Numerically small entry today but it was made up of quality rather than quantity. I would have been happy to award a CC to most entered in this entry. Pigmentation has improved and all were presented in clean condition teeth were clean which is a bonus. The grass today and uneven ground was not the best but I enjoyed my day. Thank you for entering and accepting my decision in a sporting manner.
PD 1 Dare's Swansford Lionellador Darsoms. Stunning red male who excels in all departments he has a classic head without coarseness. Well arched neck correct well filled front correct pro sternum. Well laid shoulders, well angulated hindquarters, powered around the ring keeping a classic outline. No hesitation in awarding him CC, BOB and Best Puppy. Well handled to get the best out of him should have a very bright future.
JD 1 Dare's Darsoms Zybox. A true stallion hound who I have given top honours before, a pleasure to go over but felt today he did not have the sparkle of his kennel mate, a well deserved champion. 2 Marsh's Touch Of Magic At Marshwick. Black and tan of nice type, scores well all round, moved and showed well. 3 Milne's Metadale Marley.
LD (1) 1 Geeson's Abydachs Seize The Night. Shaded red, pleasing head, neck and front, well laid shoulders well handled to get the best out of him, pleased to award him the RCC.
PB (2) 1 Geeson's Abydachs Kumala. Pretty red, very immature, well filled front, good spring of rib, moved out well, just need time to mature. 2 Norman's Leodare Carmine. Pretty head and expression, but she is far too small and too continental in type for me.
JB (2) 1 Dare's Darsoms Zeunice. Pretty bitch who is a delight to go over, lovely hed and expression, well filled front, correct shoulders, well sprung ribs, excellent pigmentation, keeps a good outline at all times, well angulated quarters that finish the picture on the move. 2 Eve's Sundayshill Hermione. Pretty red, not the front assembly of the winner, lovely outline but not as positive on the move.
PGB (3) 1 Marsh's Marshwick Morning Cloud. Smart black and tan, sweet expression, keeps a good outline, pleasing to go over, the handler got the best out of her on the move. 2 Eve's Sundayshill Anastasia. Shaded red of a very rangey type. For me I would like a better head and expression, tends to loose her outline on the move. 3 Norman's Florencija Rude (Imp Ltu).
LB 1 Clarke's Tekalhaus Million To One ShCM. Lovely red with excellent head and expression, lovely to go over, well filled front, nice outline, carrying a little too much weight today, but am sure she will be hitting the top spots, well handled to get the best out of her.
OB (2) 1 Geeson's Ch Abydachs Giving Off Sparks. Compact red with the sweetest head and expression, well arched flowing into well placed shoulders correct ribbing, well angulated quarters, keeps a classic outline on the move where she comes into her own, pleased to award her the CC, well handled to get the best out of her. 2 Cook & Rhodes' Ch Bournder Ruby Empress. Different type to first, but a very worthy champion, elegant head carried on a well arched neck, correct well filled front, moved out well.
