MPD (1). 1 Jordan & Nightingale’s Swansford Gryffyndor at Rodima. Well grown puppy with a handsome head good bone moved out well but needs to settle behind.
PD (1). Furneaux Cairos Astaire Correct head with a nice eye, reachy neck, looked good stacked but a little weak behind on the move.
JD (2). 1-Geeson Abydachs Oh What a Night. Not a lot to change on this handsome youngster. To be hypercritical I would have preferred a little more body length to balance the picture. 2- Booth & Elsey’s Abbalong Mr SOS Larger Black and Tan presented a nice picture stacked but lost it a little on the move, well off for bone.
PGD (3). 1-Geesons Abbydachs one Night Stand. Best head in the class, lovely bone and feet kept a good topline on the move. 2-Chapmans Melminds master Copy. Much the same type as class winner but not the head of class winner, being rather thicker in skull. More positive in front on the move than 1. 3-Wedges Dolans No Matter What.
LD (5). 1 Edwards & Pankhurst’s Neropa Ace of Spades at Danward. Black & Tan I liked ver
y much stacked, long low and level, but he was all over the place on the move. A nice size with good bone, well presented. 2- Grimes Mondricia Mr Ed Similar in a lot of respects to class winner but not so positive behind. 3-Page’s Chipperfield Brigadier.
O D (4). 1-Mitchells Ch Bronia Monte Cristo. Oozes glamour but still a masculine dog who could move, kept his shape at all times Presentation was 1 class, as is usual from this kennel, CC & BOB. 2-Oxleys Ir Ch Larkhund Latest Destroyer at Owlery an old favourite of mine who was feeling the heat today. Lower stationed than class winner kept his shape in profile at all times res CC. 3-Mitchell Dirksen & Gadolin’s Swe/NorCh Hounds major Tom.
MPB (1). Booths Abalongdat Survivor Pretty red in lovely bloom difficult to assess as rather plump.
PB (1). Mitchells Bronia Carmelita. Very promising puppy, clear red, good body shape with nice short hocks, well schooled BP.
JB (1). Surrells Bokra Jazz feminine bitch of correct size well boned nice head on a reachy neck. Change of handler in the challenge did not help her chances.
PGB (6). 1 Oxleys Owlery Czarina. Lovely youngster, very elegant, correct size, one of the best heads today, correct shape of skull and eye plenty of bone res CC. 2-Abydachs Dare to Dream another nice bitch similar in a lot of respects to 1 but not so steady on the move. 3-Edwards & Pankhurst Amber Nectar at Danward.
LB (7). 1 Booths Darsoms Zarrival with Abbalongdat Correct size with a nice head and eye keeps her shape on the move handler tended to overstretch her. Boyle’s Frankanwen High Lite on Zarcrest. Larger type, presentation was excellent. Well constructed, not so feminine in outlook and rather on the plump side today. 3- Harwood’s Kantis Koriander.
OB (3). 1- Roberts Ch Swansford Vivadora Well balanced bitch, not over coated which enabled me to see her correct construction and outline on the move. Moved with drive, which was the deciding factor for CC. 2-Geesons Ch Abydachs Give Me The Future. Well known Black and Tan in good coat, her construction and overall appearance is very pleasing. 3-Mitchell’s Ch Bronia Marionette
