SMOOTH HAIRED

This show was extremely well organised with a lovely atmosphere and hospitality which I enjoyed immensely.  This was ladies day as no male dogs were present. MP (1) 1 Mccarthy’s Vomgolf Star Pick For Seatris. Well developed b/t bitch, balanced head, dark eye and pigmentation, good reach of neck, well angulated front and rear, super depth of chest and length of body with slight rise over loin, moved very well for age. Best Puppy. Reserve Best Puppy in Show. P (2.1a) 1  Williams’ Cwmdarhian Miss Betsey. B/t bitch of good length, correct head, earset could have been higher and chest too low to the ground, level topline, good hind angulation, moved well. J (3.1) 1 Norton’s Matzell Mildred. Shaded red bitch of good size and substance, feminine head with correct high earset, dark oval eye, good length of body, short slightly arched loin, moved very free, in super coat and condition. 2 Davies’ Hampdach Not In The Rough For Atahira. This shaded red bitch could have a better balanced head, not the reach of neck of 1, good depth of keel and length of body, correct tail carriage, movement rather sluggish today, but a feminine bitch overall. PG (1) 1 Punter’s Abbagirls Here I Am At Welcumen. Shaded red bitch who stood alone, but a worthy winner, beautiful feminine head of correct proportions, straight front, excellent depth of chest and length of body with correct rise over loin, very true mover both coming and going, in good coat and muscular condition which showed in her free easy movement. Reserve Best Bitch. O (2.1) 1 Norton’s Ch. Matzell Maid Of Honour. Another shaded red bitch who is extremely well balanced all round, beautiful head, dark eye and pigment, good reach of neck into well laid shoulders, straight front, super depth of chest and correct under ribbing, slight rise of loin on level topline which she held on the move, super tail set and carriage, moved very true with drive and reach, well muscled in super coat and condition.  Best Bitch, Best of Breed and Reserve Best in Show. Congratulations, well deserved.
