Firstly I would like to thank the committee for giving me the opportunity to judge four varieties of Dachshunds at their prestigious show. I would also like to thank my stewards who were very professional and knowledgeable and whose expertise added to my enjoyment of the day.

PGD (1) 1 Steward's Bassodon Dolce. Well up to size brindle boy. Nice head, shoulders and topline. Moved well.

OD(2) 1 Punter's Ch Welcumen Jeremy. Super brindle boy, correct coat, good head, front assembly and lay of shoulders, tight elbows, firm topline. Moved out with purpose both coming and going. BD. 2 Thorn-Andrews' Ch Drakesleat Win Tin Tin. I was unable to truly assess this dog as he was not happy on the table or stacked, but he strode out ok, showing a good topline and sound movement.

PB(1) 1 Selley's Ubu Cracklin Rosie For Heleanne. Very promising 8 month old brindle bitch with a lovely attitude. Pleasing head, good front assembly, lay of shoulders and topline, moved well. BP.

JB(1) 1 Hambling's Tythe Idaho. 15 month old brindle bitch, nice head, front and lay of shoulders and firm topline. Moved out well with purpose.

PGB(2) 1 Steward's Araedan Would You Adam N'Evit .Well balanced and presented neat bitch, Pleasing head, good front and lay of shoulders, firm topline. Moved out well both coming and going. RBB. 2 Grant's Granhoward Jessie. Smart brindle girl, taller type than first. Nice head, good neck, lay of shoulders and topline. Moved well.

OB(2) 1 Thorn-Andrews' Ch Drakesleat Scents Sybil. Superb brindle bitch, correct coat, stylish head, super lay of shoulders, tight elbows and firm topline. Excelled on the move bothcoming and going. BB, BOB. HG3. 2 Grant's Hannishan Winningwaves At Granhoward. Nice brindle bitch, taller type than first, good head, lay of shoulders and topline. Preferred the movement of the first.
