The Standards are of a pleasing size and quality, having good length of leg and ease of movement in the sizeable ring, with generally strong topline, good bone and well muscled body, good front and rear angulation. Temperament is excellent and all dogs allowed the judge to go over them with ease on the table. There were 41 exhibits.

VD (1) Macdonald's Multi CH Bensarka Phoenix Sun, 8 year old shaded red impressive veteran who moved really well. Excellent forechest and good muscling with good strength of bones and body. Good dark points and correct bite. Beaten for Best Veteran by a top quality bitch.

PD (2) 1 Meganhol's Black Musketeer of Leveliss - Very elegant 11 month black & tan puppy with excellent movement and a very good outline. Excellent forechest with good feet and legs with correct front and rear angulation. Very good bite and excellent temperament. Best Puppy, Dog CC and Best of Breed. 2 McNaughton's Cedavoch Tropical Storm. Attractive dark shaded red puppy. Well up to size who moved very well. Good head and reach of neck. Very good dark points and correct bite.

PGD (1) 1 Andison & Peel's Fireball Gang Della Parda - Attractive red dog, well muscled with good angulation front and rear. A very agile mover with correct bite and good dark points. He holds his topline steady on the move. His head needs time to mature.

LD (6) 1 McNaugton's Carper A G Von Nordor (Imp) - Strong red dog with a mature head and excellent expression. He has excellent bone and body and moved round the ring with ease. Strong in loin and forechest with correct angulation front and rear. A quality dog. Res. Dog CC. 2 MacDonald's Jagies Nabucco at Bensarka. A strong dog with excellent body and forechest with correct angulation and strong muscles. He moved steadily, holding his topline well on the move. PB (5) 1 McNaughton's Cedavoc Tempest Dark shaded red bitch with correct outline. Good bite. Excellent head and expression. Good forechest. Playing up a little for her handler today. She has good potential. 2 Allan's Meganhol Daydream Believer - Attractive black & tan bitch with a lovely outline. Moved well. Her head needs time to mature. Good bite and strong jaw. Good movement, topline and tailset. Excellent temperament. 3 Hinwood's Longmel Special Truffle.
