LONG HAIRED
I very much enjoyed this entry. Movement was
good and size mostly correct. Having just judged Bassets noting was Basset size.
PD. (1). 1. Lewis’s, Zarcrest Designer Boots by Trixhund. Super size
dog who could lose some weight to advantage. Masculine head with dark eye.
Lengthy neck. Well ribbed and firm topline. Ok front. Super rear and so very
sound.
JD. (4). Nice class of young boys. 1. Dare’s, Bronia Salvador of
Darsoms. Super to go over and has just a bit more neck than second. Masculine in
head. Very good front. Correct bone. Well ribbed. Firm topline. Ok Rear. Just a
bit loose but only young. BP and RCC. 2. Mitchell’s, Bronia Classic Legacy.
Super topline. Very pleasing in head. Long ribs. Super rear which he uses so
well. 3. Metcalfe-Bilgin’s, Metadale Manyas.
PGD. (2). 1. Paskin’s, Laird of Lockloy. Shapely dog of a good size.
Masculine head. Good neck and front. Better topline than second. Would like
better hind action. True in front. 2. McLennan’s, Bronia Firecracker at
Cheguevar. Lengthy head with very good eye and expression. Ok for neck. Fair
front. Low hocks.
LD. (4). 1. Robert’s, Bronia Major Blink Swansford. Very free moving
dog full of himself. Bigger than ideal. Super head. Long neck into well la id
shoulders. Feet could improve. Topline ok. Very good rear with low hocks. Very
sound. Glamorous. 2. Dare’s, Darsoms’, Zupremo. In super hard condition. Could
put more in. Masculine head. Not the shoulders of winner. Grand body and rib.
Good legs and feet. Correct size. 3. Paskin’s, Owlery Destroyer at Kindeace.
OD. (3). 1. Geeson’s, Ch. Abydachs Oh What a Night. Sound dog of
correct size putting all in. Very good head. Enough neck. Good front with fair
forechest. Super topline. Long ribs and a firm loin. Well made rear. CC and BOB.
2. Marrison’s, Milinho Rouge McCoy. Grand fella. Just a bit lacking in hind
angulation. Nice head. Coat a bit curly. Fairly sound.
PB. (2). Two super girls both potential title holders. 1. McNaughton’s,
Cedavoch Mystique. Very good size and proportions and has a decent leg length.
Not quite head of second but a fraction better in shoulder. Long neck. Super
body. Firm topline. Very good rear. Sound mover. 2. Mitchell’s, Bronia
Enchantress. Super outline. Lengthy neck. Just a bit loose which is fine for her
age. Grand legs and feet. Super body. Quality girl.
JB. (2). 1. Rawson’s, Owlery Jenny Wren at Rosenket. Super girl. Won on
her free flowing movement. Feminine in head. Good neck, well laid shoulders.
Super ribs. Strong rear. Holds a firm topline. RCC. 2. Callow’s, Metadale
Miranda. Very good outline. Could loose a bit of weight. Feminine head, dark
eyes but slightly round. Good neck. Close coming towards. Very good body and a
strong rear.
PGB. (3). 1. Metcalfe-Bilgin’s, Metadale Majorette. Very good size
bitch holding a better topline than second. Pleasing head. Super chest. Ok for
neck. Well made front. Long ribs. Very good rear with low set hocks. 2.
Mitchell’s, Brynalyn Fancy Free at Imirika. Nice bitch. A size bigger. Just a
bit to much stop. Very good neck. Ok front. Can loose a bit of weight but like
winner so well muscled. Could have more turn of stifle. 3. MacEwan’s, Bronia
Little Devil.
LB. (3). 1. Mitchell’s, Bronia Devil Woman. Lovely bitch. Super for
size. Carrying the correct coat. Very good head with a super expression. Ok for
neck. Very good front. Super ribs. Firm in topline and a good rear. Moved very
well. CC. 2. Mitchell’s, Bronia Classy Chassis at Imirka. Very good sort of
bitch. Not quite the shoulder of winner. Very good neck. Head ok. Good legs,
firm in topline and a strong rear. Could have more slope to upper arm. 3.
McNaughton’s, Bronia Fascination.
OB. (2). 1. Dare’s, Loxbar Rubi Muri Darsoms. Just went with a bit more
oomph in this class than second. Long head, dark eyes. Ok for neck. Could have a
bit more leg. Fair topline. Ok rear. 2. Metcalfe-Bilgin’s, Metadale Maid for
Michigan. Quite similar and close up. Would prefer a bit more leg and she sinks
into herself a bit which makes her even lower. Very good head. Long neck and
firm in topline.
