A special thank you to the two J’s who stewarded for me, you are “fab girls”. Thank you to all the exhibitors for entering under me today, all very nice people, lovely to hear clapping and seeing congratulations around the ringside. It must be a “Smooth/Mini Mooth” thing. It’s great.

JD(3) 1 Marsh’s Marshwick Blackberry. Very smart black and tan dog, excellent front assembly, without being overdone, long low level with good angulation, moved with drive. Res BD and BP. 2 Hunt’s Lauralee Living Daylights At Carpaccio. Another attractive black and tan dog of good quality, excellent ribbing, oval front, carried himself well, not quite the angulation of one. 3 Higgins’ Leveliss Long Lankin.

LD(3) 1 Marsh‘s Marshwick Merrison. Again a grand little red dog from this kennel, deep keel, good length of ribbing,, nice size, moved out well, covering the ground, moved at good even pace by handler. 2 Starkey’s Carpaccio Top Of The Class At Hamoura. Beautiful overall shape, looked a picture stacked, nice eye and head shape, good reach of neck and level topline but unfortunately moved erratically today. 3 Higgins’ Matzell Midnight Harbour For Leveliss.

OD(4) 1 Hunt’s Ch Bessdachs Beam Me Up At Carpaccio. A very sound solid well made dog of good size, liked his darker features, level on the move, good tail set, moved well, deep keel and nice eye expression. BD, BOB. 2 Eales’ Ch Lauralee Role Of Honour Via Rijobeau. Beautiful red dog, good reach of neck, good shoulder placement and ribbing extended well back, just moving a little close behind. 3 Goad’s Rosanport’s The Illusionist.

JB(5, 1) 1 Norton’s Matzell Mildred. Elegant red bitch of quality, very well put together, good reach of neck, lovely feminine head, extended well on the move, level topline. Res BB. 2 Hunt’s Lauralee Miss Chokey Wokey. Chocolate girl, same remarks to one except not quite as strong in hind movement today, did not follow through. 3 Eals’ Rijobeau Matron Of Honour.

LB(2) 1 Higgins’ Matzell Misty Morning Over Leveliss. A good sized black and tan lady, good long ribbing and reach of neck, topline good and held on the move, moved true. 2 Tite &Eales’ Rijobeau Glitz N Glamour. This little dog was a bit jumpy today, didn’t settle too well on the move, good strong hindquarters and length of rib and neck.

OB(3, 1) 1 Norton’s Ch Matzell Maid Of Honour. A lovely red again from this handler, nice size, very feminine throughout, good shoulder placement, neat elbows and good strong angulation, moved well, extended stride. BB. 2 Goad’s Rasanport Play Me. A 7 year old lady who was not best pleased with the heat today, good overall shape, nice head and eye, good length of rib, deep keel and oval front, hard to assess movement.
