I
really enjoyed my day at this lovely show, thank you to all the exhibitors for
their excellent entry. However, I couldn’t believe how many dirty teeth there
was in this breed, please take a little more care, it does make a difference. I
was more than pleased with my line ups for the challenges.

Gibson’s Allfreys Tristran. Excellent youngster, brindle, has masculine head
with good reach of neck, correct shoulders, nice angulated quarters, good bone
and coat, moved soundly fore and aft, keeping a firm top line; 2 Clifford’s
Brockbane Papageno with Ablebody. Brindle. Nicely presented youngster, good body
shape, tight elbows, well ribbed, correct coat, preferred movement of one; 3
Coverley’s Romanchi Choctaw.

Clifford’s Winterstorm Symphony with Ablebody. Dark brindle, super head and
expression, balanced outline, good bone and coat, moved v well; 2 A Tristran.
LD (8). 1 Seath’s
Saxonvale Stars And Stripes at Sunsong Imp. Smart brindle, who had great
presence, super head carriage, on well arched neck, good shoulder and balanced
outline, sound movement with drive from rear, best of coats and well handled; 2
Patton’s Lesandnic Limestone Lad JW. Different type, more compact, correct
front, level top line and under line, nice angulation, moved soundly covering
plenty of ground; 3 Winchurch and Brown’s The Late L Terony Flexible Friend.

McCalmont’s Ch Silvae Pickwick. Outstanding brindle male, excellent bone,
correctly balanced body, super head and reach of neck, has sound well muscled
quarters, good coat condition, moved freely, lovely to watch in profile, well
deserved CC BOB and G3; 2 Hitchen’s Ch Cloudside Petty Officer of Ashihna.
Another quality brindle with lovely outline, correct coat, moved round soundly
RDCC; 3 Moore’s Ch and Ir Ch Romanchi Comanche.
PB (9). 1 Poulter
and MacDonald’s Lankelly Kelsey Rose. Lovely 10 mth baby, nice head, neck,
correct construction all through, showing a lovely outline on the move, should
have a promising future, sired by the CC winner BP; 2 Skinner’s Ritterburg
Witches Brew. Super baby, more mature, lovely bone and conformation, good front
and ribbing, well angulated rear, moved and handled to perfection; 3 Endersby’s
Mowbray Miss In Form.

standing and on the move, moved soundly with drive, handled v well; 2 Endersby’s
Mowbray Peggy Sue. Nice b different type, good head and eye, lovely outline
standing, moved out well; 3 Latter’s Terony Flo Jo at Speldax.
LB (6). 1 Derry’s
Ritterburg Guinevere at Andlouis. Super quality b, nice thighs, lovely head and
eye, front, top line and under line, covered the ground with ease, true fore and
aft; 2 Seath’s Mowbray American Pie at Sunsong. Another nice one, larger type,
nice head and reach of neck, good shoulder, tight elbows, moved with soundness;
3 Ryder’s Sonic Knight Sky to Jaskar.
OB (7). 1
McCalmont’s Ch Silvae Picnic. Three excellent bitches, which will most likely
change places another time, super elegant brindle b, litter sister to my DCC
winner, hard to fault, everything fits together, long and low with lovely
outline and coat, free flowing, sound movement, CC, different handler in
challenge for BOB, so didn’t co-operate fully; 2 Poulter’s Ch Lankelly Black
Bryony. Top class b with super coat, did everything that was asked for, looked a
picture on the move, so true, just felt one had the edge on the stance RCC; 3
Pughe and Fraser’s Ch Bystock Black Queen.
