LONG HAIRED DOGS Vet (3) 1 Sutton's Damai
Master Benedict ShCM, a very sound b/t I have judged before; still in
super bloom with steady and true movement; good fore construction and
prosternum and the best of feet; very elegant when free-standing;
pressed hard in the challenge; Best Veteran In Breed. 2 Hutton's Owlery
Majaestic Of Dachalune Sh CM - finer type of shaded red with lovely
outline when stacked; excellent hindquarters but not quite the spring or
length or ribbing of the first. 3 Rees' Phaeland North Light At
Aquarelle MP (1) 1 Chapman's Melminds Zsylvester - a
promising red youngster of 7 months with his coat coming in well; lovely
front and shoulder angulation; good length and spring of ribbing and
balanced proportions all through; moved well in front but rather narrow
and restricted behind as yet. P (4,1)1 Mitchell's
Bronia Mr. Pepys, beautifully presented, elegant clear red dog of good
balance and proportions; more mature and together than the rest of the
class; correct in shoulder with good length and spring of ribbing; just
needs to strengthen at the rear as yet. Best Puppy In Breed and Best
Puppy In Show. 2 Duchesne's Bronia Priam Of Scandell, litter brother to
winner and a larger clear red; similar remarks apply to shoulders and
ribbing; lovely head and bone; needs more time to mature and slightly
longer in loin than his brother. 3 Cook's & Rhodes' Bournder Regency
Malachite JD (4.1) 1 Dare's & Guy's Melminds Zitanic At
Darsoms, beautifully presented shaded red - the best balanced in the
class; not my favourite head but good spring and length of ribbing;
moved true both fore and aft. 2 .Johnson's Africandawns Larry's Legacy,
smaller type and lower to ground; preferred his prosternum and shoulders
but not helped by a smaller head and shorter neck; moved closer behind
than the 1st. 3 Horn's Darsoms Zotis YD (2) 1 Wilson's
Rogermardax Senor Dougal - a masculine b/t with super forechest and
shoulder construction; good bone and correct spring and length of
ribbing; a picture stacked and moving; just losing his outline somewhat
in the challenge. 2 Chappell's Gleneddee Liquorice Dream; a smaller type
b/t presented in lovely bloom; losing out to the winner on front and
shoulder construction; good hind angulation. PGD (6) 1
Robert's Swansford Warrador, elegant and well-balanced red - pleasing
all through; moved freely and with drive and much better on a loose
lead; would just prefer a little more forechest. 2 Furneaux's Bokra
Mikado - different type red with lovely shoulders and ribbing; a nice
type and moved truly both ways; not helping his handler with his
constant fidgetting, and not quite the hind angulation of the winner. 3
Horn's Africandawns Night Willow LD (6) 1 Burke's &
Manston's Loggeta Duke Of Marmalade - the soundest and truest moving boy
in the class; so well balanced and constructed all through; well-laid
shoulders and good hind angulation and looked as well standing as
moving; just appeared to run out of steam in the challenge. 2 Hutton's
Rolo Rascal Over Dachalune ShCH - smart shaded red with excellent
shoulders and bone and keeping a correct outline; not quite the spring
of rib of the 1st and moved slightly narrower in front. 3 Duchesne's
Darsoms Zane Of Scandell OD (6,1) 1 Marks Brynalyn
Royal Warrior Via Labbadax - smaller type, well-balanced shaded red; the
more I saw of him the more I was impressed; so correct to go over with
the best of shoulder placement, good hind angulation and well
proportioned in between; kept an excellent outline both stacked and
moving; lovely hind drive and moved truly both ways; didn't put a foot
wrong in the challenge to take the C.C. His third I understand. 2
Johnson's Africandawns Night Hawk - quite good shoulder and hind
construction; correct length and spring of ribbing; not my type of head
and moved wider in front than the winner. 3 Mitchell's Ch. Bronia
Larenzo SpO Black & Tan D (4,2) 1 Hutton's River Rumpus
Through Dachalune, neat and elegant b/t really enjoying himself; good
spring and length of ribbing; another well proportioned and balanced;
good lay-back of shoulder and correct hind angulation ensuring true
movement fore and aft and with drive; better balanced than the 2nd.
Pressed hard in the challenge and won Reserve C.C. 2 Rogermardax Senor
Dougal

LONGHAIRED BITCHES I would like to thank the exhibitors for a wonderful entry of top quality bitches. I found temperaments on the whole very good. There was the odd one or two who were shy on the table, which will improve the more they get shown and handled. I did find the odd one thatwould have benefitted from a good bath, as the coat was very dry and dirty, but on the whole I found that presentation was very good. Hind movement has much improved from the last time I judged the Longs. Vet (4,1) 1 McNaughton's Ch Cedavoch Bewitched. Delightful 9 year old red in good coat and condition. Well constructed, moved and showed well, keeping a good outline both standing and moving. 2 Dare's Bronia Play Girl. Another well constructed 8 year old red in top form and condition. Good head and eye, well angulated shoulders and keeping a good topline at all times. The winner just had the betterghind movement. 3 Dimon's Laraine Truly Faye for Dimertin. MP (2,1) 1 Chapman's Melminds Mellificent. Just 7 months dr of overall good make and shape. Enough forechest, very feminine and should do well when finished. Showed quite well for her age. PB (3) 1 Mitchell's Bronia Diorella. Clear red, compact and low to ground. Super head with dark eye of correct shape. Decent reach of neck, super front with a good length and depth of rib. Lovely rounded hindquarters, nice short hocks. Moved round the ring with style, in super coat and condition. Res CC and BPB. 2 Cook and Rode's Bournder Ruby Empress. Elegant sr, exquisite head and eye, lovely reach of neck with good front. Taller type than the winner, and not the hind angulation and bone. Showed well. 3 Chappell's Glenddee Liquorice Chic. JB (8) 1 Johnson's African Downs Lillys Legacy. Clear red of lovely type, who caught my eye straight away. Super and sound, in glamorous coat and condition. Super front with good width, ribbing and keel of good length. Moved round the ring and well angulated rear. 2 Ward's Bonavoir Isabella. Well balanced bt. Good head and eye. Prominent forechest, well laid back shoulders and excellent length and spring of rib. Super hind angulation, in gleaming coat and condition. Showed well, could change places with 1 on another day. 3 Weston's Gleneddee Liquorice Diva. YB (4,2) 1 Burke and Manston's Bonavoir Serenity. Beautiful compact r of lovely type. Pleasing head and expressive eye. Good reach of neck, well placed shoulders, ribbing of good length. Moved well keeping a good topline at all times. 2 Wilson's Rodgermardax Willow. Red of similar type to the winner. Not quite as well let down in hindquarters and longer in hock than the winner. Showed well. PG (8) Really good class of top quality bitches, which could change places on another day. 1 Markes' Labbadax Bletilla. Beautiful and compact red, everything in the right place. Very feminine head and expressive eye. Well laid back shoulders, good length and spring of rib. Nice rounded hindquarters, moved and showed well. 2 Sutton's Lillymoi Flower by Damai. BT, beautiful to go over, everything in the right place. Just not as well let down in hind quarters as the winner. In good coat and condition, moved and showed well. Keeps a good topline at all times. 3 Surrell's Bokra Masquerade. LB (8,2) 1 Mark's Labbadax Belladonia. Super class. SR of lovely type, litter sister to PG winner and looked so alike. Well balanced, lovely to go over. See she is by the DCC winner, moved with drive and purpose. 2 McFaul's Dachville Exotic Blend. BT in beautiful gleaming coat and condition. Pleasing head and eye, good reach of neck running into well placed shoulders. Sound front with tight elbows, super length and spring of rib. Keeping a good topline at all times. See she is litter sister to the CC winner. 3 Roberts' Swansford Whoopy Dora. OB (7,1) 1 McNaughton's Ch Cedavoch Sorceress. Worthy Ch, red in full coat and tip top condition. Pretty head, good forechest and lay of shoulder. Good front, feet and bone. Well angulated hindquarters, moved round the ring with drive and purpose. 2 McFaul's Ch Ir Ch Dachville Special Blend. BT, another worthy Champion. Beautiful to go over, good head and expressive eye. Good lengthand depth of rib, super well let down hindquarters. Moved with style and purpose, these two could change places another time. 3 Boyle's Zarcrest Devil Wears Prada SpO Black and Tan (7,1) 1 McFaul's Ir Ch Dachville Classical Blend. My find of the day. This beautiful bitch caught my eye straight away as she entered the ring. Ultra feminine and in great coat and condition. Well presented, lovely flowing lines and excellent body proportions. Best of fronts, and lovely hind angulation. Standing and moving keeping an excellent topline at all times. CC, BOB and BIS, well done to this breeder. 2 Sutton's Lillymai Flower by Damai. 3 Dunbar and McNaughton's Bronia Velveteen. SpO AOC (1) 1 Wilson's Rodgermardax Lady Willow.
