PD (0). JD (2,1a) 1 McNaughton’s Cedavoch The Alchemist, quality sh/r with a lovely head on reachy neck, lovely front & feet, well ribbed & very sound, lovely coat & beautifully presented, tail can detract a little at times. PGD (2) 1 Stewart’s Abydachs Helluva Night, very elegant sh/r, pleasing in neck & outline, has lovely legs & feet, very well coated & a sound mover; 2 Paskins’ Kindeace Mickey Mars, this very dark red has such a pleasing head on decent neck, very good to go over with good bone & ribbing, just moves that bit close behind. LD (4,2) 1 McNaughton’s Telkel Rumor Has It, very impressive dark sable in the most beautiful coat & condition, loved his head on such a reachy neck, lovely shoulders, front & feet, strong topline, well ribbed with super quarters, held his outline at all times, beautifully presented too. CC, his third I was told, well done; 2 Geeson’s Abydachs Seize The Night, not quite the masculinity of winner, nice head on decent neck, good coat & condition, quarters could be stronger. OD (2) 1 Boyle’s Ch Zarcrest Hugo Boss, quality dark red with a lovely head & eye, good neck, so well made with lovely shoulders, front & feet, firm topline, good quarters, very sound mover & so well presented, always liked him & so unlucky to meet the winner in such splendid form. RCC; 2 Lewis’ Trixhund Euphoria, dark sh/r, found him a little strong in head, decent neck, good bone, lovely body & rib, firm topline, good mover with a lovely coat. VD (0).
PB (4,1) 1 Mitchell’s Bronia Atalanta, quality sh/r shown in beautiful condition, lovely head & eye, so well made with good ribbing & a lovely body on her, sound & carries herself well. BP; 2 Lewis’ Trixhund You Are My Word, dark sh/r, a little lacking in front assembly, nice body & coat, could use a little more neck & her tail can detract at times; 3 McNaughton’s Cedavoch Seductress, I would just like to mention this lovely b/t, the baby of the class, full of quality but did not show or move to any advantage. JB (2) 1 Garlick’s Ranglewood Laurel, very nice sh/r, lovely mover, pleasing head, so well bodied & ribbed, so sound & looked good going round, good coat & condition; 2 Metcalfe-Bilgin’s Garthorne Going Home to Metadale, this clear red was right out of coat, has a pretty head & eye & a good topline, erratic in front. PGB (2,1) 1 Clarke’s Tekalhaus Million To One, dark red of high quality, lovely head & pigment, so well balanced in outline, well ribbed up, lovely bone & feet, very sound & arrogant, correct coat & presentation, close up in the challenge. LB (3,1) 1 Paskins’ Kindeace Rita Ora, very substantial red, lovely to go over & as sound as a pound, shown hard & fit, strong front & quarters, pleasing in head & coat, handler could help her more; 2 Garlick’s Ranglewood Tempest, this lovely sh/r was shown in beautiful coat & condition, very typy & has a lovely outline, good to go over & good on the move, just tends to ‘poke’ at times. OB (7,2) 1 McNaughton’s Ch Cedavoch Kismet, super dark red I have admired before, lovely head with darkest of eyes, lovely neck, front & feet, super topline, lovely to go over with lovely ribs & body, sound quarters, so sound on the move & is so arrogant going round, magnificent coat & presentation. CC & BOB; 2 Mitchell’s Ch Bronia Callista, substantial sh/r shown in lovely condition so well made & well bodied, very neat feet & a strong backline, powerful quarters, holds herself so well at all times. RCC; 3 Metcalfe-Bilgin’s Metadale Manane.
