He is balanced with good angulations front and rear. Desirable prominent sternum and well made forequarters. True sound legs. He has good spring being ribbed well back with pleasing depth.  Impressive coat, condition and having breed typical coat texture. Satisfying in head shape and proportions; dark eyes and pleasing head furnishings. He moved out with purpose and true action in front, drive and width behind. Best Dog Puppy and Best Puppy in Breed.

2nd: 2984 CROSSMAN, Mr T & KENNEDY Mrs A Moonshe Bumble Bee an 8 month old of similar qualities, shape, coat texture and colour to 1st. Pleasing construction in front, body and hindquarters. Slightly more substance in body than 1st. Needs to be better schooled and more settled to give of his best.

A little reticent in temperament which affected him showing off to his best advantage. Impressive in side profile when settled and standing naturally. Pleasing overall balance and proportions. free and true in movement which edged him over 3rd.

Attractive head both in shape and expression. Head set on a strong neck of good length. Sound in front with fore chest and tight elbows. Ideal firm body substance with pleasing length of ribbing, top-line and overall body length. Excellent coat condition and texture.  Moved well both in front and rear with good parallel width behind. Best mover of the class. My reserve Dog CC winner.

2nd: 2986 FULTON, Mrs E & FULTON Miss G Bothlyn Storm Trooper a very typy 16 month old well constructed smart looking male being of pleasing proportions and having a balanced profile. Handsome breed typical head and eye with desirable head furnishings. Body of pleasing depth, length and width and a firm level top line and having a correct harsh coat texture. Tended to sit on his heels at times which detracted from his body outline. Well let down hindquarters. Moved out with purpose but not as settled as 1st.

Ok head shape, dark eye of good set and shape. Body of satisfying depth, length and width with a firm level top line. Stable well let down hindquarters. Moved out freely and better mover of this class.

2nd: 2998 KILROY Mrs J Blackvein Cupid at Janacop a 13 month old promising youngster whom I thought was better in head than 1st but was longer in body and not as strong in hindquarters as 1st. Good coat and condition.  Pleasing overall look in side profile when standing. Moved out with a happy attitude with ok width behind but tail carriage was high.

Attractive head which is of good shape and proportions giving an alert expression. Pleasing overall construction and standing presents a well proportioned breed typical appearance. Movement was free and active.

1st: 3007 MILLS-JONES Mrs C Carlita Sunrise JW a shapely 2½ year old who is mature and breed typical with excellent overall length, proportions and balance of body. Desirable coat and coat texture. Handsome shapely head of ideal length being not too broad with dark eyes and desirable head furnishings enhancing his expression. Strong, good length neck set into well laid shoulders. For me he is ideal in overall body length; he has spring of rib and is well ribbed back with a strong, broad loin. Tight and true in front, sturdy in body with firm top line and strong well angled hindquarters. Moved soundly with a free, purposeful action, true extension in front and parallel drive behind.  My Dog CC and Best of Breed winner.

2nd: 3004 KIRKWOOD-EMERY Mrs D & Misses A & A Ch Helydon Laird Loki JW a shapely 3¾ year old very attractive male having well defined clean lines and a smart appearance. Firm, level top line with pleasing firm body, good spring, depth and length of ribbing. Masculine and typy in head shape and expression. He has a true front and has OK fore-chest with tight elbows. He is of ideal width all through. Tight coat with pleasing coat texture. Preferred strength of hindquarters of 1st  both when standing and when on the move. Free striding in movement with notable side gait.

Attractive well shaped head, dark eyes and correct ears, all together presenting an attractive, alert expression. Impressive, firm, true front with tight elbows which edged her over 2nd. Ideal body cover with good spring, pleasing texture of coat. Firm level top-line. Full, rounded, well angulated hindquarters of good width and having strong parallel hocks. Moved out well and free. Best Bitch Puppy.
 

2nd: 3018 RUSSELL Mrs C Russteck Juliet a 6 month old of similar shape and look to 1st. Feminine, shapely well proportioned head. Firm in top-line and well developed in body having spring and good length of ribbing. Needing to tighten in front. Balanced angles front and rear and free in movement which was more settled than 3rd.

Lovely head shape which is of pleasing size and totally in proportion to the rest of her. Well constructed in front, body and hindquarters although hindquarters need to strengthen. Moved with a pleasing free action but was close behind.

Feminine, typy head and expression set on good length neck and firm well made forequarters and well angled strong hindquarters which edged her over 2nd. Moved well with free extension in side gait. My Reserve Bitch CC winner.

2nd: 3003 KIRKWOOD-EMERY Misses A&A Helydon Nifty Nairn another 13 month old who is attractive in head and expression with a keen, alert expression. Head set on a strong neck of good length. Well made body which has pleasing depth and spring of rib and is firm in top-line. True in front but would prefer more angulations front and rear. Tended to straighten in stifle.  Moved out well and true enough.

Well made front and forequarters which I preferred to 2nd.  Pleasing body, top-line and hindquarters. Free and positive in movement with more settled front action than 2nd.

2nd: 3026 WEEKS Mr A J Beldrew Flora At Avon JW a rising 2½ year old breed typical bitch having a low profile but with enough length of leg. Attractive head shape, eye and expression. Well made in body and hindquarters with desirable coat texture. Pleasing length of body, spring and depth, firm top-line. Tended to be close and splay slightly in front. An enthusiastic mover but did not have the precise movement of 1st in front.

Sound nicely angulated hindquarters with pleasing parallel width. Attractive head furnishings and ideal harsh coat texture to body.  Moved with extension, drive and purpose both in this class and in the challenge. A good honest bitch with nothing in exaggeration. My Bitch CC winner.  

2nd: 2980 BLACKBURN Mrs E P Stargang Minnesota an 18 month old shapely breed typical bitch who is well made, sturdy and in proportion length to height. Feminine and attractive in head and having an alert expression. Close coated of pleasing texture. True front, good length neck and body with spring of rib and well angulated hindquarters. Eye-catching when standing but let herself down on the move.
