I enjoyed judging this breed today. I thought the quality was very high with some excellent exhibits here today. All were shown in good clean condition and were handled well by their owners.

PD (2, 1) 1 Lewis' Trixhund Opium. Good headpiece with the darkest of eyes, correct smooth layback to shoulders, firm topline, shown in great condition.

JD (3) 1 Dare's Darsoms Zybrox. Very confident youngster who is arrogant, good headpiece, could have a darker eye, arched neck, good firm topline at all times, well handled. 2 Rodriques' Darsoms Zydexta. Pleasing head and correct expression, good front, spring of rib, not quite the smooth flow over shoulders of above, strong, sound quarters. 3 Metcalfe-Bilgin's Metadale Maloney.

PGD (4) 1 Johnson's Africandawns Night Lament. Eyecatching, well balanced, shapely dog of pleasing size, good chiselling to foreface, pleasing neck and shoulders, firm topline and well muscled quarters, just lacked enthusiasm in the challenge. 2 Marks' Labbadax Kiton. Close up, clean shaped boy who has style, good head carriage, ribbing and muscled quarters, not as positive or true at times as the winner. 3 Rodrigues' Darsoms Zantor.

LD (5) 1 Burke & Manston's Wardax Indian Summer By Bonavoir. Liked this boy for his balance and style, great flow of neck into well laid shoulders, good keel and prominent breastbone, used his well muscled rear to move soundly with freedom. Res CC. 2 Geeson's Abydachs Seize The Night. This red dog was close up to the winner. Just not the neck length, good shoulders and sound front, correct ribbing and strong loin. Shown in superb condition. 3 Marks & Johnson's Africandawns Night Hawk.

OD (6) 1 Mitchell's Bronia True Legacy. This dog is so completely balanced for his superb outline. Classic headpiece, arched neck, well laid shoulders, sound front and correct feet, still a youngster who moved out well in top condition. CC. Had got bored by the BOB challenge, but was thrilled this was his third CC and champion title. 2 McNaughton's Ch Cedavoch The Alchemist. Another great dog who has appeal for his superb outline and great shape, correct size and masculine, he has style, soundness and moved out well, a very worthy champion, well handled. 3 Dare & Guy's Darsoms Zimbro.

VD (1) 1 Marks' Ch Brynalyn Royal Warrier Via Labbadax ShCM. This quality dog is in superb condition for his age, well moulded headpiece, strong underjaw, neat ears, arched neck, good firm topline on the move, which was free and completely sound, well handled.

PB (2, 1) 1 Lewis' Trixhund Black Opium. This black and tan has an excellent headpiece and darkest of eyes, good neck length and firm topline, strong muscled quarters and straight in hock, moved with style, this gave her BP.

JB (7) 1 Dare's Darsoms Zeunice. Just loved the arrogance and movement with reach and powerful drive. Her shape is so clean and correct, great strong neck and lay of shoulders, firm topline and so sound in the well muscled quarters, in great condition and coat, thrilled to award her the CC and BOB, her first. Shall watch her progress with great interest. 2 Scourfield's Metadale Micah At Danton. This young bitch looked very raw at present but she is well put together with pleasing headpiece, topline and croup, correct feet, moved soundly fore and aft, just needs maturity. 3 Johnson's Africandawns Night Wizard.

PGB (3) 1 Negus' Dachslur Diamond Desire At Tarramist. Black and tan with pleasing outline and headpiece, correct sternum and ribbing, strong firm loin, low hocks and neat feet. 2 Marks' Labbadax Kristiansand. Lovely type and outline, in good condition, just needs more confidence altogether, moved well and strong rear, well handled. 3 Cheese's Suecaseus Desdemona.

LB (4, 1) 1 McNaughton's Cedavoch Circe. Another top notcher from this kennel of type and quality, most pleasing head, strong arched neck into well laid sloping shoulders, firm topline, liked her size and balance. 2 Clarke's Tekalhaus Million To One ShCM. This quality bitch was similar in outline and size to winner, just not the flow of shoulder angulation, good firm topline, neat feet, strong rear. 3 Negus' Tarramist Krug Rose.

OB (6) Super class of quality. 1 Geeson's Ch Abydachs Giving Off Sparks. This superb eyecatching bitch is full of quality and style, clean outline, firm topline, coat shining with condition, good front and rear, moved out well, lost her verve a little in the challenge and ran so close, but ended up with the Res CC today. 2 McNaughton's Ch Cedavoch Kismet. This quality bitch has the most superb clean outline, strong neck, firm topline, well muscled quarters but not quite the drive from behind as the winner, in great bloom and show condition, expertly handled. 3 Mitchell's Ch Bronia Precious Legacy.
