Puppy Dog (1)

1. Sandell’s WANDERHUND GRAND ILLUSION. Almost 9 month red pup with a masculine well balanced head, with good length of neck and reasonable angulation throughout. Would prefer slightly more spring of rib, a touch narrow in body. Nicely arched toes. Pleased to award BPD.

Post Graduate Dog (4)

1. Hinwood’s LONGMEL COURVOISIER TRUFFLE. A 19 month red youngster with a good masculine head. Good length of neck, and soundly constructed throughout but glad he wasn’t any longer. Maintained his topline and moved out soundly.

2. Rycroft’s FANTASTIC FRANK AT TRISENSARA JW. Preferred the height to length ratio of my 2nd but he wasn’t quite as balanced in his movement as my 1st. Good head and eye, length of neck and front construction sound, but would prefer more rear drive.

Limit Dog (5.1)

1. Chapman-Reith’s HAYVENHUND HUNKY DORY. Black and tan 2 year old with a lovely balanced head with dark eye into good length of neck. Nicely placed shoulders and return of upper arm. Maintained his topline and with rear angulation matching the front, he moved out with forward extension and rear drive. Pleased to award RBD.

2. Starkey’s CARPACCIO MAGNUM PI AT HAMOURA. Another nice exhibit, just preferred the overall appearance of my 1st. Good head and eye, nice length of neck into good shoulder placement. Would prefer slightly more ground clearance at the front. Good angulation throughout and maintained his topline on the move.

Open Dog (2.1)

1. William’s & Moes’ IR CH GLENARIFF YOU'RE EXCUSED CWMDARHIAN. Great outline with super masculine head. Good length of neck and good shoulder placement , excellent angulation front and rear meant he went like a steam train, plenty of extension and drive whilst maintaining his topline. Pleased to award BD.

Veteran Dog or Bitch (4.3)

1. Macdonald’s DON PEDRO II DAS TERRAS DO CANNIS LUPUS. Red 7 year old going at his own pace today and looked as if he was ready to retire. Would prefer more angulation throughout.

Puppy Bitch (2)

1. Chapman-Reith’s WANDERHUND UNDER YOUR SPELL WITH HAYVENHUND. At 9 months this black and tan pup already has a balanced movement. Her head is feminine and correct and a good length of neck leads into a properly placed shoulders and good angulation to front and rear construction. Maintaining her topline she moves with forward drive and rear extension. Nicely arched toes. Pleased to award BPB & BPIB

2. Bithrey’s SCIPSAR ATHENA'S ARROW FOR SOULSMOOR. Another black and tan youngster, 11 months old. Appealing head, and reasonable angulation. Would prefer more length to ribbing and keel. Not as settled in movement as my 1st.

Junior Bitch (3.1)

1. Rycroft’s CHIDAX SAHARA SAND BY TRISENSARA JW. Lovely red girl of 16 months with a nicely balanced head. Good angulation to front and rear construction. Good spring of rib and length of keel Maintained her topline and strode out with extension and drive.

2. Bithrey’s SCIPSAR ATHENA'S ARROW FOR SOULSMOOR.

Post Graduate Bitch (2)

1. Gentle’s CRAIMOSE FREESIA. Black and tan 2 year old who is nicely put together . Good head and dark eye. Good length of neck and acceptable angulation throughout, Moved out with balance and grace.

2. HInwood’s LONGMEL AFTER EIGHT TRUFFLE. Good head and dark eye. Front assembly not quite as good as my 1st. Better rear angulation. Would prefer more length to ribbing and keel.

Limit Bitch (1)

1. Chapman- Reith’s HAYVENHUND HISSY FIT. An elegant 2 year old black and tan hound, presented well with a lovely coat. Compact with good length to height ratio. Feminine with correct head, good length of neck. Prominent pro sternum with a good spring of ribs. Matching angulation to front and rear construction. Maintained her topline and moved with lovely balanced movement, with forward drive and rear extension. Pleased to award RBB.

Open Bitch (2.1)

1. Stark’s CH ADNERBS WON VISION OF GOBANNIUM JW OSW. The complete picture. Lovely red girl who can still move at 6 years of age. I last judged her as a 2year old and since then she has gained her CH title. Lovely head and eye, although just starting to grey at the muzzle. Good length of neck and excellent front and rear construction. Good ribbing and strong loin. Strides out with a lovely free movement, balanced and graceful. Pleased to award BB & BOB.
