I appreciated this entry of 25
exhibits with just 6 away so as to afford me much valued hands-on experience
PD(3,1) 1 Rose's Ridanflight Ricardo. 6m but with an assurance beyond his age;
attractive head with gd eye; great body proportions; correct height/length
ratios; well balanced angles; can still harden a touch in coat; ex neck gave a
proud carriage; moved out true keeping a gd outline; has a great and BPIB 2
Stephenson's Hadoka I'm A Handsome Devil At Wistex. 9.5m; gd head type; scored
in rib, quarters and bone; rather weak in front & arching his backline that
should settle in time; gd jacket.
PGD (2,1) 1 Neate's Beaucat Chedda George. 2yrs; gd head, jacket and
height/length ratios; but he was 5.28kgs yet thin and roached; needs to fill in
front; in making the award, I kept in mind that this was a classification
without CCs.
LD (1) 1 Neat's Beaucat Exfactor. 3yrs; also marginally over the max weight and
did lack condition over the loin; but he was obviously fit with great rump;
scored in head, neck and ribbing; needed a new jacket.
OD (2,1) 1 Phillips' Curtisey Boogy Woogy JW. 2yrs; gd coated d; gd skull but
prefer more strength through muzzle; ex neckline; gd rib and clearance; tended
to roach; weak in front but v. gd quarters; made the most on the move to earn
RBD
GOOD CITIZEN DOG SCHEME (1) 1 Stephenson's Molloney Oh Oh Seven von Wistex. 3yr
blk brindle d; loved his character and style; bit overweight but well covered;
ex head type; great jacket; rounded quarters; too short in rib and rather cut
up in underline; active on the move.
PB(5,1) Good to have something to go at! 1 Billinghurst's Drakesleat Scent Sue
All For Jilac. 11m; bred in the purple; I recollect admiring her dam when
judging a puppy stakes backalong; gd length of head; gd eye; gd neckline; well
constructed; ex jacket; muscled quarters; moved out with gd stride; the poise
and deadly proportions of the d. just edged it in the challenge for BP 2
Morris' Stargang Eternity At Pennywave. 7m; also showing considerable
potential; lovely head and eye; well ribbed back; gd bone; gd proportions and
clearance; just needs to relax that will surely come with experience. 3
Lancaster's Pellismer Stix N Stones
JB (6,2) 1 Morris' Stargang Quintina At Pennywave. Was this the gentleman
handler who was "faking it," never having shown a dog before? He was somewhere
around here and did so gd a job he can come again! 11m; great quality; breed
type throughout; correct head shape; balanced angles; correct backline;
outstanding quarters to give gd drive off rear; ex jacket; v. promising. 2
Goulding's Jiljac Patsy Clime. 13m of v gd type; long head with taper; so
feminine; ex ribbing; gd backline; harsh jacket; strong quarters to move out
well; just entering that awkward teenager stage. 3 Adams' Scarlet red Diervilla
In Angelholm (Imp)
PGB (1) 1 Blackburn's Banburg Black Opal At Stargang. 23m; balanced and typy; a
quality b. who was short of coat; gd head; gd backline; gd ribbing; ex neck and
shoulder; strong quarters; came on a little loose.
LB(1) 1 Howells' Fallowfield On The Button JW ShCM. 3yrs: simply so "correct"
and deadly accurate fore and aft with smart free-striding profile; ex head
type; gd eye; ex jacket; balanced angles; gd clearance; compact; surely of CC
quality? BB+BOB
OB(2) 1 Barney's Verrami Domestic Goddess. 3yrs; typy; ex head; well developed
forehand; gd neck; flowing outline through neck and backline; gd clearance;
balanced angles; absolutely sound; not an ideal jacket but so many specific
attributes to take RBB 2: Lancaster's Pellismer Deals A Winner 2.5yrs; not the
easiest to assess as she never got into her stride; lovely body proportions;
less secure in front; rather soft coated.
