister Charlie Brown At
Aristodax. This little dog has good conformation, good coat and would move out
better if it did not carry so much weight. A few ounces over is acceptable but
sadly l.5 lbs is not. Therefore I could not award a lst place. OD
(2,1) 1 & Res BD Punter's Ch Welcumen Jeremy. Good coat and
furnishings. Correct head and eye shape, enough reach of neck. Would prefer a
little more front, good ribbing, top and underline. Good bend of stifle and
length of hock. Moves with drive.
JB (4,2) 1 & BB Shone's Bratenklein I Love The Little Thing.
Beautifully presented Brindle bitch with excellent coat, good head and reach of
neck into correctly placed shoulders. Nice tight elbows. Would prefer a little
more prosternum. Well sprung ribs leading into nice strong loin with good
driving well muscled rear. Enough ground clearance with good padded feet. Very
worthy exhibit. 2 Fry's Trixhund Xhibitionist Of Bedeslea. Good strong head.
More compact type to No 1. Correct outline with enough reach of neck. A little
loose in elbow at the moment and would prefer a more pronounced prosternum.
Good ribbing, keeps a nice topline and has enough bend of stifle.
PGB (3,2) 1 Jones' Carlita Bewitched. A little unsettled on the table
today. Good coat but needs a bit of tidying Good pigment, eye shape and ear
set. Would prefer a little more neck. A little loose in front movement. Good
enough ribbing and length of loin with a little longer in hock than I would
like. She settled on the move and was less anxious. Her anxiety restricted her
movement appearing to be close behind today.
LB (4) 1 & Res BB Shone's Hanishan Eau Classique. Beautiful
pinwire in excellent condition. Correct front assembly with good layback of
shoulder leading to well sprung ribbing. Correctly angulated rear which enables
good parallel forward movement. 2 Betteridge's Brindeckel I Luv Lucy At Sylvax.
Compact bitch different type to No 1. Reasonable coat. Front assembly a little
lacking in prosternum and would prefer more reach of neck. Good well sprung
ribbing with well muscled rear end. A little lower to the ground than No. 1 but
moved out very well. 3 Miller's Angelholm Astadina At Palsuz.
OB (3,2) 1 Boyns' Brindeckel Ballykissangel. Good coat and ground
clearance. Correct head with enough reach of neck. Good ribbing. Good length of
loin but would prefer a little more bend of stifle. Only recently had a litter
but in good shape. Moves out well, keeping a nice shape and topline.
