This was my first time doing this variety and I was dismayed to find many exhibits lacking muscle tone, some with level bites and even more with dreadful flat feet where they were down on their front pasterns. Also a number of exhibits with extremely long nails that need attention. However temperaments were excellent and you now seem to have the size issue under control. Many thanks for your support.
PD (7) 1. Dible, Liebling Here Come The Boss nice red dog with a super coat. Nice eye and expression. Reasonable length of neck into good shoulders would prefer more forechest but sure this will develop with maturity. Steady mover coming and going and drove round the ring a delight to watch BP 2. Vine Cishelvine Sundance Kid Another promising youngster with a beautiful head good shoulders but again at present just lacked the forechest. He had super length of ribbing and good rear angulation, which made it possible for him to drive round the ring. Needs to get his act together and his head up. Would prefer tighter feet. Good coat. 3. Clare Tendrow Willy Willys at Mabellene
JD (2) 1. Ticehurst Ermewood Fizkin at Wirecrest I loved this raw youngster he completely took my eye as he strode around the ring. Well proportioned throughout but just needs to body up to complete the picture. Lovely head with dark expressive eye fantastic length of ribbing good topline and fair coat Res CC 2. Derry Soneve Pharoah at Andlouis a more compact type of dog to one with another super head. Good shoulder placement but carrying a little to much weight here which is why maybe he moved a little bit wide in front today excellent coat and presented to perfection.
PGD (5) 1. Davies Atahira Bags The Blues a typical wire and extremely naughty good dark eyes masculine head nice arched neck and excellent ribbing, although a little close behind on the move still the best mover of this class good coat, feet and excellent rear angulation. 2. Brown Merlanrose Rhapsody a good sized dog with a typical wire head reasonable shoulders good forechest wonderful tight arched feet and very well muscled throughout. However moved rather close in front on the day. 3. Baxter Lankelly Timothy Grass at Kharmina
LD (6) 1. Moore Silvae Fitzbill in Romanchi liked this dog when he walked in beautiful harsh rich red coat. Lovely dark eyes and expression good reach of neck and well laid shoulders adequate forechest and ribbing kept a level topline on the move however he was a real handful and did not show himself to full advantage in the challenge. 2. Rollinson Nosinllor Grenedier Super well muscled dog and another good mover driving from behind when going around the ring keeping his topline and parallel front and rear. Nice size and another excellent coat unfortunately falls away too much across the rump, which spoils his profile. 3. Gibson Allfreys Tristran
OD (7, 1) 1. McAlmont & Hayward Am Ch Starbarrack Bone Appetit a lovely dog who commands attention, a beautiful head good reach of neck into well laid shoulders. Super bunched feet and a good coat texture throughout. Reasonable forechest and length of ribbing. Excellent hind action well muscled CC 2. Moore Am Ch Brazos Ski Uno’s Bowteak (imp) lovely head and eye, good shoulders and reasonable coat. Excellent size just lacked the sparkle of the winner on the day. 3. Seath Stonevale Stars and Stripes at Sunsong (imp)
PB (10, 1) 1. Skinner Ritterburg Reach for a Star a promising baby feminine head and nice dark eye. Nice length of neck reasonable shoulders and excellent forechest. Beautiful tight feet and fantastic coat. Kept her topline on the move. 2. Davies Cempsey Centime a really naughty baby made her self difficult to assess on the move but when she behaved was steady coming and going and kept her topline. Good head, feet and coat. 3. Patton Lesandnic Like a Butterfly
JB (11, 2) 1. Moore Silvae Fitzcherry at Cloudside after her first lap around the ring I loved this harsh coated red bitch. I was not disappointed going over her. Lovely dark eye feminine expression super shoulders. Good length or ribbing. Moved with drive around the ring keeping her topline at all times and parallel coming and going. CC and BOB must have bright future ahead. 2. Borman Sonic Sugar Babe another nice bitch with a beautiful head and expression. Prominent forechest and well laid back shoulders. Good coat. Unfortunately was unsettled in the challenge for Res cc and moved close behind. 3. Higott Soneve Phoebe of Elation
PGB (6) 1. Probert Romanchi Unami the best mover in the class being steady coming and going excellent shoulders and super quarters. Would like more length of ribbing. 2. Kent Leibling Sweet Charity another girl of good proportions, nice head and eye and a rangier type of bitch to the class winner but moved very well lacked the forechest of one. 3. Ferguson Teaselwood Tattycoram
LB (7, 1) 1. Gordon Cempsey Coquet JW an excellent coat on this well proportioned girl. Nice head and expression, correct shoulders and good length of ribbing. Reasonable forechest and moved fairly well keeping her topline. 2. Barrett-Boyce Brocklewood Clementine a mischievous girl playing up and although a steady mover was a little close behind on the day. A nice size and excellent coat. Fair length of ribbing excellent feet. 3. Poulter & Macdonald Lankelly Kelsey Rose
OB (6) 1. Dible Liebling on Golden Pond another super harsh coated red bitch. Elegant and well constructed throughout. Moved effortlessly around the ring but lacked the enthusiasm of the eventual CC winner in the challenge and had to settle for the Res CC. 2. Ferguson Allfreys Rainbow at Teaselwood nice head and reasonable shoulder placement. Longer cast than the winner but a steady mover keeping her topline. Reasonable coat texture. 3. Seath Mowbray American Pie at Sunsong
