PD (2) 1 & Best PD, Jones' Bimibi Starstruck. Liked the
size and overall body proportions of this attractive puppy of 9 mths,
maturing along pleasing lines and showing promise for the future. Head
planes pleased, nice eye and expression, good reach of neck, clean shoulder
and pleasing topline and underline, forelegs are straight and elbows under
him, quite firm in loin, well angulated in rear, moved out well on the go
round and is true both ways. 2 Feetham's Kimbleholme Jackpot. Another
promising puppy of just 6 mths, less mature than winner and is also maturing
nicely and has plenty to admire, scores in his nicely proportioned head,
keen in eye with a good expression, nice strong neck of good length, flowing
into well placed shoulder, his overall body outline is correct and coat
texture is pleasing, moved soundly on the out and back and when he has
gained more confidence should also have a bright future.
JD (2) 1 Feetham's Bothlyn Wee Man At Kimbleholme. Super
quality dark brindle, very eyecatching and confident, looked the part from
all angles and with more maturity, will trouble the best. He presents a
lovely balanced outline, well developed and well muscled in body and with
desired breed qualities to admire. Beautiful masculine head, dark eye, is
well angulated fore and aft, stands on good legs and feet, ribbing carried
well back, good topline and underline, free and active mover in profile and
true away and back, harsh coat, well presented. 2 Lancaster's Pellismer
Ottdeal. Close up in most respects, but at present lacking the maturity of
winner and unlucky to meet him on such good form, lots to like, he is well
put together with attractive head, eye and expression, firm topline and well
angulated quarters, moved soundly and freely and strode out in profile, good
texture to coat.
PGD (2, 1) 1 Neate's Beaucat Eddie Tor. Standing alone,
this attractive exhibit was worthy of his placing, as he presents a pleasing
outline, liked his well modelled and well balanced headpiece with correctly
shaped eye. Pleasing length of neck, flowing smoothly into well laid
shoulder, prominent forechest, pleasing underline and tuckup, would prefer
slightly more length of ribcage but his topline is level and maintained
whilst moving. Once settled moved out soundly with free and flowing strides,
in harmony with handler, well presented in excellent jacket.
LD (2, 1) 1 & Res BD, Hayward's Taree Scoville At
Wirefusion. Mature hound of super type, very well constructed overall and
presenting a really pleasing outline both standing and moving and looking
the part from all angles, elegant yet masculine head of desired proportions,
darkest almond shaped eye, super reach of neck and well placed shoulders,
pleasing pro sternum and length and depth of ribbing, strong loin and well
angulated quarters which he used to advantage on the move, strode out freely
and smoothly, in harmony with handler, excellent jacket.
OD (1) 1 & BD, Rose's Ch Ridanflight Ricardo. My find of
the day who caught my eye immediately. This mature brindle impressed me
greatly in all departments, with his overall qualities throughout, shown in
superb coat and condition, he had everything I look for in construction.
Presenting a super outline both standing and moving, he is difficult to
overlook. Admired his handsome head, long neck, proud head carriage, he has
a textbook front of desired construction, close fitting elbows and prominent
breastbone, ribs are carried well back and both topline and underline are
superb. His well developed rear is well angulated with rounded rump, tail
well set and well carried, looked a picture, striding freely around the
large ring showing confidence, soundness and great freedom of movement. In
profile such a showman, he oozes style and presence and is a worthy
champion, pleased to award BD and delighted he was later chosen Group 2.
Well done!
PB (3) 1 & BP, Morris' Pennywave Top Totti. Charming pup
of 10 mths, showing much promise and is maturing along pleasing lines and
has all the breed essentials to ensure a successful career. Sweet head,
feminine outlook from darkest eyes, lengthy neck, good shoulder placement
and desired angulation front and rear, confident on the table and whilst
driving effortlessly round the ring has ring presence and style. BP. 2
Salisbury's Barratini Hot Chick At Brocklwood. Another very pretty pup at 8
mths, is less mature than winner but is a good prospect with much to admire,
liked her head, eye and expression with feminine outlook, good development
of body and bone for age, well constructed overall and moved out well. 3
Feetham's Kimbleholme Queen Of Hearts. Attractive youngster, completing a
nice trio of quality puppies whose careers I shall follow with interest.
JB (2, 1) 1 Howells' Fallowmill Carolina. Beautiful b who
has matured along pleasing lines, standing alone but most worthy of her
place, appeals for her overall balance and quality of body construction and
is rewarding to go over on the table, liked her pretty, feminine, well
modelled head and dark expressive eyes giving feminine outlook, scores in
neck and front assembly with well filled forechest and tight elbows, good
depth and spring of ribs which are carried well back. Pleases in angulation
of rear quarters which are well developed and muscular, providing propulsion
for her free striding gait. Liked her a lot, she must have a very bright
future, time is on her side and I shall follow her progress.
PGB (3, 2) 1 & Res BB, Watkins' Brookliad Lady Morgan Le
Fay At Blackvein. Another dark brindle b with lots to like and who was very
well handled to show her many qualities to advantage, lovely for size and
type, she appeals in head and eye, with feminine outlook, good neck, topline
and underline, deep ribbing, carried well back, short loin and strong, well
angulated rear, moved freely with both reach and drive, in harmony with her
young handler. Shall follow her progress with interest.
LB (2, 1) 1 Morris' Banburg Black Opal At Stargang.
Immaculately presented mature b of good overall breed type and with much to
admire. Has a well modelled head of quality with dark eye and keen
expression, good length and strength of neck and well constructed front
assembly, straight forelegs, good bone, neat feet, holds a true outline on
the go around and sound on the out and back and striding out freely,
particularly noted her strong hocks and rounded rump, moved out well and is
very true coming and going and making a lovely picture. In such evident
harmony with handler.
OB (4, 1) 1 & BB, Morris' Stargang Quintina At Pennywave.
Lovely mature quality bitch who displays a superb outline from all angles,
pleases in good overall qualities and scores with her super head shape and
femininity. Has well constructed front with straight forelegs and quality in
bone, she is well ribbed with pleasing topline and underline, desired
angulation and low hocks, covered the ground easily, moving true fore and
aft, harsh coat. 2 Lancaster's Pellismer Deals A Winner. Another attractive
b of undoubted quality with much to admire in all departments and unlucky to
meet winner on such good form, sweet head, feminine outlook, good lay of
shoulder and pleasing body proportions, nice prosternum, moved with
confidence and free strides. 3 Feetham's Brooklaid Lady Igraine At
Kimbleholme. Completed a lovely trio.
