SMOOTH HAIRED

JD (1) 1 Rawson's Rosenket Kaptain Kirk. Handsome and masculine dog with the most super head and good eyes. Long neck, would like better feet. Fair front, good forechest, well ribbed and holds a firm topline. Strong rear, well muscled up.

PGD (2) Both nice sized dogs, both being silly on the table! 1 Walkey's Churchoak Red Adair. Lengthy head and a good neck. Just a bit tighter in front and a longer stride than 2. Feet could be better, very good rear. 2 Gatheral-Graham's Phaeland Sherrifs Deputy. Nice balance and proportions. Head ok. Good length of neck, bit wide coming to. Level topline, could drive more in rear.

LD (7) 1 McNaughton's Cedavoch Galadrim. Keeps a very good outline on the move and has a good stride and really drives from the rear. Pleases in head. Long neck, would like better shoulders, as I would have with all in this class. Firm topline, good feet and a very good rear. Longer than I prefer. 2 Dent's Lauralee Dylan Thomas von Dachstein. Honest sort, of a good size. Underline cuts up a bit. Long head, grand neck and correct in forechest. Strong rear. 3 Dalgety's Thundergay Archduke.

OD (3) 1 Coxon. Henningsen and Allen's Ch Am Ch Jagies I Like the Night Life. Sensible and steady temperament. Long head, super neck and the best shoulders here. Good chest, I would like a shorter loin. Strong rear with low set hocks, super mover. CC and BOB. 2 Cooper's Ch Sontag Simon Le Bone. JW. More the proportions I would like but just a bit tense. Very good head, grand neck, not quite the shoulder of the winner, but better in topline. Well bent stifles, true on the move. Res CC. 3 Dent's Lauralee Dylan Thomas von Dachstein.

PB (5) 1 Tite and Eales' Rijobeau Glitz N Glamour. Has really good proportions and, when settled, went round the ring so well, driving from behind and super reach. Feminine houndy head with a very good eye. Neck and front ok. Level topline. I liked her leg length and clearance. Best Puppy. 2 Rawson's Churchoak Some Like It Hot of Rosenket. Very happy person! Very good make, just a bit heavvy in body and roly-poly. Super head, long neck and nice ribbing. Well bent stifle and low hocks. 3 Dalgety's Thundergay My Fair Lady.

JB (2) Two very good bitches. Rawson's Rosenket Krystal Singer. Long head, feminine with a super eye and expression. Well laid shoulder, good length of keel but a tad long in loin. Well made rear which she uses so well, which won this class. Feet can tighten. Res CC. 2 McNaughton's Cedavoch Altariel. Very good for size and proportions. Feminine in head, ok neck, prominent chest. Well made rear, butdoesn't really drive. Feet could be better. Firm in topline.

PGB (3,1) 1 Dalgety;s Thundergay Magdalena. Good stamp of a bitch. Lengthy head, bit broad in skull and slightly lippy. Neck ok, well made front and a good depth of chest. Ribs ok but a fraction long in loin. Correct rear and she moves well. 2 Dent's Phaeland Scotia Drambuie. Makes a good shape on the table and has very good shoulders. Bounced on the move and didn't use her rear at all. Head and neck ok, level topline.

LB (4) 1 Hunt's Carpaccio Precious Pearl JW. Ideal size and proportions and totally sound. Goes around so well, holding a firm topline. Feminine head, lengthy neck and well laid shoulders. Longer in upperarm than 2, very good feet and ribbing ok. Correct rear. CC. 2 Turner's Marictur Uptown Madam JW. Very good sort of bitch, of a fraction long. Lacks enthusiasm but is basically sound. Feminine head and a good neck and shoulder, holds a good topline, fair rear. 3 Wilson and Otter's Come Dancing.

OB (5,1) 1 Norton's Ch Matzell Maid of Honour. Super size bitch who won this class with a bit to spare. Feminine head, good eyes and slight stop. Neck ok, fairly good front, just loses forechest a bit on the move. Level topline, would like her to be a bit firmer. Well bent stifles and low hocks. Moved round ok. 2 Melbourne's Lauralee Take That to Melriding. Rather lower than I prefer. Has a feminine head, but too much dewlap. Fair neck, decent front and a good chest. Moved with more enthusiasm than 3. 3 Gatheral-Graham's Phaeland Special Delivery.
