WIRE HAIRED
It was a pleasure to judge this variety which I found on the whole to be extremely sound and looking well for the future, temperament was excellent. The only items that concerned me was the irregularity in size, many were on the large side, and ugly (cow) tail sets were the other point of concern that spoilt the round appearance of the rump. PD (5) 1 Hunt's Norriska Yellow Diamond. A quality puppy, all of a piece nicely put together and moves soundly won his place on his excellent front and shoulder. 2 Cliffords's Ablebody Razzamatazz. Another soundly made puppy that moves well, but not as firm in topline at the moment as the winner. 3 Surrell's Bokra Tabasco. JD (3,1) 1 Moore & Coverley's Ex Sentia I'm Bond James Bond (Imp). CC. Lovely, super head, good strong lengthy neck excellent shoulder and front excels in pro sternum, length of sternum and length of ribbing which goes well back, strong well angulated hindquarters which he uses to the full, all of a piece in outline and a nice size. 2 Bates & Maes-Jones Lovely type, outline and moves soundly considered him for the res cc , unfortunate to meet the winner, not quite so following in rear movement as 1. PGD (2) Coverley's Aventine Tropic Thunder. Pleasing head, shoulder and front, extremely well ribbed, strong couplings and moves with drive. 2 Edwards & Lavin's Swincombes Darite. Nice clean outline, moves true, not the rear drive of the winner. LD (5) Vine's Cishelvine Sea Swell. Lovely masculine head, good reach of neck, good shoulders and ribbing, strong balance quarters, in excellent condition and coat. 2 Derry's Abbeydac Parsley With Andlouis. Lovely male very close decision between these two lovely tight front and shoulder, moves well, he was not in such good coat at the winner. 3 Moore's Romanchi Mohican. OD (6) 1 McCalmont's Silvae Paradigm RCC. Strong, sound stallion hound that is beautifully made, moves well with plenty of verve, just preferred the smaller frame of the CC winner. 2 Moore's Ch Aventine Rainman At Romanchi. A very worthy champion, unfortunately not in his best jacket today. 3 Derry's Ch Andlious The Tempest. PB (5) 1 Skinners's Somercloud Eclipse With Ritterburg BP. Outstandingly the best construction in this class and the most mature, presented to perfection as always from this kennel, beautifully schooled and looks the part, lovely go over and moves well, for my own personal preference a little on the large side. 2 Smiths's Salixian Elise. More of the size I like but not as mature as the winner, however a very promising youngster that will come into her own with time. Moves nicely and well presented. 3 Phillips Cishelvine Sea Charmer. JB (6) Bates & Maes-Jones' Derochaise Black Orchid. The minute she entered the ring I fell for her. Lovely size, nice clean outline, moves with drive, lovely head, neck and shoulder super front and shoulder, good length and spring of rib well angulated hind quarters CC & BOB best of luck I think she is an absolute cracker. 2 Davies Atahira Centissima. Another really nicely made bitch that will go far, sorry just preferred the smaller type of the winner, however just a matter of personal preference and I am sure these two will change places on many occasions. 3 Pipers Aventine Second Edition. PGB (7) 1 Tendrow Poetic Justice 2 Dible's Lieblings Drama Queen liked both of these two bitches immensely, both of the correct size and type like peas out of the same pod had great difficulty in splitting them up, however felt the winner had the better length of upper arm and was slightly better in shoulder than 2, but preferred the second slightly better in the hindquarters having a touch more angulation. Another two that I am sure will have a consistent ongoing battle against each other 3 Skinners Ritterburg Against All Odds. LB (6,2) 1 Seath's Sunsong Gypsy Rose. Choc, Lovely size and overall type, pleasing head, would prefer a darker nose, good reach of neck sound front and shoulder, well ribbed, strong powerful hindquarters which she drives well with. Well presented. 2 Clifford's Ablebody La Traviata. Quality bitch that is a lovely shape, and moves well, a little on the large side for my liking 3 Locksmiths Abbetdac Rosemary. OB (8) McCalmont's Ch Silvae Zest. Beautiful bitch a very worthy champion in lovely coat and shown to perfection. Super head neck shoulder ribbing and topline, well balanced hind quarters which she uses correctly RCC preferred the size of the CC winner sorry. 2 North-Row's Ir Ch Barmaud Jessica a bitch I have judged before, think her construction and size is lovely and she moves out well, not in such good coat as the winner. 3 Moore's Molloney Ann Other At Romanchi.
