I would like to thank the committee for the invitation to judge at the South Wales Kennel Association Show. Many thanks go to my ring stewards who kept the smooth running of the classes. Thank you also goes to the catering staff for my excellent meal which set me up well for my return trip to Devon. I could not fault the presentation of all the exhibits that were shown under me, thank you all very much.

 

Dachshund (Smooth-Haired)

 

JD: 1st Heels Daxanory Menacing Dennis, 6 months puppy who was really enjoying his day out, rather full of himself, shaded red, correct shaped eye and good pigment, nice ear set and reach of neck. Moved out well when settled.

 

PGD: 1st Jones Adnerb Rock a Billy Rebel JW. Shaded red, lots to like about him, good head, reach of neck flowing into we’ll set shoulders. Correct angulation. R.B.D.

 

Op D: 1st Hunts Ch Lauralee Huckleberry Finn at Carpaccio. J.W. Shaded red, beautiful dog, good conformation which enabled him to move with drive. B.D. And B.O.B.

2nd Higgins Meganhol Black Musketeer of Loveliss. Black and Tan quality dog, correct shaped eye, prominent fore chest, moved well.

 

JB: 1st Higgins Leveliss Rock Lobster, a year old, just out of puppy, shaded red, well put together , promising young bitch, sound type , good shaped head, almond eye, neck flowing into correct shoulders, ribbing going well back. Moved out well. B.B.

2nd Starks Adnerb Won Vision of Gobannium. Shaded red, still a puppy, nice head, correct pigment, prominent fore chest, good length of keel and ribbing., moved well B.P. And Puppy Group 4.

3rd Heels Daxanory Ravishing Minx

 

Op B. 1st Jones Adnerb Lexi Get Fizzical JW SHCM. Shaded red, moved with drive using her correct hind angulation and with confidence, keeping a level topline. Well made bitch. RBB.
