LONG HAIRED

A nice entry which I enjoyed, very good temperament throughout. My main criticism would be in the number of short ribcages & long loins.

PD (4) 1 Mitchell’s Bronia Lotari, 8 months, excellent size & balance, holds his shape well on the move, quality head & eye, excellent quarters. Could have a little more reach in front but an outstanding puppy. BP; 2 Wharton’s Whartona Katoffel, 8 months, excellent movement with long stride & good width, excellent construction & level head. Not the maturity of body of 1; 3 McLennan’s Bronia Judas Kiss at Cheguevar. JD (5) 1 Chapman’s Melminds Mr Magoo, balanced & held his shape on the move, quality all through, excellent rear. Could put a little more into movement but accurate & a good stride; 2 Johnson’s Africandawns Night Dancer, looked my winner at first sight & has a beautiful head & eye. Could be longer in the ribcage & carry more body & that showed in topline. When bodied up will be an impressive dog; 3 McLennan Bronia Judas Kiss at Cheguevar. PGD (5) 1 Marks’ Lyrenstan Zaragoza at Labbadax, good size but carrying a little excess weight on the shoulder which makes him look short of reach. However, easily the best mover in the class, holding his shape & going with good stride; 2 McNaughton’s Cedavoch Kaballah, b/t, long dog at that teenage stage & not really co-ordinated on the move, excellent head & eye, well angulated, full measure for my taste & carrying a lot of coat; 3 Fossett’s Owlery Carlos at Brysdax. LD (6) 1 Dunbar’s Bronia Fernando, red in excellent condition & has good balance, good head & eye, good ribbing, drove out well from rear. Would prefer a little more reach in front. Scored in shoulder over 2 Paskins’ Owlery Destroyer at Kindeace, very neat workmanlike dog, moved well & carried a firm topline, in hard condition. Just a little tucked up in rear on the move & I slightly preferred head & eye of 1; 3 Negus’ Tarramist Adonis Dream. OD (10) Excellent class. 1 Geeson’s Ch Abydachs Oh What A Night, 6 years, beautifully balanced, in super condition, of the size & balance I like, free of exaggeration, well built, quality head & carries himself well, in beautiful coat & condition. CC & BOB; 2 Metcalfe-Bilgin’s Ch Metadale Major Decision, same size & balance, excellent movement with excellent reach in front, lovely topline. Pressed hard. RCC, just preferred extention of 1; 3 Mitchell’s Bronia Classic Legacy.

PB (7,1a) 1 Mitchell’s Bronia Estee, 11 months, beautiful shape & balance, well ribbed back, excellent mover with super legs & feet, feminine head which I hope will strengthen a little in underjaw but has bags of quality & was a picture of type & balance going around; 2 McFaul’s Dachville Special Blend, 8 months b/t, a real showgirl, standing out well & accurately, I preferred her eye to 1. Not quite the length of ribcage of 1. Full of quality. Not as firm as 1, giving 3 months away but should have a good future; 3 Lewis’ Bronia Sweet Amber at Trixhund. JB (6) 1 Garlick’s Ranglewood Heliotrupe, 11 months, lovely puppy who is in super shape & she holds it on the move, excellent mover. Need to fill out in body now but has plenty of time for that. Liked her immensely. BPB; 2 Metcalfe-Bilgin’s Metadale Make A Decision, lovely size & balance, more forward in body & coat than 1. While she moved accurately just tucked herself up a little over the croup; 3 Clarke’s Tekalhaus Octopussy. PGB (6) 1 Metcalfe-Bilgin’s Metadale My Oh My, lovely size & balance & kept her shape on the move, beautiful head & eye, good stride, full of quality; 2 McNaughton’s Cedavoch Sorceress, bigger stamp but very feminine & has a long stride. Just a little heavy in body & that showed in her topline on the move. Standing looked my winner. Just needs to firm up; 3 Garlick’s Ranglewood Genista. LB (6) 1 McNaughton’s Cedavoch Mystique, b/t, easy winner of the class, balanced & full of quality & type, excellent head & eye, beautiful bone & feet, ribbed well back, went accurately & with good stride. RCC; 2 Rawson’s Owlery Jenny Wren at Rosenket, quality bitch of good balance, good ribbing, good forehand. A little cut up in underline & not using her quarters to best effect; 3 Cook & Rhodes’ Bournder Frankincense. OB (5) 1 Mitchell’s Ch Bronia Enchantress, absolutely to type, well built, moves with good reach & drive. Not the most glamorous but enough coat of the right texture & absolutely functional with super stride; 2 Metcalfe-Bilgin’s Metadale Majorette, same size & balance, with good ribbing. Not the forehand construction of 1 but excellent type & quality; 3 McFaul’s Ch/Ir Ch Dachville Perfect Blend.
