MPD. (5). 1. Metcalfe’s, Metadale Macquarie. Shaded red baby of very good condition. Lovely head and eye, good neck, excellent shoulder placement. Good length of ribbing, good hind angulation. When he gets his act together I’m sure he will fo alot of winning. 2. Andrews and Haines’s, Black Crystal at Isanhurst. Another promising baby of a different type to above. Lovely head, dark oval eye. Good length of neck, good lay of shoulder. Nice quarters. Keeps a good outline on the move. Very elegant. 3. Cooper and Steadman’s, Alex’s Favourite at Merrygarth.

PD. (5). 1. Edward and Pankhurst’s, Neropa Ace of Spades at Danward. Smart b/t, good head, could have more neck, shoulders a little forward placed. Good ribbing, excellent prosternum. Balanced quarters. Sound on the move. 2. Cross’s, Bonavior Beethoven with Loggeta. Bigger type. Much heavier in the head. Good neck and shoulder. Good pro-sternum. Balanced hindquarters. Needs to steady a little on the move. 3. Andrews and Haines’s, Black Crystal at Isanhurst.

JD. (2). 1. Swann and Robert’s, Swansford Henrikador. Impressive red with lots to like. Good head, good length of neck. Excellent shoulder placement and angulation. Good top and underline. Balanced quarters. His movment is parallel fore and aft. Just needs to co-operate more with his handler. RCC.

PGD. (9). 1. Lawrence’s, Peverleigh Solo Vision. Medium sized black and tan with a nice head, dark eye. Fair shoulders, good ribbing, good first and second thigh. Good movement with good length of stride. Well presented. 2. Page’s, Chipperfield Brigadier. This boy needs to body up. He has a good head, neck and length of ribs. He could have more angulation at front and rear, but he is balanced and moves out very well. 3. Booth and Elsey’s, Abbalongdat Name of the Game.

LD. (7). 1. Holt’s, Metadale Midnight Cowboy. CC. I have watched this dog as he has matured and I am very impressed. He has a beautiful long conical head, lovely dark eye of the correct shape. Good length of neck running into good well placed and angulated shoulders. Correct ribbing, plenty of pro-sternum and well muscled quarters. He moves with drive and looks very impressive keeping a good outline at all times. Well presented and handled. 2. Metcalfe’s, Metadale Matador. Another good one from this kennel. This boy has a good head, neck and shoulders. Excellent ribbing, beautifully balanced hindquarters. In profile his movement is excellent with good reach and drive, could have a little more width as he comes towards. 3. Cooper and Steadman’s, Darsoms Zuave at Merrygarth JW.

OD. (6). 1. Metcalfe’s, Metadale Make my Day. Very nicely constructed b/t dog of good quality. Nice head, dark eye, well angulated shoulders. Good pro-sternum. Good length of rib. Well angulated hindquarters. Looks very impressive stacked, would like more drive from the rear. 2. McNaughton’s, Eldindean Othello of Cedavoch. Sound red dog who is honest and well balanced. Good head, would prefer a better lay of shoulder. Good length of ribbing. Good well balanced rear. Movement parallel fore and aft. Well handled. 3. Burke and Manston’s, Bonavior Seven Sisters.

MPB. (3). 1. Atkin’s, Larkhund Quietly Kreme at Kantis. Very big girl, but very well balanced. Lovely head and eye, good neck and lay of shoulder. Good bone and feet. Well angulated quarters which she used to advantage on the move. 2. Hates’s, Rodima Dark Crystal Mit Dailhouse. Very raw b/t baby, but very promising. Beautifully balanced head. Lovely shaped dark eye. Good pro-sternum. Well angulated front and rear. When she grows up I’m sure she’ll do lots of winning. 3. Burke and Cross’s, Loggeta Chiquitta.

PB. (3). 1. Swann and Robert’s, Swansford Vivadora. Another very pretty headed puppy. Lovely size and an excellent shape overall. Everything about her appealed to me and I hope as she matures she fulfills her promise. She moves keeping her outline well and I was pleased to award her BP. 2. Booth and Elsley’s, Darsoms Zarrival with Abbalongdat. Totally different type from above. Though also promising. She has a nice head, excellent neck, would like more length of upper arm. Ribbing extends well back. Good quarters. Was carrying too much weight, which affected her outline on the move. 3. Barrow’s, Frankanwen Dancing Queen.

JB. (3). 1. Swann and Robert’s, Swansford Kiadora. Beautifully constructed, nice size. Head could be better. Lovely neck running into correct shoulders. Good pro-sternum. Good tight feet. Good ribbing, excellent quarters. Moved with correct reach and drive keeping her lovely outline. RCC. 2. Plevin’s, Morali Caol Ola. Pretty well constructed bitch though I would like darker pigment. She has a nice head, excellent length of rib. Good length of first and second thigh. Well let down hocks. Moves with drive. 3. Holt’s, Milinho Lielow Lil.

PGB. (12). 1. Metcalfe’s, Metadale my Way. Pretty red bitch with a nice head, good bone and feet. Good ribbing. Well angulated both ends. Moved freely. 2. Atkins and Harwood’s, Kantis Kreme Fraiche. Have judged this one before as a puppy. A little plain in head and light in eye, but otherwise she is quite well constructed with good bone, good ribbing. Very good hindquarters. Moved out well. 3. Cros’s, Loggeta Macerina.

LB. (8). 1. Clarke’s, Tekalhaus Kruggerand. Dark red bitch with a beautiful head (though I would like more inderjaw). Elegant neck, good shoulder placement. A little short in upperarm. Good top and underline. Strong quarters. Moved soundly with excellent reach and drive, though a little wide coming towards. 2. Metcalfe’s, Metadale Mountain of Dreams. My favourite bitch from this kennel and I thought she was my winner. Unfortunately in the final run off she appeared to drop on one shoulder from time to time so had to be content with seconf place on the day. 3. Cross’s, Bonavior Singing the Blues at Loggeta.

OB. (5). 1. Geeson’s, Ch. Abydachs Give me the Future. CC and BOB. Lovely bitch I have always admired. Very nice head, excellent neck, good shoulder placement and angulation. Excellent ribbing, well constructed rear. Made good use of the ring on the move. Presented and handled to perfection as usual. Well done. 2. Swann and Robert’s, Rodima Gold Myst over Swansford. Well constructed bitch of good quality. Excellent bone and feet. Very good angulation both ends. Moves with excellent extension fore and aft. Just a little big for me. 3. Metcalfe’s, Metadale Made in Heaven.
