PD (3) 1 Johnson’s Africandawn Larry’s Legacy, good sound 10 months puppy, strong bone with excellent ribbing & keel, good topline which he kept on the move & when stacked, good forechest, shoulders & ribbing, good dentition, almond eye, firm shoulders, tight elbows. Should do well. One to watch; 2 Book & Rhodes’ Bournder Regency Malachite, very raw 6 months baby but has all the attributes of a good standard puppy, good houndy head with dark eye, good length of neck & ribbing. Movement a bit hesitant, but this will come with time. Needs time to settle, but look forward to seeing him when he matures. JD (0). PGD (2) 1 Negus’ Tekalhaus Licence To Kill with Tarramist, correct conical head with dark almond eye, good keel, long ribbing, strong bone housing good shoulder placement, excellent muscle, obviously well exercised, kept topline at all times. This dog was a pleasure to judge, coat in excellent condition. RBD; 2 Johnson’s Africandawns Night Hawk, slightly larger type but in excellent coat. Ticked all the boxes, but didn’t move with the drive of 1. OD(4) 1 Mitchell’s Ch Bronia Larenzo, shaded/r, what a specimen of the breed & Standard, flowing movement from an excellent hind drive, took command of the ring, correct conical head housing correct dentition & correct dark eye, excellent coat presented beautifully. A deserving champion. It was a pleasure to judge this dog who I always admired from the ringside, but haven been given the chance to judge him I have to admit he deserves his accolade. BOB; 2 Mitchell’s Ch Bronia Lotario, shaded/r, wonderful example of the breed from this kennel, excellent topline, good forechest & ribbing with excellent bone. A worthy champion, just preferred the front of 1.
PB (2) 1 Mitchell’s Bronia Diorella, 7 months red bitch, very much a baby but has good bone, correct shoulder placement leading to long ribbing, good prosternum & deep keel, correct dark almond eye, glowing coat, presented to perfection. She should go far. BP, RBB; 2 Cook & Rhodes’ Bournder Ruby Empress, darker red than 1 & a little short in ribbing with narrow front. Well handled & presented. Needs time to settle, but should do well. JB (0). PGB (1) 1 Sutton’s Lillymai Flower by Damia, b/t bitch, super outline kept at all times both on the move & stacked with driving hind movement. Short in keel, but ribbing OK. OB (1) 1 Tarramist A New Hope, red bitch, good conical head & almond eye, lengthy neck leading to good shoulders, good muscle, obviously exercised well, good keel & ribbing, in excellent condition, healthy shiny coat, presented & handled well. BB.
