MPD (3, 1) 1 Jeffrey's Carpaccio Swan Song At Andax. Handsome b/t with a lovely head and eye, well ribbed, decent bone, held a good topline and a very good mover, if a little restricted in front. 2 Hone's Pachego Compare The Market With Oxondachs. Nice head and eye on this b/t, found him narrow through and short in ribbing, lacks front and movement. 
JD (2, 1) 1 Armstrong's Lauralee Nicholas Nickleby. Another handsome b/t, liked his masculine head and good shaped eye, so well made with good front and lovely ribbing, firm topline and a good mover, a little more neck would enhance his outline and needs a stronger temperament. 
PGD (1) 1 Stringfellow's Sontag Silvan Sorcerer. This red was shown in lovely condition, found him a little plain in head and lacks front, proud of his tail too. 
LD (3, 2) 1 McNaughton's Cedavoch Sanquhar. High quality red, liked all about him on the table, lovely head on a reachy neck, super oval front and lovely bone and feet, beautiful to go over and so well made in every way, coat could be in a little better fettle and just would not co-operate at all on the move, a great pity. 
OD (7, 1) 1 Hunt's Ch Cwmdarhian Hogan's Hero At Carpaccio JW. Not a lot to fault on this b/t, liked his head and good neck and front, very pleasing to go over and so well balanced and very sound, shown in tip top condition and so well muscled up, handler gets the best from him. CC and BOB. 2 Macdonald's Multi Ch Bensarka Phoenix Sun. Very elegant and stylish red, pleasing in head and eye, super neck and topline, good front and ribbing, good movement, feet could be tighter. Res CC. 3 Norton's Matzell Man Of The Moment. 
MPB (3, 1) 1 Paterson & Paterson's Phaeland Sent Direct To Ambiesque. High quality red shown in glorious condition, her handler called her 'ruby', and I thought she was a little jewel. Lovely head and eye, super neck, lovely neck and front, well ribbed, firm topline, strong hocks and a sound stylish mover. Only just 6 mths, I could have taken her home. BP. 2 Raggett's Dansila Reach For The Stars. This b/t was that bit taller on leg, has good ribbing but lacked front, movement was very erratic. 
PB (5, 1) 1 Bennett's Shardaroba's Dream Baby. Very mature, well bodied red with a sensible temperament, very well made and the best mover in the class, could have just that bit more elegance. 2 Norton's Matzell Minella. Quality red who was not happy on the table, loved her head and long elegant neck, lovely to handle and shown in lovely condition, would not co-operate at all on the move and just threw the class away, needs a stronger temperament. 3 Kerry's Kireton Corinna Belle. 
JB (2) 1 Jones & Jones' Hampdach In These Arms Of Adnerb. This red was fourth in puppy, has a slight mouth fault but I felt she was the best of the two before me. Quite nicely made, good topline and movement. 2 Hone's Oxondachs Enchanted. This dark red needs a stronger temperament for starters, she is a taller type with a lovely neck, but lacks front and forechest, handler must learn to help her more. 
LB (5, 1) 1 Hunt's Sontag Shanda Leah. This dark red was a big headache to me, a super Dachshund in every way and easily the best mover in the entire entry, shown in gleaming condition, she has the style and elegance I looked for all through, super to go over with everything in the right place. Found the wrinkle on her head and legs most off-putting, such a pity. 2 Dalgety's Thundergay Blue Bayou. Super head and eye on this quality b/t, very well made with a lovely front and good bone, touch longer and lower than winner so not just the balance, not quite the super movement either. 3 Armstrong's Lauralee Lush Lashes. 
OB (6) Best class of the day. 1 McNaughton's Ch Cedavoch Sornn. Gorgeous dark red, so beautiful to go over with a true oval front and lovely bone and feet, long neck giving her the essential elegance, liked her head and eye, beautiful rib and topline, sound on the move too, won CC, not quite in the sparkling condition of the dog, which cost her BOB. 2 Norton's Ch Matzell Mildred. Another high quality red with a lovely head and eye, decent neck and such a lovely outline with a firm topline, again good to go over, could just use herself that bit more going round. Res CC. 3 Dalgety's Thundergay Bebop A Lula.
