DACHSHUND - WIRE HAIRED

I thought there were some beautiful bitches,  which augers well for this breed. I was spoilt for choice.

JD(4) 1  Seath's Sunsong Whisper A Promise. Nicely balanced dog that scored on his free  flowing movement, masculine head, good reach of neck and front assembly, tight  elbows, sound quarters, low hocks, true fore and aft, maintaining a level  topline, lovely boy. Res CC. 2 Singleton's Tendrow Drumm Crazy Jethard. Lovely  type, super head and expression, good length of neck and back, firm front,  level topline, well turned stifles, nice outline, not quite the hind movement  of first. 3 Rowe's Boloria's Valentino.

PGD(3) 1 Gibson's Allfreys Rock  Of Gibralter. Super type and size, lengthy neck, good shoulders, tight elbows,  good depth all through, level topline, excellent ribbing, moved true fore and  aft, lovely harsh jacket. 2 Vine's Allfreys To Catch A Thief At Cishelvine.  Litter brother to above and similar in many ways, moved slightly wider in front  but otherwise a lovely young dog, reachy neck, good length and depth of body,  in excellent coat and condition. 3 Ricceri's Let's Fly Rodrigo.

LD(3) 1  Azima's Boloria's Nikolai. Nice male of good type, masculine head, good front  assembly, deep ribbing carried back, level topline, well bent stifles, low  hocks, moved well with drive. 2 Clifford's Ablebody Razzmatazz. Lovely head and  expression, well filled front, tight elbows, good depth and length of rib,  moved a little wide in front, well handled and presented. 3 Ricceri's Let's Fly  Rodrigo.

OD(4) 1 McCalmont's Ch Silvae Zealot. Super dog, so well made,  gorgeous head and expression, long neck reaching into well laid shoulders,  excellent forehand and ribbing, good turn of stifle, low hock, moved freely  with style, true fore and aft, maintaining a balanced outline, just loved him.  CC and BOB. 2 Phillips' Ch Cishelvine Swellegant Guy At Tendrow JW. Lovely male  of smaller type, again well made with balanced outline, good front assembly,  ribbing and quarters, moved true with showmanship, just preferred freedom of  movement of first, but he is a worthy champion.

PB(4) 1 Bates  &Maes-Jones' Derochaise Elegancia. What a poppet! Quality baby that has  everything going for her, particularly liked her easy, free movement, most  attractive head and the darkest of eyes giving such a lovely expression, well  constructed with balanced outline, lovely baby. BP. 2 Morris' Wagsford Winona.  The next 3 were litter sisters and all fairly similar, nice type with good  harsh coats, preferred front movement of second over third but they are quite  nice and will undoubtedly change places, all quite sound. 3 Warren's Wagsford  Florance.

JB(4, 1) 1 Phillips' Tendrow Peaches. Easy winner here,  beautifully put together, lovely head and appealing expression, aptly named for  her lovely colour, super reach of neck and well laid shoulders, long ribbing,  level topline with balanced outline, moved soundly and true, beautiful girl,  will soon trouble the best. 2 Lewis-Crooks' Black Beauty By Kormeese Credo  (Imp). Quite a stylish bitch, well handled and presented, lovely harsh jacket,  level topline with ribs carried back, moved well, not the forehand of first. 3  Littleworth's Ablebody Rhapsody In Blue.

PGB(3) 1 Singleton's Tendrow  Dance With You Jethard. Nice girl of correct proportions, excellent front  assembly with pronounced sternum and good ribbing, well bent stifles, moved  well maintaining a balanced outline. 2 Vine's Cishelvine Echoes Of The Sea.  Perhaps a little too low to ground but lovely type with lovely head and  expression, super forehand with tight elbows, level topline, sound quarters,  moved true fore and aft. 3 Brown's November Storm For Ablebody.

LB(6)  Good class. 1 Pughe &Fraser's Bystock Pussy Galore. Very sound, honest  bitch, attractive expression, long neck leading into well laid shoulders,  excellent front assembly, good ribs carried back, well turned stifles, low  hocks, super free movement, absolutely true fore and aft. Res CC. 2 Seath's  Sunsong Wish Upon A Star. Another lovely girl with everything in the right  place, super forehand, good ribs, firm level topline, good length and depth,  moved with style. 3 Moore's Cloudside Lara. OB(6) Best class of the day. 1  Bates &Maes-Jones' Ch Derochaise Black Orchid. Liked her for her clean  lines and free, easy movement, lovely head shape with kind eye, reachy neck,  good shoulder placement, tight elbows, pronounced sternum, good length and  depth of body, well bent stifles, a quality bitch, excelled in movement. BCC. 2  McCalmont's Ch Silvae Zest. Another lovely girl, balanced outline both stacked  and on the move, feminine head, super forehand, good length and depth,  excellent coat, moved with drive. 3 Gibson's Ch Allfreys Grace Kelly JW.
