DACHSHUND - SMOOTH HAIRED
I had some good quality dogs that
could easily change places, temperaments were excellent.
PD (3,1) 1 Starkey's Carpaccio Jasper from Hamoura, a very eye
catching 8mth old B/T puppy with lovely masculine head and eye, good length of
neck correct shoulders, nice deep chest and ribbing, well angulated quarters,
extended well on the move, which won him BP over his litter sister. 2 Graham's
Cameron Mood Indigo, up to size dog, with pleasing head and expression, good
front and feet, good ribbing and quarters, needs to settle on the move.
JD (1) Seago & Gibbard's Amilda Dramatiker, stood alone but well
deserved his first place, well balanced Red, good size, masculine head and
expression, lovely neck and topline, well laid back shoulders, and nice deep
chest with plenty of ground clearance, correct ribbing, well angulated rear
quarters, moved well, RBD.
PGD (1) Jesse & Jordan's Rill Scaramouche, B/T with pleasing head and
eye, good neck and forechest, nice tight elbows, deep chest and good ribbing
hammy quarters moved ok.
LD (1) Jeffreys' Carpaccio Summer Class at Andix. Another B/T dog with
a lovely conical head and dark eye, well placed shoulders and deep forechest,
plenty of ground clearance, good length of ribbing, well rounded hindquarters,
moved well holding his topline.
OD (2) 1 Hunt's Cwmdarhian Hogan's Hero at Carpaccio JW. Caught my eye
on entering the ring, a well balanced dog with presence. Lovely head and dark
eye, well placed shoulders and prominent forechest, nice deep chest and spring
of rib, well angulated hindquarters well muscled, moved true fore and aft and
moved with drive a dog that could work all day, please to award him BOB. 2
Macdonalds Bensarka Phoenix Sun, another quality male, pleasing head and eye,
good length of neck, good shoulders and forechest, level topline which he kept
on the move, preferred the movement of my winner.
PB (4,1) 1 Hunt's Carpaccio Black Pearl, another quality smooth from
this kennel, beautiful B/T 8mth bitch, lovely elegant head and good reach of
neck, well placed shoulders, nice deep chest and good spring of rib, correct
ribbing good rear angulation, a little unsettled on the move, will come with
age BPB, 2 Macdonald's Bensarka Cheeky Vimto, very pretty red bitch, conical
head and dark eye, good reach of neck and pronounced forechest, good ribbing
and well angulated quarters, not quite the balance of my winner moved well. 3
Raggett's Silandajo Red Hotter.
JB (2,1) Seago & Gibbard's Amlida Evora, stood alone but well worth
her placing, B/T bitch pretty head and dark eye, good front and feet, good
shoulders and deep chest, well ribbed keeping her topline on the move, moved
ok.
PGB (2,1) Raggett's Vomgolf Lady of trust, Pleasing head and eye,
excellent front and feet, nice tight elbows, deep chest, would prefer a little
more ground clearance, well angulated quarters moved well.
LB (1) Gowlett's Silandajo Scarletina Girl at Minalsa, a lovely
feminine Red bitch of good size, nice head and dark eye, lovely length of neck,
well back shoulders, nice deep chest with plenty of ground clearance , well
muscled, moved well needed a little more drive.
OB (4,1) Three really nice bitches in this class which could easily
change places, 1 Macdonald's Am Ch Hampdach Classic Gold at Bensarka, a
beautiful well balanced Red bitch of correct size, lovely head and good reach
of neck, excellent shoulders and deep chest, good spring of rib, well muscled
and angulated quarters, moved with drive, keeping her topline, pleased to award
her BOB. 2 Higgins Leveliss What She Said, another quality bitch good overall
type, well constructed, lovely head and expression, excellent topline moved
well, very close to my winner RBB 3 Henningsen Bensarka Sunkissed Sky.
