DCC & BOB - Hunt's Ch Cwmdarhian
Hogan's Hero At Carpaccio JW. Excellent b/t masculine hound at the peak of his
form and who scored in all the essentials, attractive conical head, reachy neck,
text-book keel complete with dimples, ribbing carries well back, topline and
underline as one would wish, moves correctly and with drive covering much
ground. In well muscled condition and looked the part in the Group ring. RDCC -
McNaughton's Cedavoch Strachur. Striking young red dog of such lovely breed
type, attractive head and eye, elegant neck, super front and well-padded feet,
spot on for length to height balance and adequate
ground clearance, ribcage is long and smooth
and hindquarters are well-angulated. When fully matured will trouble the best.
BCC - Seago & Gibbard's Ch Amlida Evora. Exquisite b/t bitch who I could not
stop admiring and who reminded me of the Deugh dachshunds some years back when I
was but a boy! Sweet head and becoming expression, elegant neck, beautiful front
construction and keel, lovely ribbing carried well back, topline and underline
in perfect harmony, balance of height/length/ground clearance just right and
moved soundly round the ring. Quite charming. RBCC - Cooper's Sontag Shanda
Leah. I fell for this beautiful red girl who has such lovely breed type and is
of an attractive overall make and shape, sweet feminine head and eye, lengthy
neck blends into correct forequarter angulation, sound ribbing, well angulated
hindquarters, correct balance of height to length and has adequate ground
clearance. Surely a star of the future.
JD(3) 1 C Strachur. 2 Higgins' Leveliss Saucy Sailor. Well made b/t youngster
who gave a good account of himself, attractive head and eye, good front and
lovely thickly padded feet, well angulated hindquarters, just preferred the
length/height balance of the one above. 3 Stringfellow's Sontag Silvan Sorcerer.
LD(8) 1 McNaughton's Cedavoch Sanquhar. Very attractive quality red boy who is
litter brother to the Res CC winner and as a result is very similar in all
departments - head, keel, ribbing, balance, forequarters and hindquarters. He
and his brother will no fight it out many times in the future. 2 Payton's
Hampdach
Gold Quest. Another attractive red boy who was
not at all disgraced here, masculine head, correct keel, such good ribbing
reaching well back, I liked his height/length ratio, he moved soundly and is all
of a piece. 3 Seago & Gibbard's Amlida Dramatiker.
OD(6) 1 Ch C H H At Carpacio JW. 2 Norton's Matzell Man Of The Match. Quality
red hound of style and admirable breed type, masculine attractive head, neck
blends into shoulders, prominent keel, long smooth ribcage, correct topline and
underline, just preferred feet of the one above. 3 Starkey's Carpaccio Jasper
From Hamoura.
JB(2) 1 S S Leah. 2 McNaughton's Cedavoch Sornn. Another beautiful red girl and
litter sister to the
winners of Junior and Limit Dog, she is sweetly
feminine but very much a hound at the same time, super keel and feet, soundly
constructed all over and good height/length balance, just preferred head and
topline to the one above but this bitch is also top drawer.
PGB(7, 1) 1 S S Leah. 2 Hunt's Carpaccio Hershey Kisses. Sweet
chocolate bitch who has many attributes,
feminine head, elegant neck, correct keel, thickly padded feet, well-angulated
forequarters, just preferred the topline of the one above. 3 Raggett's Silandajo
Red Hotter At Dansila.
LB(4, 2) 1 Burke & Manston's Bonavoir Testa Rossa. Attractive shaded red bitch
of some elegance and style, lovely head and eye, sound in front, prominent keel,
well-padded feet, good height to length balance, lovely ribbing and correct
action on the move. 2) Armstrong's Lauralee Alexandrova. Another nice red bitch
caste from a longer mould, sweet head and eye, lovely front construction and
keel, sound feet, just preferred topline and hind action of the one above.
OB(8, 1) 1 Ch A Evora. 2 Norton's Ch Matzell Maid In Time. Beautifully made
shaded red bitch of elegance and style, conical head properties, correct eye and
expression, reachy neck, lovely keel, correct angulation fore and aft, good
topline and underline and adequate ground clearance, moves well, a quality
hound. 3 Turner's Marictur Moulin Rouge.
