Thank you to the society for inviting me to
judge at their show, sadly the weather wasn’t kind to us and the inside
accommodation was not great for the short legs. However the rain stopped and
we were able to do OB and the challenges outside. It is 3 years since I last
judged this variety and what was lacking in quantity made up in quality. MPD
(1) 1 McNaughton, Cedavoch Circeo, what a lovely young chap at just 7
months, he has such a pleasing head, masculine but not heavy. Super neck
leading into an excellent front, good fore chest, super overall outline and
balance, moved confidently and accurately around the ring, delighted to
award him the RDCC and BP. LD (2) 1 Sloan & Dunbar & McNaughton Cedavoch
Dark Magic, Mature Black and Tan boy shown in excellent condition good eye
and ear, ok in front, good length or ribbing strong loin, good rear angles,
moved ok. 2 Sutton, Kindeace Texas Tornado At Damai, rushed into the class
so was a little unsettled shaded red mature boy, would prefer a better
outline, ok in front, good depth, moved ok OD (1) 1 Roberts, Ch Swansford
Prestonador, i awarded this super male group 2 at Bournemouth last month, so
was a pleasure to see him again here. Such quality dog, presented to
perfection, He has a super head, long muscular neck into an excellent front
of a well laid shoulder and equal return upper arm. Good forecshest and
enough clearance, super outline and topline which was held firm on the move,
rear angles to compliment the front, coped with the conditions to take the
DCC and BOB MPB (1) 1 McNaughton, Cedavoch Just An Illusion, super baby
girl, so confident and self assured at just 6months, still very raw, but has
good overall type, very good front, needs to firm in outline (obviously)
good tail and moved well. JB (3,1) 1 Roberts, Swansford Debhoradora super
young girl who has a lot of character, She presents a super outline and
definitely a stamp of her father, quality all through, so we ll made and
full of quality, one to watch. 2 Pike & Carter, Breezelyn Longing For Love,
another lovely bitch, half sister to 1, and similar in type, not quite the
furnishing of one, lovely head, good front and mood well in the conditions.
LB (1) 1 Whitfield-Roberts, Swansford Patriciadora, Litter sister to the DCC
and BOB of winner, another super one, she too is full of quality and breed
type, not quite as happy with the conditions as some in this class, but when
in the challenge she pulled out the stops to win the RBCC OB (3) Trio of
lovely ladies 1 Hanney-Mitchell, Ch Cavallibrook Final Fling Bronia, I do
really like this young lady, full of breed type, presented in excellent coat
and condition, lovely head, super neck leading onto an excellent front,
balanced outline all through, good length of ribbing and strong loin, super
mover, pleasure to award her the BCC 2 McNaughton, Ch Cedavoch Blithe
Spirit, 4 year old bitch, super breed type, good outline, and balance, good
front and back angles, another good mover. 3 Pike & Carter, Zarcrest
Angelina Jolie At Breezelyn
