Generally I felt the dogs were a better size and balance than last time I judged this variety. I was surprised however to find three or four nervous exhibits, with one trying to bite. I've always considered longs to be phlegmatic and trustworthy temperament, and so I do hope this was the exception to the normal

B/T 7 Months, great coat and preparation. Good head and eye, correct
forechest. Lovely feet, Tight elbows. Well ribbed.

1st: MITCHELL Bronia Son of Anarchy
Shaded Red, 11 Months, Beautiful head. Good forechest, level topline. Tight
feet. well laid shoulders. Moved true. Just needs to sparkle a bit more.
Junior Dog (2)
1st: DARE Swansford Lionellador Darsoms
Beautifully prepared red. Excellent neck and shoulders. Correct front.
Masculine head. Almond dark eye. Moved well all round.
2nd: BUSHEL Ranglewood Harvest Hops
B/T Not happy to be handled
Post Graduate Dog (6)
1st: HORN Darsoms Zabbi
Red, Good topline held on the move. Liked his head. Well laid shoulders. Good
bone and feet. Showed with purpose. Close up for the Reserve CC. Tighter
elbows than 2.
2nd: LEWIS Trixhund Opium
Shaded Red, lost to 1 on slightly less positive front movement. Enthusatic and
showed with verve. Good head and eye. Tight feet.
3rd: MARKS Labbadax Kiton
Limit Dog (2)
1st: DUCHESNE Darsoms Zamba of Scandell
Preferred the one to two portions of this one. Well balanced with correct oval
thorax and correct amount of forechest. Good head, Eye and tight feet.
2nd: BURKE & MANSTON Bonavoir James Hobb
A Shade heavy and low, but that said he has a lovely head, good feet, level topline and he moved true back and front.
Open Dog (7)
1st: MCNAUGHTON Ch Cedavoch the Alchemist
Excellent height to length ratio, giving correct ground clearance and driving
movement with front extension. Proud head carriage, good neck and shoulders.
Well ribbed back, level topline
2nd: LEWIS Trixhund Euphoria JW ShCM
Shaded red who has all the essentials, lost to 1 on being a shade longer,
however has been attributes including a good head and eye, neck and shoulders
good.
3rd: BURKE & MANSTON Wardax Indian Summer Bonavoir

1st: GEESON Abydachs Kumala

month old and maturing well, pretty head. Good neck and shoulder. Moved well
back and forth and kept her outline on the move.
2nd: FOSSETT Brysdax Chanel Number Five

month baby enjoying her debut. Has all the essentials and will doubtless get
her act together as she matures.
Puppy Bitch (4 Entries)
1st: BOYLE & WREN Zarcrest Ava Gardner
Caught my eye upon entering the ring. Moved better behind that 2. Well angled
at both ends. Pretty head and eye. Correct front. Well off for bone. Good
height to lenght ratio.
2nd: MITCHELL Bronia Supernatural
Lost to first on feet and having less drive on the move. but otherwise has
similar virtues to 1st.
3rd: LEWIS Trixhund Black Opium
Junior Bitch (2)
1st: EVE Sundayshill Hermione
Elegant with a wonderful neck. A tad short in ribbing, but kept topline on move
and drove from behind. Better shoulders than 2nd.
2nd: HAGAN,BORSUK & FOSSETT Baltic Legacy Via Amberteckel
A tad stuffy in neck. Good height to lenght giving correct balance. Could drive from behind more.
Post Graduate Bitch (1)
1st: JOHNSON Africandawns Night Wizard
Pretty head, Good balance of height to lenght. Rear movement very good, Kept
topline at all times. Beautiful coat, well prepared. Oval Thorax and enough
forechest.
Limit Bitch (4)
1st: DARE Darsoms Zeunice
Quite a large bitch who is a tad low to ground. Carries her head almost too
proudly on the move. That said she is well made and true moving. Gleaming
coat.
2nd: HUTTON Dachalune Araxia
A
tad lacking in forechest. Tended to rise slightly at the backend on the move.
(Maybe shes due in season?)
3rd: CLARKE Tekalhaus Million to One ShCM
Open Bitch (5)
1st: GEESON Ch Abydachs Giving Off Sparks
Very refined head. Good neck and shoulder. Well ribbed back. Good bone and
feet. Super flat red coat. Moved with drive, style and verve. Keeping her
outline at all times.
2nd: MCNAUGHTON Ch Cedavoch Circe
Super feet, Pretty head, moved well. A tad longer and lower than first. Well
constructed and showed with panache.
