I really enjoyed my judging today not least with the help of my super steward who really kept things moving and did it with humor thank you. I haven’t judged this variety for some time and thought the overall quality was impressive. In some classes I was splitting hairs with the placings, I make no apology for keeping them moving as you get a true overall picture of the dog whilst they are on the move. Despite an exhibitor suggesting they don’t usually move so much. My only comments would be that on some ribbing is rather shorter than desirable and many didn’t have a great deal of muscle tone the lack of which does affect their overall performance especially on the move. Size in some could become an issue and certainly wouldn’t want them any larger.

JD 2(1) 1.Hanney Mitchell,Wilkinson & Wakeman’s Bronia Luciano – Very smart dog that pushed hard for top honours. Beautiful head and almond eye flowing into elegant neck and reasonable layback of shoulder and better ribbing than many. Moved out with drive presenting excellent outline.
YD 3 1.Rodrigues Sujarah Dare to Dream. Elegant shaded red with good head flowing into correct topline. Moved out with animation. Not overcoated which gives a clean outline. 2. Taylor, Hilton and Basha Delsaux Made it Jumbo Band. Another dog that moved out quite well showing good topline. Could have better layback of shoulder together with longer ribbing. 3.Garlick Ranglewood Christmas Star.
PGD 2(1) 1. Paskins Lindeace Londons Calling Nice type with attractive head with almond eye. Could have better length of ribbing. Moved out with correct topline.
LD 5(4) 1. Paskins Hit the road Jack. Difficult class. Just preferred overall balance of winner. 2. Lacey Abydezi Shades of Glory. Larger type just felt winner was more balanced. 3.O’Neil Ranglewood Phoenix of Donnadach.
OD 5 (1) 1. A super class best of the day. Geeson Ch Abydachs Return of the Night. Super dog who just owned the ring. Lovely type and balance combined with excellent coat so does not detract from overall picture. Masculine head flowing into elegant neck which continued into correct topline. Moved out with purpose and drive. CC . BOB and RBIS.2. McNaughton Cedovach Ciceo Close decision similar remarks to winner in a slightly larger mold. Just preferred overall balance of 1. 3. Mitchell Ch Dachyclan Connolly at Bronia.
VD 4. 1. Roberts Ch Swansfor Gabrieldor. I don’t think there are many superlatives that I can add to those already written about this dog. Beautifully presented balanced boy who moves round the ring with such purpose and drive with that touch of ‘look at me’ arrogance that he’s obviously passed on to his offspring. Put down to perfection. Res CC BV and BVIS. 2. Paskins Texas Ranger. Elegant red with nice overall type and balance. Smart mover with well held topline. 3. Paskins Cedavoch Its Taboo at Kindacre.
SB. 3. 1. Page Giovanni Rude for Kokodax (Imp Ltu). Liked this dog the most overall. Could show more animation to his advantage. 2. Barnicott & Pascoe Fahoogle Minack I don’t know if it was especially hot during this class but none of the competitors moved out with any animation which does affect overall picture. 3.Heap Ranglewood Katrine.

PB 3(1) 1.Cross Abydezi Bellatric Loggeta Attractive head which flows into good neck and adequate shoulder placement . Probably feeling the heat which certainly affected animation on the move. 2. Lacey Abydezi Abracadabra. Litter sister to above and very similar just preferred shoulder placement on winner .
JB4. 1. McNaughton Cedovach Twist of Fate. Nice typey bitch with lovely head and expression. Good ribbing giving correct outline and driving movement when viewed from the side as well as accuracy coming and going. 2. Hanney Mitchell, Wilkinson & Wakeman Bronia Luciella. Close up decision. A bitch with lovely breed type who moved out with drive and precision. 3. Geeson Abydachs Out of the Fire.
YB 4 (2) Taylor & Hilton Delsaux Singer with the Band Shaded red with good breed type. Moved out with purpose holding topline. 2. Barnicott & Pascoe Fahoogle Minack.
PGB 6(2) 1. Peid Cavillibrook One Final Kiss at Maudaxi Again super head with almond eye. Held topline at all times moved out well. 2.Chapman Melminds Makayla Close decision just preferred overall balance of class winner.3. Paskins Swansford Amadora.
LB 7(3) 1.Garlick Kyrenia Queens Requeat with Ranglewood. Good sized bitch with nice overall balance and type. Excellent head and expression. Moved out well with a clean pair of heels. 2.Lacey Abydachs Renegade Angel at Abydezi Another nice bitch in s slightly larger mold. Moved and showed well. 3. Paskins You Wear it Well.
OB 7(2) 1. Garlicjk Ranglewood Andromeda. Lovely bitch of a nice size, type and balance. Excellent coat beautifully presented. Lovely conical head with the sweetest expression. Moved out so positively with good hind drive. CC. 2. Hanney Mitchell Ch Cavallibrook Final Fling Bronia. Close decision another lovely bitch in a slightly larger mold. Excellent head and neck would prefer better layback of shoulder. Moved out well holding a good outline. 3.Roberts Swansford Padmeadora.
VB 2(1( Bailey Glasvey Double Trouble for Loggeta Just loved this bitch such a lovely type with style and balance in spades. Great size no exaggeration anywhere. Powered round the ring with drive allowed by her correct conformation. Res CC.
