SMOOTH HAIRED
PD (2). 1 Thomas and Godfrey’s G D Kingrock Skywalker. Good type and proportions. Excels in head and eye, well developed forechest; 2 Cawley and King’s Rigusa Seven Of Nine. Chocolate/tan, together for age, has good top and under line, not quite the angulations of first.
JD (2). 1 Thomas and Godfrey’s G D Kingrock Clayton. Masculine balanced and moderate throughout. Good top line and length of keel. In good condition. Sound but would benefit from moving faster.
PGD (2). 1 Jones’ Adnerb’s Mystification. Masculine d with quality, good proportions, level top line if sloping slightly, moves well enough but could firm up behind, good head and eye.
LD (9). 1 Hunt’s D’Arisca Class Distinction at Carpaccio JW. CC his third. Elegant d with substance, good head and proportions, balanced and moderate, well ribbed, good under line and top line could be better, moves with purpose lacking in so many, easy winner; 2 Walkley’s Follycott Bar The Rest by Churchoak. Excellent head and eye, good front, top line and rear, low hocks, which was lacking in many, sound d; 3 Marsh’s Marshwick Mandolin.
OD (3). 1 Wolage’s CH Matzell Marmaduke. Red d, not a bad size, good proportions, held outline at all times, balanced throughout, but lacks animation RCC; 2 Turner’s Ralines Hercules. Good head and eye, good top line and drive from the rear, shows wide in front.
PB (5). 1 Turner’s Rafthouse Read My Lips. Quality look about her. Excellent head and top line. Does not need any more angulation but holds it together well. Good topline and free mover. CC her second and BOB; 2 Rawson’s Rosenket Enchanted Evening. Feminine b of lovely size, excellent eye and proportions, v nice clean front and also nice low hocks, one for the future; 3 Burke and Manston’s R Bonavoir Griannan.
JB (5). 1 Rawson’s Rosenket Diamond R Forever. V close decision, both feminine quality bitches of excellent type and proportions, could change places in different conditions as tent was rather noisy, just preferred front and top line of first although second was using her rear better and had probably the best eye and expression on the day; 2 Lovick-Gibb’s and Gibb’s Roleta The Name of The Game; 3 Hinwood and Little’s Longmel Double Truffle.
PGB (5). 1 Rawson’s Laurton First Edition from Sunhaze. Feminine with substance, good head, eye, neck, shoulder, feet and top line and under line. V sound mover, just preferred ground clearance of p RCC; 2 Punter’s Welcumen Kiss N Tell. Nicely balanced b with good head and eye, good front, but preferred top line and rear of 1; 3 Hunt’s Carpaccio Tanzanite JW.
LB (6). 1 Turner’s Marictur Miss Midnight. Lovely outline standing and moving, head and eye ok, balanced, good angulation, excellent top line, v sound, would prefer a shade more bone; 2 Furber’s Dorysa Dyddanwy. Apologies, I cannot read my own notes. Other than, good head and eye; 3 Burke and Manston’s R Ranglewood Genevieve from Bonavoir.
OB (2). 1 Rawson’s Ch Twyhill Back To The Future with Rosenket. Excels in construction and balance and movement. Just a bit too much for me all over with some nice feminine girls around, worthy of everything she was won; 2 Adam’s Rosanport Cracklin Rosie. Nice size and substance, holds top line well.
