WIRE HAIRED

Thank you to the committee for the invitation and to the exhibitors for entering. On the whole I found presentation disappointing, we still have a problem with short upper arms and movement on some left a lot to be desired. I was pleased with my main winners.

JD (2) 1 North-Row’s Barmaud Jacob. 15 months old good coated brindle. Good head and eye on well laid shoulders. Good top and underline. Well angulated hindquarters. Moved out well. 2 Paskin’s Atahira Bags of Blue for Kindeace. 8 months old. Lovely coat, taller than winner. His front movement is not his fortune. Moved away at the rear ok.

PGD
(2) 1 Pinkerton’s Bystock Skye Walker at Menigma. Dark harsh coated brindle of good size. One I have admired from the ringside and not disappointed on going over him. Masculine head. Lovely forechest, well laid shoulders and good topline. Deep bodied. Moved out with purpose. He just lost his outline a shade when moving. RCC. 2 Chapman and Lang’s Cloudside Ethan. Softer coated brindle. Lovely head and eye but not the front assembly of the winner, and not as positive in movement.

OD
(3) 1 Derry’s Ch. Andlouis the Tempest. Lovely coated brindle. Super outline stacked. Best of heads with a lovely eye. Well arched neck into correctly placed shoulders. Good topline. Well angulated hindquarters. Moves soundly. Just prefer a touch more drive from the rear. CC and BOB. 2 North-Rows’ Liebling Croos the Pond to Barmaud. Lovely coated red. Lovely head. Good front assembly. Deep bodied. Drives well from the rear. Lost out on front movement and rather proud of his tail. 3 Rollinson’s Ch/Ir Ch. Nosinllor Grenadier.

JB
(5) 1 Skinner’s Rittergurg Walkure. 12 months old pin wire. Lovely dark brindle. Feminine head. Good forechest, well laid shoulders. Lovely body with good top and underline. Hind action touch erratic and lost outline a shade when moving. RCC. 2 Coverley’s Aventine Vanilla Sky. 8 months old brindle. Super coat. Feminine head with good eye. Well filled front,  good shoulders and well ribbed. Lovely topline and underline when stacked. Just lost topline slightly when moving. Moved out soundly with drive. BP. 3 North-Row’s Barmaud Jessica.

PGB (3) 1 Skinner’s Ritterbug Walkure. 2 Moore’s Clouside Tamsin. Brindle with pretty head and nice eye. Good topline that she kept on the move. Nicely angled front and rear. Coat condition lost her a place. 3 Keay’s Mosdale Pipsqueak Surprise at Essendy.

LB
(6) 1 Gibson’s Allfreys Ursula. Brindle bitch. Feminine head. Lovely shape that she kept on the move. Well angulated front and rear and she covered the ground with reach at the front and good rear drive. She just needs that final coat preparation to complete the picture. 2 Pughe and Fraser’s Bystock Pumkin Pie. Brindle. Another I have admired from the ringside. Lovely head with good eye. Well placed shoulders. Well filled front. Good length, best of coats beautifully presented. Just lost her outline on the move and was not as positive in hind action as winner. 3 Paskin’s Soneve Prudence of Kindeace.

OB
(5) 1 Davies’s Cempsey Centime by Atahira. Brindle with most beautiful head. Lovely kind eye. Good shoulders, lovely topline. Correct hindquarters used to power her round the ring keeping her shape at all times. I would just prefer her a size smaller. CC. 2 North-Row’s Am Ch. Full Circle Angel’s Song. Lovely sized brindle. A lovely exhibit with everything in the right place. Rather nervous at the moment and this affected her both stacked and moving but she should do well when she gains her confidence.
