DACHSHUND - SMOOTH HAIRED
PD(1) 1
Starkey's Carpaccio Jasper From Hamoura. 10 mths old b/t, liked his head and
topline and very good quarters, just needs to tighten a little in front.
JD(3, 1) 1 Cooper's Kochana's Celebration Of Hacienda At Sontag. Very
masculine b/t with super bone and thick padded feet, shown in gleaming
condition, oval front, good ribbing, strong quarters and topline and with a
lovely head and eye, good mover. 2 Trafford's Dabrenhof Nadal. Liked the head
and eye on this b/t very much, very elegant lad who carries himself well, not
quite the substance of winner.
PGD(4) 1 Cooper's Kochana's Celebration Of Hacienda At Sontag. 2
Chambers' Rijobeau Don't Push It TAF. Super head, front and forechest on this
red, good to go over and has excellent quarters, presents a good outline and is
a good mover, coat not in condition of winner. 3 Jones' Hampdach Who Made Who
For Adnerb.
LD(3) 1 Armstrong's Lauralee Galileo. Very arrogant b/t, lovely to go
over, super bone and feet, excellent front and rib, strong quarters and sound
mover, just felt there was a bit much of him all over. 2 Tite's Rijobeau Hot On
Ya Heels. This b/t was immaculate on the table, so well balanced and satisfying
to go over, just didn't present the same outline on the move and naughty going
round. 3 Jones' Adnerbs Smooth Criminal ShCM.
OD(4) 1 Higgins' Ch Leveliss This Charming Man. Completely new to me
but what a super b/t, lovely size and full of quality. I see he is by Ch Simon
Le Bone, no doubt this is where he gets it from. Impressive on the table and
didn't disappoint on the move, so balanced and so sound, could stand a firmer
temperament but his superior type won him the CC. 2 Hunt's Ch Cwmdarhian Hogan's
Hero At Carpaccio JW. Very well conditioned b/t, size larger than winner and not
quite the neck, but has enough to give him good balance. Lovely head and eye,
very well made, good front and rear, sound mover, handler pulled out all the
stops to win Res CC. 3 Tite's Ch Rijobeau Caught Red Handed.
MPB(2, 1) 1 Macdonald's Bensarka Cheeky Vimto. Liked this quality red a
great deal, lovely head and eye, immaculate front and feet, well bodied, well
ribbed and a beautiful mover, keeping her strong topline at all times, one for
the future I'm sure. BP. Shown in sparkling condition.
PB(4, 1) 1 McNaughton's Cedavoch Eindackel Lucretia Black. Very well
made b/t with good bone and substance throughout for size, very typey head,
lovely forechest, good body and ribbing, good mover. 2 Hunt's Carpaccio Black
Pearl. Very elegant b/t, finer all through and would like a stronger head,
beautifully conditioned and shown, tail can detract at times. 3 Lockett-Walters
&Walters' Ralines Back To The Future.
JB(4, 1) 1 Norton's Matzell Maid In Time. Quality red with no
exaggeration, loved her on the table, such a good head, eye and pigmentation,
oval front with good bone and feet, good ribbing and topline, strong quarters,
sound out and back and really used herself going round, beautiful body and
condition, liked her a lot. CC and BOB. 2 Jones' Adnerbs Betty Boop. Nice
quality red, similar in many ways to winner, liked her head and make and shape,
she too is sound but tail can detract. 3 Wilkinson's Sunhaze Sswissteria Smiss.
OB(6) 1 Cooper's Ch Hacienda Lo N Behold Its Sontag (Imp). Gorgeous
deep rich red shown in gleaming condition, fabulously pigmented, lovely head and
eye, good neck and topline, well fronted and with lovely bone and thick feet,
very pleasing to handle and so sound moving, just needs to drop a little weight.
Won Res CC. 2 Norton's Ch Matzell Mildred. Completely different type to winner,
but still full of quality, liked her head and eye, pleasing neck and lovely
front, keeps this outline at all times, sound on the move, could just use
herself that bit more going round. 3 McNaughton's Diana De Fermincan (Imp).
