PD (1) 1 Harris’ Ritlo Baton Rouge. Standing alone in this class, but a v worthy winner, a v nice youngster, lovely head, front and shoulders, good bone and well angulated hindquarters, moved well.
JD (1) 1 Harris’ Ritlo Baton Rouge.
PGD (4) 1 Evans’ Saxonbury Double Diamond. V good bone, nice head, neck and well angulated hindquarters, good depth and length of ribbing, moved well. 2 Borman’s Evans’ Saxonbury Double Diamond. V good bone, nice head, neck and well angulated hindquarters, good depth and length of ribbing, moved well. 2 Borman’s Sonic Sir Galahad. A nice d, more compact than winner but did not have the length of stride, lovely head, neck and shoulders. 3 Penny’s Oneva Val’s Jamie.
LD (3) 1 Phillips’ Wells Sea Breeze At Tendrow. V eye catching and sound young d, lovely head and eye, good depth and length of ribbing, super bone and feet, well angulated hindquarters, by far the best mover in this class. Res CC. 2 Kent’s Lieblings Play In The Hay. Similar in type, good front, neck and shoulder, preferred the hindquarters of winner. 3 Seath’s Stonevale Stars And Stripes At Sunsong (Imp).
GD (5) 1 Johnstone’s Ch Silvae Pickwick. I fell in love with this one, just wish he was mine! What a super temperament and he has real character, lovely head, eye and expression, good front, plenty of depth and length of ribbing, good level topline, sound well angulated hindquarters, lovely bone and feet, moved v well to gain the CC and BOB. 2 Moore’s Ch & Ir Ch Romanchi Comanche. Well known Ch worthy of his title, but today I preferred the front and topline of Pickwick. 3 Williams’ Lieblings Pick N Mix.
PB (7) 1 Seath’s Mowbray Amierican Pie At Sunsong. Lovely baby with super head, good eye, nice neck running into well laid back shoulders, good level topline, well angulated hindquarters, moved well, when she settles and matures, I am sure she will be one to trouble the v best. BP. 2 Endersby’s Mowbray Peggy Sue. Litter sister to American Pie, same remarks apply as regards head, shoulders and hindquarters, but not the topline of her sister. 3 Herrod’s Lotum Merry Jest.
JB (3) 1 Gibson’s Allfreys Miss Conception. A nice b standing alone in this class as the others were absent, but nonetheless a worthy winner, compact type, long, low and level, nice front and shoulders, moved well.
GB (4) 1 Gibson’s Allfreys Miss Conception. 2 Latter’s Terony Flo Jo At Speldax. Also my winner of PG, v nice little b, good head and eye, good length of neck, nice front and shoulders, failed to winner on hindquarters, handler does not do her justice. 3 Hoare’s Vectensian Last Chance.
PGB (5) 1 Latter’s Terony Flo Jo At Speldax. 2 Evans’ Saxonbury Double Dutch. This one does not help herself, needs to settle, nice head and good bone. 3 Rowe’s Boloria Black Magic.
LB (7) 1 Johnstone’s Silvae Picnic. V elegant b, moved v well, lovely head and expression, good front, level topline and well angulated hindquarters. 2 Harris & Holmes’ Ritlo In Merry Mood. Heavier type with better bone, but not so settled moving, good head and expression, nice shoulders and feet. 3 Dible’s Ritlo Merrily Made At Liebling.
OB (4) 1 Poulter’s Ch Lankelly Black Bryony. What more can be said about this beautiful b, she is v compact, a lovely head and expression, has great character, good neck, front and forechest, well laid back shoulders, good ribbing, sound well angulated hindquarters, v sound movement, glad to award her her 28th CC and was pleased to hear that she later went on to win the Champion Stakes. Well done. 2 Harris’ Ritlo Jewel In Ebony. Lovely sound b, heavier type than one, super bone, good length, well angulated hindquarters, moved well, unlucky to meet Bryony in such good form. Res CC. 3 Gordon’s Silvae Gemstone.
Vet B (1) 1
Denley’s Lankelly Elisabeth Dora. I would like to thank the stewards, Mr and Mrs
Munro for their excellent work.
