Numerically quite a good entry. Not too
many very big ones but many are too long in back, pleasing to have many with
correct ground clearance, feet were very poor, a bad fault in a Dachshund.
VD(3) 1 Sutton's Damai Master Denedict. In super condition, very well
muscled up as were all three. Lengthy head, slightly low set ears, good neck,
well angled front, correct forechest, slightly long in loin, uses rear well and
holds his outline on the move. 2 Rees' Phaeland North Light At Aquarelle. Liked
his leg length, masculine head, could have more neck and better legs and feet,
well ribbed, topline is level, true hind action. 3 Alford &Worth's Swansford
Pukkador At Deeseedax.
PD(1) 1 Boyle's Zarcrest Hugo Boss. Has a very good outline on the
move, holding his neck and topline correctly, long head, correct width of skull
with fairly high set ears, long neck, well laid shoulders, long keel and rib but
a fraction long in loin, super rear which he uses very well.
JD(7, 1) 1 Mitchell's Ch Bronia Larenzo. Like his size and proportions,
correct length of leg to depth of chest, lengthy head, good neck, well laid
shoulder, a bit short in upper arm and so could be tidier coming towards, long
ribs and short loin, holds a firm topline, very good rear, ideal coat. CC and
BOB. 2 Johnson's Africandawns Night Hawk. Has a typical head, dark eyes, fairly
good neck and a well laid back shoulder, enough forechest and decent length of
leg, well ribbed and a short loin, is a bit long in back, well made rear, not
quite the topline of winner and a size bigger. 3 Hagan &Borsuk's Badamtam's Via
Baltica At Follypass (Imp).
ND(1) 1 Cooper, Steadman &Hendren's Darsoms Zethro. Is just a bit
large, lengthy and masculine head, dark eyes, could have a longer neck, fair
front, long ribs but also a bit long in loin, well turned stifle, super
presentation.
PGD(2) 1 Lewis' Trixhund Ask Elvis. Masculine dog, better size of these
two. Lengthy head, almond eyes, correct length of neck, well laid shoulder,
short upper arm and slack in pastern and feet, well ribbed back, like his leg
length and ground clearance, arch to loin, uses his rear really well. 2 Alford
&Worth's Dachslur Diddleydo At Deeseedax. Large size but he too has correct leg
length and ground clearance, head a bit deep, long neck, good shoulder, holds a
level topline, just swings rear on move and close in front. LD(4) 1 Pankhurst
&Edwards' Marshwick Cloudy Morning At Danward. Very bad colour dapple but best
Dachshund construction and movement in class, very good head, lengthy neck, well
made front, better in rib and loin than second, well made rear, used well on the
move. 2 Johnson's Africandawns Rumor Rumble. Super head and carries it so well
on the move, correct coat, feet not his fortune and looses his forechest on the
move, liked his ground clearance, well made and muscled up rear. 3 Eldridge
&Swann's Metadale Morgenhof.
OD(3) 1 Dare's Darsoms Zyjack. If only he were a bit smaller, masculine
head which is long enough, good neck, could have slightly better laid shoulder,
best feet in class and he is firm in pastern, enough ground clearance, well
ribbed, firm topline, enough hind angulation, holds topline on the move, just
looses forechest a tad. RCC. 2 Marks' Brynalyn Royal Warrier Via Labbadax. Looks
good in profile action, better size than first but is a bit too long, super
head, long neck, feet flat and comes at you close, well sprung ribs, lovely turn
of stifle and low hocks. 3 Hagan &Borsuk's What a Corker at Follypaws.
PB(3) 1 Harris' Zarcrest Devil Wears Prada. Really stylish quality
bitch who uses herself so well on the move, feminine head, more neck than
second, well made front, enough ground clearance, is a fraction too long,
correct rear, holds a firm topline, uses her neck well and very classy. RCC and
BP. 2 Dare's Zarcrest Gabriela Sabatini At Darsom. Another very good bitch to go
over, better (shorter) length of back than third, typical head, well made front,
good body, rib and rear, looks more puppyish than winner which is no bad thing
in a puppy, should also do very well. 3 Marks' Labbadax Belladonna.
JB(4) First and second very good bitches with different things to like.
1 Dare's Darsoms Zolene. Lovely to go over. Very slight stop, feminine head,
long neck, well laid shoulder, could have more upper arm and be up a bit more in
pastern, super body, ideal rear and so full of muscle, can harden in topline,
preferred her out and back action, close up in challenge. 2 Mitchell's Bronia
Louanna At Imirika. Has a super length of stride, lovely head, long neck, not
quite the forechest of first, would like better feet and pigment, firm topline,
shapely rear and low hocks. 3 Bradley's Marshwick Spring Serenade.
NB(1) 1 Amos' Marshwick Star Dancer. Badly Marked dapple but quite a
good Dachshund. Lengthy head, long crested neck, fair shoulder but a bit broad
in chest and legs, could be better placed, ok rear, well sprung ribs and a
fairly short loin.
PGB(5, 1) First and second totally different types. 1 Mitchell's Bronia
Lenya. Is a bit too long but has a longer stride and keeps her forechest more on
the move than second. Super head but would prefer darker eyes and nails, like
her ground clearance, well sprung ribs, correct slope to croup, well made rear,
true going away. 2 Surrell's Bokra Masquerade. Is a very nice shape and like her
proportions very much, lengthy head, good length of neck, could have slightly
better feet, firm topline, big ribs, balanced in angulation if a bit moderate
each end, looses front on move. 3 Eve's Dachslur Mairi My Dream.
LB(5, 1) 1 Mitchell's Bronia American Liberty At Imirika. Really lovely
bitch, has plenty of coat, long head, super eye and expression, long, strong
neck, correct ground clearance, well laid shoulder, feet ok, well ribbed but
could be shorter in back and loin and is a bit square over croup, super hind
angulation and low hocks, uses rear so well and holds super outline and topline.
CC. 2 Eve's Dachslur Diamond Fancy Free At Sundayshill. Good honest sort of
bitch with pleasing size and proportions, very good head, just a bit of dewlap,
super neck flowing well into topline, not the forechest of first, feet ok,
moderate hind angulation, topline ok. 3 Le Page's Resurgam Elise Thelepees.
OB(2) 1 Johnson's Africandawns Night Fire. Lacks the style and
animation of second, but is a well made bitch, fair head, lengthy neck, well
laid shoulder, feet could be thicker, scores in length of rib and shortness of
loin, ok topline, strong rear. 2 Mitchell's Bronia Callista. Shapely bitch with
correct coat, super head, good feet, fair shoulder but very close coming
towards, holds firm topline.
