Very pleased with my entry, especially with only five absentees. 
MPD (3) 1 Mitchell's Bronia Matteo. Gorgeous, very mature 8 mths red, excellent head, dark eye and expression, well constructed throughout with great style and type, excellent handling and presentation. Best PD. Just outmoved by the bitch in the challenge for BP, but I am sure he has a great future. 2 Garlick's Ranglewood Arashi. 8 mths old red, heavier overall than winner and a little lazy today but moved soundly and has good overall conformation, well balanced head and dark eye. Litter brother to my smashing Best PB. 3 Fossett's Brysdax Jack's Back. 
PD (3) 1 McFaul's Shardaroba's Taylor Made For Dachville. 9 mths, less mature than classmates, but preferred his free and flowing movement, correct overall balance and style, just needs to body up which will come with maturity. 2 Marks' Labbadax Fearless Warrior. 11 mths, more mature youngster, masculine throughout with good length and depth, sound moving front and rear, preferred feet of winner and still carrying a bit of puppy fat. 3 Dare's Darsoms Zyjoe. 
JD (4) 1 Roberts' Swansford Kestador. 14 mths red, not my winner at first but totally outmoved the competition, not a big hound but has good front and hind angulation, good length and depth, correct feet, excellent presentation. 2 Brearley's Labbadax Eyecatchin Shadow At Xanadax. 16 mths b/tan, loved his head, expression and dark eye, looked good standing with correct outline and balance, not quite the drive behind of winner, just let himself down on the move. 3 Duchesne's Darsoms Zifi Of Scandell. 
PGD (4, 1) Not an easy class, a real mix of styles and qualities. 1 Wood's Rogermardax Jack Spratt. 3 yr old mature red, would prefer a more elegant head, but nice dark eye, good overall balance and correct topline which he kept well when moving. Best mover in class. 2 Hughes' Dachsarah Roust About. 20 mths b/tan, taller, heavier style than above, not the overall balance or movement of winner but still lacks maturity. 3 Chappell's Gleneddee Liquroice Dream. 
LD (6) 1 Dare & Guy's Zarcrest Marc Jacobs At Darsoms. 21 mths, gorgeous red, stunning youngster who really made my day. Top quality hound who oozes type and presence, in grand condition and coat, moves soundly and freely, excellent presentation and handling, pleased to award him his second and well deserved CC and BOB and very proud to watch him placed Group 3 in a very strongly contested Hound Group. Will surely win his third CC quickly. 2 Fricker's Dachslur In His Prime. 4 yr old red who is aptly named, mature, very typy hound who has excellent overall balance and correct movement, slightly preferred head and expression of above, but not disgraced in this placing. Two lovely hounds. 3 Duchesne's Bronia Priam Of Scandell. 
OD (8) Lovely class to judge eventually with a pleasing line-up. 1 Marks' Ch Brynalyn Royal Warrier Via Labbadax ShCM. Five yr old, mature, masculine red who is well constructed throughout, well bodied with correct depth and length, sound, easy mover, pressed hard for CC but just preferred the style and elegance of my limit winner. Res CC. 2 Johnson's Africandawns Night Hawk. Three and a half yr old, handsome dark mahogany red, very difficult to separate these two hounds and I slightly preferred Hawks more elegant classy head but although he has great type, substance and balance, the winner just had that little more enthusiasm on the move. Well presented and handled. 3 Mitchell's Ch Bronia Mr Pepys. 
MPB (1) 1 Garlick's Ranglewood Tempest. 8 mths red, very mature and a reala showgirl, has all the essentials to go far in her show career. I particularly loved her head and eye. Won BP easily with her soundness and excellent parallel movement. 
PB (4) 1 Booth & Elsley's Labbadax Gimme Gimme Gimme At Abbalongdat. 9 mths red, very pretty, feminine head and nicely constructed throughout, not dissimilar in many ways to her litter brother who was second in PD, also a little overweight and needs to tighten in the feet, but I like her style. Not too happy on the move, but none of the puppies in this class were at ease with the echoey hall. 2 Hutton's Daamistico Destiny At Dachalune. 10 mths red, more mature than above but I preferred winners head and expression. Stylish pup who is well bodied with correct length and ribbing and good depth. 3 Dare's Swansford Nigelladora Darsoms. 
JB (3) 1 Mitchell's Pramada's Zandra At Bronia (Imp USA). 13 mths b/tan, excellent head and expression, dark eye, good length of neck into correct shoulders, has excellent front and hind co-ordination with good depth and correct ribbing, sound, free, easy mover which won her this closely contested class. 2 Johnson's Darsoms Zeony With Africandawns. Another very pretty b/tan. At first my winner but just outmoved by above. Slightly more mature at 16 mths, elegant head and expression, well made throughout and kept topline when moving. 3 Nightingale's Whartona Megan Mayhem At Rodima. 
PGB (7, 1) 1 Dare & Guy's Darsoms Zindzi. 16 mths red, super mature litter sister to second in junior bitch. Elegant with excellent overall construction, looked good both standing and moving, won this class with ease. 2 Metcalfe-Bilgin's Metadale Midsummer Dream. Two yr old red, slightly smaller overall than above and not as elegant but nicely made throughout, good outline, correct topline, not quite the smooth, easy movement of winner. 3 Garlick's Ranglewood Diamond Heist. 
LB (9, 3) 1 Cook & Rhodes' Bournder Ruby Empress. Mature 2 yr old mahogany red, excellent head and expression, good length of neck into well laid shoulders, correct front and rear, good depth and length and ribbing, correct co-ordinating hindquarters, moved soundly front and rear with good drive and reach, well handled. 2 Mitchell's Bronia No Peeping. At only 12 mths she was a real baby in this competition. A real showgirl. I loved her head, eye and expression, excellent overall conformation, stylish sound mover. Will watch her future with interest. 3 Marks' Labbadax Bletilla. 
OB (6) 1 Geeson's Ch Abydachs Summer Lovin. 3 yr old, top quality bitch who has great style and presence. I liked everything about her, had to beat two top hounds in this excellent class, but she never put a foot wrong, also beating some classy competition in the final line-up for the CC. Unlucky to meet the dog who really was on top form today. BCC. 2 Harris & Winchurch's Zarcrest Devil Wears Prada. Another exquisite red, 3 yrs old in top condition. One I have always admired, very similar in style and type to her full younger brother who was BOB today. I am sure she will also gain her title quickly! Excellent handling and presentation. 3 McFaul's Ch Ir Ch Dachville Special Blend Jun Ch.
