DACHSHUND - LONG HAIRED

A very nice entry with quality in both male and females. I would like to thank my exhibitors for their patience for having to wait so long for our judging to commence in the heat. However, both dogs and handlers coped well.

V (2) 1 Fossett's Melminds Method In Madness Via Brysdax. 8 year old red male with a pleasing eye good shaped head, nice overall outline, well presented, and inspite of his years moved well. 2 Suttons Damai Master Benedict Sh.CM another nice dog to go over slightly low set ears, nice reach of neck and good topline held on the move. Both these dogs moved well but preferred the movement on the 1.

PD (1) Dare's Zarcrest Georgio Armani at Darsoms. This lad stood alone but was worthy of his placing showing good temperament, nice conical head well placed shoulders ,well angulated, moved out well and was very attentive to his handler one to watch for the future.

JD (4) 1 Cooper, Steadman & Hendren Darsoms Zethro. 14 months old with a masculine head, good reach of neck, well placed shoulders, good forechest, and tight elbows. Moved out well with enough ground clearence. Good angulation. Well presented. RBD. 2 Pankhurst & Marsh's Marshwick Black Boots correct conical head, good reach of neck good topline & well ribbed but was a bit unsettled on the move today. 3 Dares Zarcrest Paco Rabanne at Darsoms.

PGD (2) 1 Frickers Dachslur In His Prime Nice dog to go over good shaped head and chest , enough ground clearence , coat in good condition gave a very pleasing outline. 2 Furneaux's Bokra Mikado Another dog with excellent temperament, well ribbed , moved out well keeping topline on the move.

OD (5) 1 Pankhurst & Marshwick Cloudy Morning At Danward ShCM 3 year old dapple male who really showed his socks off today, he presented with an excellent coat, good reach of neck, well placed shoulders, good length in upper arm, well angulated throughout which allowed for free movement. He strode out covering the ground with ease looking as happy as could be. He certainly earned his award today BOB. 2 Clarkes Aust Ch Layrieton His Masters Voice by Tekalaus. Another striking male with a correct head eye and mouth, good chest depth and enough ground clearence. A little straight in upper arm but moved well presenting a good outline, Just preferred the movement on 1st. 3 Fossett's Owlery Carlos At Brysdax.

PB (1) 1 Dare's Zarcrest Gabriela Sabatini at Darsoms 6 month old litter sister to the male puppy lovely to go over, correct front assembly good in bone, good reach of neck , good shoulder placement moved and stood well showing herself off to perfection one to watch I think both these pups are showing much promise for the future.

JB (2,1) Marshe's Marshwick Dancing Queen Very Nice bitch presented in good coat, correct fore chest and tight feet, little unsettled on the move.

PGB (3,1) 1 Marsh's Marshwick Morning Dew Nice red bitch , correct mouth & eye nice keel and depth of chest, well ribbed moved well keeping her topline at all times RBB.

OB (4,1) 1 Dare's Africandawns Raunchy Rumour Clean conical head of correct proportions, super condition , right amount of ground Clearence. Kept a level topline. Lovely lady to go over. On the stack gives a pleasing outline , moved out soundly on th out and the back, well presented. 2 Clarkes Solo's Billion Dollar Baby Amoung Tealhaus. Lovely red bitch of good quality, correct head and eye, well laid back with a prominent forechest. Moved well but preferred the movement on 1st.
