SMOOTH HAIRED
PD (4,1) 1 Gatheral-Graham Phaeland Screw Driver. Res CC & BP. Stunning boy of
11 months, classical make and shape, superbly headed, considered him for the CC
but as yet not quite as positive on the move as the winner on the day but a
really marvellous prospect in the making. 2 Rawson Rosenket Nostra. 10 months
and not as forward or finished as the winner, very pleasing in so many respects
with a good shape and outline, pleasing head, eye and expression, just moving a
little close at the rear. 3. Naylor Adnerb Storm Trooper Of Maryhazel.
JD (2,1) 1 Naylor A Storm Trooper Of M. Rising 12 months, typical outline,
pleasing length of body, typical head, eye and expression, as yet still needs to
firm and strengthen in top line.
LD (2,1) 1 Brettell Hampdach Rich Legacy At Diminudax, solidly made, pleasing
head, eye and expression, good bone and substance, forehand construction could
be improved and I would prefer to see a little more daylight under his body.
OD (2,) 1 Hunt Lauralee Living Daylights At Carpaccio, CC & BOB. Lots to like
about this 22 months male winning his second ticket in this thin entry. Refined
conical head with well set eye of pleasing shape, good length of muzzle, strong
under jaw, good balance of forehand and rear assemblies, really powerful well
developed rear end, perhaps long enough in loin but has a really powerful
movement covering the ground in a very stylish and effortless fashion. 2
Dalgety Thundergay Archduke. Pleasing type and quality, nicely headed with good
eye shape and placement, strong neck, a firm well held topline, more thickly set
than winner with a little less ground clearance and not quite the same impact on
the move.
PB (2,1) 1 Gatheral-Graham Phaeland Special Duty. Litter sister to the puppy dog
winner whom she greatly resembles and the same remarks apply. Just needs a
little more schooling and confidence to take her all the way.
JB (1) 1 Rawson Rosenket Opal Essence. 14 months, pleasing size and make and
shape, has a look of quality and breeding about her, very typical head, eye and
expression, pleasing neck and top line, thought she could be just a shade more
positive in front action.
PGB (4,2) 1 Gatheral-Graham Rijobeau League Of Honour. 19 months, really quite
lovely, super make and shape, very pleasing head properties, good length of rib,
strong and powerful loin, strong quarters, well constructed forehand, just not
quite settled enough on the move to go further on the day. 2 Dalgety Thundergay
My Fair Lady. Somewhat different make and shape to winner, pleasing head, eye
and expression, firm and well held top line, strong and deep in body, could be a
little more positive on the move.
LB (6,) 1 Cooper Lauralee Coco Pops To Sontag CC. Lovely yearling winning her
crowning ticket today, stands out in the crowd with her refined head, correct
make and shape, just as impressive on the move as on the stack, pushed the
winning dog very hard in final run off. 2 Turner Marictur Moulin Rouge, Res CC.
A slightly different style of head properties to the winner, lovely size,
pleasing overall outline and proportions, well ribbed with good keel and strong
powerful loin, makes good use of her self on the move. 3 Hunt Lauralee Miss
Chokky Wokey At Carpaccio.
